The hotel was quite charming, with no major hiccups regarding its layout, parking, or breakfast. However, our room had an aroma that could only be described as "Eau de Wet Dog," and this olfactory offense lingered stubbornly throughout our three-night stay. Despite our desperate pleas for help from the front desk, the staff seemed to believe our noses were fabricating tales of woe. Only one kind soul mentioned an ionizer, but it must have gotten lost in translation—or perhaps decided to take a vacation of its own—because it never arrived. The source of the stench was a mystery—possibly something rotting, or perhaps a previous guest with a penchant for neglecting personal hygiene. In any case, we were left to fend for ourselves, resorting to gel deodorizers that resulted in a new fragrance: wet dog with a hint of apple. Housekeeping, like the ionizer, was elusive. They neither made an appearance nor freshened the sheets, leaving us to endure the aroma's full assault. The smell was so omnipresent that its origins remained a puzzle, despite our best detective efforts. To the future guests of the 6th floor, we wish you the best of luck in your aromatic adventures!

Our room was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had many tasty choices and the parking was easy. A lot of shopping and restaurant options within walking distance. We felt very safe.
