The property is wonderful - very comfortable with all of the amenities needed. My wife loved the bed! The location is great to access downtown activities - we rented bikes (close by) and rode around the Wiliiamette River - a really great ride!

Everything was perfect! Check in and check out were super easy. The place was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. I would definitely stay here again on a trip to Eugene. Also close proximity to the airport which helped us a lot. Very responsive host, quiet neighborhood, perfect!

Everything about this place was clean and neat and very nice. My only issue was we only had 1 1/2 maybe, 2 minutes of hot water. Tried to give my 6-month-old granddaughter a bath and there wasn't even enough hot water to put her in there.. we had to warm up pots of water on the stove to get enough hot water in for a little tiny baby, so we didn't bother to shower the next morning. A bigger hot water heater would definitely be a plus!

This was a pretty good staty. Eugene is odd , in that the dowtown is pretty spread out, so this is pretty close to a lot of things. We were able to walk to Ninkasa Brewing for dinner, so that was really nice. The place was clean, and the beds were comfy. The only issue we had was, that when we got there it was 50 degrees in the unit, and when we turned the heat on, with her instructions, it would blow cold air. We found some heaters, so plugged those in and went to dinner. Contacted her, she gave us suggestions, but never followed up on whether her suggestions worked, or if we had heat. That was not good. We were there for a play at the Hult Center, pretty close to that. Overall not bad, if you don't need heat. Ha Ha

This property was great!!! My only discomfort was the portable air conditioner did not keep the living room cool at all throughout the day and we had on the lowest setting But portable air conditioners in the rooms if you kept the door shut kept the rooms cool The outside temperature was in high 80’s during my stay But it was spacious and had room for the family that stopped by to visit

Very cute place that’s easy to get to and easy to get into. My daughter now wants to furnish her room like one of the bedrooms. It’s connected to another house, so there was some noise and action above at least one of the bedrooms, but it wasn’t all night so it was fine. The place looks like a stand alone unit from the street so it took us a minute to figure out what the noise was. We would stay here again.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was less than desirable; however, it was close to a very good restaurant. The beds were not comfortable nor the pillows. The host was pretty responsive by text but not by calling. We had to go buy batteries for the remote, but we were reimbursed. Overall it was fine but be aware of the location and the host appears to live out of town so may not be quickly available.

I really loved our spot! It was clean, loved the decor, all the pictures repped on the VRBO website, were accurate. Getting to the location was easy and I loved being close to good eats. I really loved our spot! It was clean, loved the decor, all the pictures repped on the VRBO website, were accurate. Getting to the location was easy and I loved being close to good eats. This was a pretty good staty. Eugene is odd , in that the dowtown is pretty spread out, so this is pretty close to a lot of things. We were able to walk to Ninkasa Brewing for dinner, so that was really nice. The place was clean, and the beds were comfy. The only issue we had was, that when we got there it was 50 degrees in the unit, and when we turned the heat on, with her instructions, it would blow cold air. We found some heaters, so plugged those in and went to dinner. Contacted her, she gave us suggestions, but never followed up on whether her suggestions worked, or if we had heat. That was not good. We were there for a play at the Hult Center, pretty close to that. Overall not bad, if you don't need heat. Ha Ha

This property is perfect for a day/week/month stay. The rooms are large, kitchen well equipped and nicely configured. A single bathroom is what it is, yet clean and well lit. The location is close to anything in Eugene. The host was very easy to work with and accommodating. I will stay here again when I come to Eugene.

Good location. Clean unit. It was in the 90's during the day in Eugene so we had the portable AC units in each of the 2 bedrooms and the living room area turned on full while we were out. But they did cool down the dwelling quite well.

The place was clean and tidy. We could hear the children through the wall but they quieted down early. The gate is broken and needs to be fixed as it dragged on the sidewalk and the suitcases were not easy to get by. Overall we would stay there again.

Great location in quiet neighborhood ...close-in not far from Hult.Phan was a great host providing excellent communication and assistance in locating nearby restaurants. Apartment clean and amenities readily available.We definately recommend for future Eugene visits.
