The parking fee cost a lot, one night 30 Euro and the next day we parked our vehicle near and free parking

Hôtel magnifique. Moderne et technologique. Les chambres sont bien équipées avec mini frigo, machine Nespresso et capsules de café. Notez qu’il n’y a pas d’air climatisé cependant. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux et copieux (formule buffet complet) et que dire des couchers de soleil observés de la terrasse sur le toit! Mémorables. À 3 minutes de marche du quai de baignade au lac. Génial durant la canicule.

Bad parking area, almost none of cars could be car by car and it costs a lot to park.

Zimmerpreis war viel zu hoch, ob schon Personal eingespart wird. Keine Person beim Checkin, dafür ein Automat, welcher wiederum nicht funktionierte. Die angerufene Hotline im Parkhotel war beschäftigt, sagte, man würde Hilfe organisieren und hat das Telefon ohne Abschiedsworte einfach aufgehängt. Zudem haben wir ein Doppelzimmer Deluxe bestellt und stattdessen 2 × 2 vertikale Kajütenbetten erhalten, welche zudem völlig unbequem waren. Das Ganze ist eine Schweinerei, keine Gastfreundschaft, weil kein Personal um 18:00 Uhr an einem Samstagabend vorhanden war!!!

Very new and clean hotel. Great view from the roof top

Wir haben als Familie drei Zimmer gebucht, allen hat es gefallen. Wunderbare, bediente Dachterrasse mit Seesicht und Musik. Üppiges Morgenessen, schöne und saubere Zimmer mit Balkonen. TV ging bei uns nicht und das Klima des Zimmers war viel zu warm. Nette, grosszügige und zuvorkommende Hotel Angestellten. Minus für mikro Parkplätze im Parkhaus, das leider auch recht teuer ist.

The kiosk check in worked great. There were staff in the restaurant if needed.

We absolutely recommend this hotel. Self check-in was very easy, and there is friendly staff around to ask as well. The hotel is nicely situated with an amazing view from the roof top bar! The breakfast was the best on our vacation!

Service was good but charging for parking was not good

Wonderful stay for 4 nights. Room was spacious and very clean with comfortable bed , plenty of Storage and a fridge . Fresh towels every day . Staff very friendly. No dining or bar facility open after lunch time. A short walk to boat to Lucerne or tram to Rigi.

We spent 2 nights in this comfy hotel. The room is so clean and comfort. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The interior is so modern. The location is so strategic, near the port. So recommended👍👍👍👍👍

We were surprised at how tiny the room was. While I knew it would be pretty basic, I wasn't prepared for just how basic. It looked like it had way more space in the photos online. For a family of 5, it was tight. It was the off season when we were here so it was very quiet but a charming little town that would be fun to visit in summer. The breakfast was lovely and the facilities are very modern and clean.

Der Basic-Schlafsaal war tip top. Sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Matratzen waren etwas hart, falls man das nicht mag und die Hochbetten sind sehr nahe an der Decke. Aufrecht sitzen geht nicht oder nur bei Kindern (klein). Das Essen ist fabelhaft. Nur der ganze Bestellvorgang (online über das Natel) sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und funktionierte auch nicht alles. Aber das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Check-in am Automaten hat top funktioniert.

We were a family of 5 and took the dorms for 6 ppl. It was very good! I'm super happy from this choice. Rooms were clean, blankets, pillow and sheets were surprisingly super comfortable! The kids really(!) enjoyed the bunk beds. Everything was super clean (except from a weird butter popcorn smell in the room :) The receptionist was super lovely. Helped us a lot with Wonderfull recommendations and service. The only thing which was not her fault and you need to know - is that the reception closes at 5PM and then you have a check in with a machine, which is also ok. Also - don't forget to take a discount ticket from the reception for the parking lot ! And it also has an electric charging section, which is super! Location is SUPER - one minute walking distance from the boats to Luzern and to mountain RIGI. And last but not least - the breakfast is WOW! Really excellent. The chef was super nice and kept taking care of all our needs! Definitely recommend this hotel!

It was very clean. It has an Ikea vibe. The rooms were small but very nice. The breakfast was very good. I felt it was expensive for what it was.

새로 생긴 건물이라 굉장히 깨끗합니다. 룸 내 시설도 훌륭하며 주변 산책 및 접근성도 양호합니다. 추천합니다

goed ontbijt, maar we waren daar in een warme periode met geen airco op de kamers slapen was moeilijk. De kamer was voorzien voor 6 personen met stapelbedden de bovenste zijn erg krap door de lage plafonds, zelfs de kinderen hadden hier moeite mee.

Great location if wanting to take the Rigi train or the bus to the Stoos area. Vitznau is a beautiful town. The ferry to Lucerne is one hour and a lovely ride. Especially if you take the steam boat, which was awesome. The hotel room was large and very clean. No A/C. Only small fans, and we were exceptionally hot. Stayed during hotter than normal weather in August. Great breakfast. Service was lacking. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they never came.

The room was so spacious! We got spoiled with the balcony, the large closet, and the two separate sleeping areas! No other hotel has compared!

Located about 25 minutes around the lake from Lucerne, this hotel offers a beautiful view of the lake, modern amenities and a super spacious room. We traveled with three adults and were surprised with a setup like a two bedroom…as opposed to most others with a three twin or queen and a sofa bed setup. Super pleased with the entire experience.

Best breakfast of our trip! Loved the location, great views, easily accessible to Rigi, ferry, drivable to Lucerne. This hotel was super clean, quiet, with an awesome breakfast. Loved the view of Lake Lucerne from our balcony.

I did not receive an email from the hotel with instructions how to check in when we arrive in the dark during evening. The bar staff was helpful. Breakfast was amazing and breakfast personal extremely nice

Hôtel moderne et chambres confortables. Bonne propreté des lieux. Dommage que la réception ferme trop tôt (17h); si on arrive après il faut s'enregistrer sur une machine! Bon petit déjeuner. Le parking est accessible par l'ascenseur ce qui est un plus.

Nice hotel and room but they lack in the service No one to help at the front desk at all We only had 2 towels for 4 guests that were specified in the reservation Housekeeping was not great either and didnt clean the room or leave extra towels Breakfast is nice I was able to speak to a host the day of check out and she gave me one day of complimentary parking to amend the housekeeping situation

The hotel was great, easy self check in. The rooms were nice also. One of the staff, Lea Cortez was especially helpful for us. She took time to answer any questions we had regarding the hotel, things to do, transportation, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here !

We are surprised with the very good and complete breakfast serve everyday also, the cleanliness of dining area. The staff are awesome especially Lea Cortez who always greeted us with smile, helpful by knowing the area nearby and great service everyday. Love the hotel overall.

The Hotel is at a very good location, walkable 2 minutes from Vitznau Boat and Rigibahn station. Overall a very good hotel to stay.

Nice property, amazing breakfast. However this is not in Lucerne, it takes close to 55 Mins to an hour to reach Lucerne.

This little town is so beautifully and the hotel is only minutes walk from the dock and Rigi Bahn. Parks and beautiful gardens all over the place! The boat ride to Lucerne and back to the hotel is so pleasant and very convenient. Wish we could stay a little longer!

The property had a delicious buffet breakfast included with many options even for picky eaters. The location to the train and bus station is very convenient. We did not realize how far this hotel is from Lucerne but as far as atmosphere and cleanliness is was excellent.

Great location and views. Rooms were above expectations. It’s right next to vitznau ferry terminal as well as mount Rigi rail. Beautiful experience here. Only negative is Uber doesn’t come here so make sure to prebook taxi on the way in and out, or if you have light luggage use the 502 bus and connecting trains or ferry to Lucerne train station and connect to Zurich airport. Staff was helpful once you approach them.

Very good breakfast!

The location of the hotel is great. It’s just one street away from the lake. The self-check in, is efficient, and my room was available earlier than advertised. My room was very comfortable. The layout is unusual and everything is extremely bright. I appreciated the complementary water & the coffee machine. My room had a lovely balcony with a great view to the side. I enjoyed sitting out there as it was extremely peaceful. Breakfast was available & they had a great selection of food and drinks. I did eat in the restaurant one evening. They had a buffet & a limited al-a-carte menu. I think the website is a little confusing about the options. I selected an item from the al-a-carte menu & it was delicious. However, I don’t like having to pay for items separately as you order. I found the technology easy to use but it was interesting seeing the reactions of other patrons. Two people left after looking at the menu & two others left after spending about 15 minutes reviewing everything. I didn’t receive the local tourist card via email & don’t recall seeing it available during the self-check-in. I was asked if I had it when I was booking the Railway. The attendant did accept a copy of my reservation & gave me the discount. Each room is themed with brightly coloured piece artwork. Postcards are available of the themes. I collect them but unfortunately mine never arrived in Italy. I would stay here again but I wouldn’t have an evening meal there.

Nach dem Check in haben wir einen Apero getrunken. Das Nachtessen war sehr gut. Man konnte es bequem über das Handy bestellen. Nettes Personal war immer im Restaurant. Eine erholsame Nacht verbrachten wir in einem modernen Zimmer. Wir kommen wieder.
