Beautiful property, all staff super friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and we had a lovely sea-view. The one let-down was the food - especially Spatzio - not up to par for a 5 star hotel - a great shame.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, personalized, and took care of all requests. The grounds are beautiful and the location was ideal, within walking distance of the coastal town of Baja Sardinia. We would definitely return.

Nice hotel with lovely breakfast but unfortunately we were overcharged twice in Spazio restaurant for our wine. Second time the sommelier was very rude and screwed up the incorrect bill in front of us in anger just because we had pointed out the error for a second time. Very clean well equipped rooms and laguna pool area was very relaxing for adults but unfortunately we will not return to the hotel due to the dining issues.

The hotel was stunning and staff were lovely—we were even upgraded to a beautiful Laguna room with direct pool access. However, we visited in mid-October and were disappointed to find most nearby places already closed for the season. The hotel had only one restaurant open with limited options and very high prices (€162 for two pizzas and a bottle of rosé). We tried exploring Baia (20 minute walk) and Porto Cervo (10 minute taxi, costing €40 each way), but both were mostly shut down. Even online listings showed places as open, which was misleading. By Day 4, we decided to rent a car, which was more cost-effective than taxis. We had room service once for lunch, but most days we relied on the nearby supermarket (about a 5-minute walk). They had fresh rolls, meats, and cheeses, which we brought back to our room. It’s a real shame there wasn’t clearer communication about the seasonal closures. The area is stunning, and we would have loved to experience it at its best. Had we known, we definitely would have chosen a different time of year to visit!

Great hotel, with an amazing breakfast and nice beach. Room is quite small and beach is private and nice but there are definitely better beaches within driving distance. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Need a car to drive to dining and shopping. Pizza restaurant on property was amazing btw, best pizza we ever had!
