Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at . Homeless encampments, gang members , trash and graffiti everywhere. Room door had been broken into several times it looked like. Holes in room walls with graffiti and felt marker writing on the interior wall. Bullet hole in wall that continued into the bathroom enclosure. Insects in the tub. Some unidentified substance on headboard of bed. Big hole in the only chair in the room. Lamp shade written on by kids with crayons. Really bad part of town. Concerned about parking rental car since so many questions people wandering around there parking lot late at night. Slept with one eye open since strange sounds outside the room continued most of the night. A new low for my many stays away from home. 😵💫

The toilet seat was sitting behind the toilet when I got there. The TV had no options for streaming. The TV had terrible reception/picture. The pool was not in as well. The parking was very limited, and it was a little scary with people hanging out in the parking lot and their cars and walking around the property. I stayed in a non-smoking room, but it smelled the smoke. I mentioned this to the staff and they said it was probably from the air conditioner, which is a laugh because the air conditioners are all independent of each other. The toilet seat was fixed properly. The staff was nice, but other than that, I would definitely not recommend this motel.

Key didn’t work initially, took them 20 minutes to replace. I was on bottom floor. Rained overnight and room was flooded - through the ceiling. Told me the room above hasn’t been used in a long time and probably leaked there, too. Place wreaked of weed. Did NOT feel like a safe place to stay. No apologies. Nada

Do NOT stay at this hotel! Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this hotel to be featured on their site! There were prostitutes, drug dealers and a very unsafe environment! I literally opened the door to the room and immediately closed it didn’t even step foot in the room, went back up to the front and told the guy to cancel my deposit, then he tried to keep my ID! I will be emailing the CEO of Expedia because I’d love for them or their executive team members to make a trip down there and see if they would stay in that dirty hotel! Clearly the pictures this hotel is using on the website are NOT theirs and totally misleading!

Staff were friendly. Room and property need extensive repairs. Tv did not work, drawers were gone, no microwave or fridge. Smoke detector kept going off for no reason (I don’t smoke or vape). Key card kept not working and had to be reactivated by staff daily, even in the middle of the night. There were a lot of people hanging around the stairwells and on the landings at all hours of the night. Uber driver said OYo company buys up old hotels and then neglects them, definitely had the feeling of a slumlord type situation where the parent company just washes their hands of any responsibility.

If you are looking for drugs, this is a great place to stay. I had someone pound on my door for an hour looking for the dealer in the room next to mine. Needless to say, I kept the door locked and did not go out after dark.

No smoke alarm. Missing light bulbs. Missing light fixtures. Missing towel bar and hair dryer. Toilet nearly falling off. No hot water in the morning. First sized hole in wall by door. No cable service or antenna reception. Mold. Floors in poor shape. I am sure I missed a few things. This place could not pass an inspection.

It was horrible. I had roaches crawling on me the room stunk. There are hole in the wall holes in baseboard. I don’t know why Hotels.com has him on their website. They really should be removed.

Property Review: The Worst Motel Stay of My Life I wouldn’t recommend this motel to my worst enemy. From the moment I stepped into the room, it was clear this place had been neglected for years. Here’s what I experienced: Infested with pests: The room was crawling with roaches and bed bugs. I couldn’t sleep without the fear of being bitten or waking up with bugs on me. Disrepair everywhere: There were holes in the walls, graffiti scrawled everywhere, and broken fixtures that made the room feel unsafe and unwelcoming. Mold and filth: Mold was visible in every corner—on the walls, ceiling, and even the bathroom. The floors were filthy and sticky, making it impossible to walk barefoot. Safety concerns: The fire alarm was broken, and there were bars outside the windows, which only added to the claustrophobic and unsafe atmosphere. Noise issues: Loud, disruptive people were outside my room, making it impossible to rest. It felt more like a chaotic nightmare than a motel stay. This place should not be operating. It was a health and safety hazard, and I regret spending even a moment there. Avoid this motel at all costs. Horrible! Filthy, roaches, terrible smells! Dirty wash cloths hanging in bathroom. Stains on pillows and linens. Asked to change rooms and shown two others that were just as bad. Had to walk around feces in walkways. NEVER STAY HERE!!!! We left and found another hotel. Nasty! Why would Hotels.com endorse this place!!!! App wont let me add pics! Gee, wonder why??!!

The hotel was filthy!! The first room they tried putting us in had blood stains on the pillow and the chair had a torn seat and was missing part of the leg. We were given a second room the bathroom door was so water logged that it would not shut. There were roaches and mice! Do not recommend anyone stay in this hotel. It was one of the worse that I have ever seen.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything I'm about to write I have picture evidence of. When I arrived at the hotel it was approx. 4pm, office was closed and locked up. After several minutes a clerk finally came to the door. Got card and went to room. The door too the room looks like it was attacked with a hatchet or something. Big gashes in the door. Inside the room I found a desk that also looked like someone tried to chop it up for the firewood. The chair in the room had a big hole in it, 2 actually. Couldn't be sat in. There was a light fixture above our heads in the wall that was barely holding on and it was broke with sharp edges. If had fallen would have caused some pretty serious injuries. The light an fan switch for the bathroom was pushed into wall and there was a big hold in the wall where bathroom door was pushed in. The toilet would not flush and when wife went to take shower a cockroach fell out of the shower curtain into the tub. This place was really really bad and if I could give it less than one star I would. This makes me consider not using expedia again. I've used other apps and never gotten this poor quality of rooms. And on top of everything this place made me give them a 50.00 deposit that I have not received back.

Door locks did not work. Staff had to let us in. Pictures were significantly nicer than actual room. Looked like door had been kicked in and it was missing a safety lock. Holes I. The door looked like bullet holes.

Don’t do it. I’ve stayed at a lot of places in a lot of locations, and this was the first place I actually felt unsafe. Even my Uber driver told me this was a bad area of town. Have you ever seen the movie “Florida project?” It was like that. People actually live here in this place, there are windows boarded up, there was a cockroach in my hotel, and I got zero sleep because of the noise. I know it’s cheap, but spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

Staff was rude. Room did not have any amenities that were offered on the website. No tv in the room. No refrigerator. No microwave. Was not clean. Key did not work and when the staff member that checked me in had to come open the door he was mad about it. He walked in and said the room was good and walked out. I informed him that the room doesn’t even have a tv and he got mad and went through several more rooms only to find out that he couldn’t find a room with a tv. When I asked about getting another room or a refund he said stay there or don’t he didn’t care and walked off. I asked for a refund since the room did not even meet the standards of the website that was supposed to be offered, I was informed that I needed to contact the company I used to book the room for a refund. I did not stay there and walked down the street to a different hotel.

First off the front desk employee was very rude. I reserved a Queen sized mattress and ended up with a Full sized. Then there was no microwave. The toilet was clogged with toilet paper. There wasn't any complimentary hygiene and on top of all that There's BEDBUGS AND ROACHES!!! This place has been ran down since I last stayed here with no complaints. Too bad the a "No Refund Policy" This wasn't and isn't right. I didn't get what I payed for. Do not visit here!! False advertising!!
First off the front desk employee was very rude. I reserved a Queen sized mattress and ended up with a Full sized. Then there was no microwave. The toilet was clogged with toilet paper. There wasn't any complimentary hygiene and on top of all that There's BEDBUGS AND ROACHES!!! This place has been ran down since I last stayed here with no complaints. Too bad the a "No Refund Policy" This wasn't and isn't right. I didn't get what I payed for. Do not visit here!! False advertising!!

Nothing was good. Roaches, homeless people in the hotel and outside it. Fighing ,screaming, crack heads up all night dragging furniture above us, no hot water, dirty linings, in the morning my girlfriend was luckly in my car while it was warming up and i was checking out. Because the homeless people was trying to get in my car. Front desk said he letsnthem stay there free . Well itsnnot a hotal its a homeless shelter and we shouldn't have to pay to stay in a dump . No returns. Deposit of 50.00 and there was holes inbthe walls . Really? First room up stairs the shower was full. Smells like sewer inbthe whole place. Will never stay there again.

upon check in the man at the desk said “let me show you the room then you decide if you want to stay here” while headed to room with the man we encountered a woman doing drugs with a needle in her arm. the response from manager was “go back to your room” as we rounded the corner you could tell that was the whole vibe of this place as there were many more of the kind laying around high or exchanging goods if you get the drift. i was traveling with a 3 month old baby and my wife and this place is clearly unsafe. i have contacted oyo twice for a refund and given the run around both times. do not recommend not safe for families

Was a scam price for booking. Everyone, not just me, that had booked through anywhere other than the OYO reservations was told that their reservation had been cancelled. Front desk would not give explanation or who had cancelled it. But they had rooms available at $70 plus tax (about twice the price thru Hotels.com). When I contacted hotels.com they checked with OYO reservations who said that the hotel itself canceled the reservation.

It’s one of the cheapest hotels for a reason. Rooms aren’t very clean and the property does not feel safe. The gentleman behind the desk was very nice and helpful, the only bright spot in my overnight stay.

Staff was rude. Room did not have any amenities that were offered on the website. No tv in the room. No refrigerator. No microwave. Was not clean. Key did not work and when the staff member that checked me in had to come open the door he was mad about it. He walked in and said the room was good and walked out. I informed him that the room doesn’t even have a tv and he got mad and went through several more rooms only to find out that he couldn’t find a room with a tv. When I asked about getting another room or a refund he said stay there or don’t he didn’t care and walked off. I asked for a refund since the room did not even meet the standards of the website that was supposed to be offered, I was informed that I needed to contact the company I used to book the room for a refund. I did not stay there and walked down the street to a different hotel.

Key didn’t work initially, took them 20 minutes to replace. I was on bottom floor. Rained overnight and room was flooded - through the ceiling. This hotel is not under the OYO management and if you book a room they will tell you when you get to the property that they won't honor it. Also a terrible location and plenty of sketchy people around and at this hotel.

I did not experience having a dirty room. It was actually somewhat nice. That said, I basically stayed in my room all day for fear of being hurt and feeling unsafe by the homeless, drug seekers, and signs of violence throughout the area. I was staying for an interview in town and wearing a suit while walking to my car has never felt so scary. I wouldn't recommend staying there, but on the positive side the staff members were extremely nice and accomodating.

It was ok until I checked out and tried to get my $30 deposit back. I could barely understand the woman that worked there but she said something about the size of the bed being the reason she kept the $30!! That's just crazy. My wife convinced me to just leave because I could get nowhere with this weird woman. She stole my $30 deposit.

Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at . Homeless encampments, gang members , trash and graffiti everywhere. Room door had been broken into several times it looked like. Holes in room walls with graffiti and felt marker writing on the interior wall. Bullet hole in wall that continued into the bathroom enclosure. Insects in the tub. Some unidentified substance on headboard of bed. Big hole in the only chair in the room. Lamp shade written on by kids with crayons. Really bad part of town. Concerned about parking rental car since so many questions people wandering around there parking lot late at night. Slept with one eye open since strange sounds outside the room continued most of the night. A new low for my many stays away from home. 😵💫

We literally drove up and saw all the “activity” outside and decided not to get out of our car and we found a new hotel. Multiple people were loitering around with shopping carts and baggage. Clothes hanging over railings. There was too much going on that made us feel unsafe to even give it a try. Will not be returning.

Don’t do it. I’ve stayed at a lot of places in a lot of locations, and this was the first place I actually felt unsafe. Even my Uber driver told me this was a bad area of town. Have you ever seen the movie “Florida project?” It was like that. People actually live here in this place, there are windows boarded up, there was a cockroach in my hotel, and I got zero sleep because of the noise. I know it’s cheap, but spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

Do NOT stay at this hotel! Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this hotel to be featured on their site! There were prostitutes, drug dealers and a very unsafe environment! I literally opened the door to the room and immediately closed it didn’t even step foot in the room, went back up to the front and told the guy to cancel my deposit, then he tried to keep my ID! I will be emailing the CEO of Expedia because I’d love for them or their executive team members to make a trip down there and see if they would stay in that dirty hotel! Clearly the pictures this hotel is using on the website are NOT theirs and totally misleading!

It was so horrible from the outside with broken windows, questionable activity in the parking lot that my son and his family didn’t even stop. They decided they would rather sleep in the car in 90 degree weather than stay there.

If you are looking for drugs, this is a great place to stay. I had someone pound on my door for an hour looking for the dealer in the room next to mine. Needless to say, I kept the door locked and did not go out after dark.

Cigarette burns in sheets, towels were clean but nasty stains, tub didn’t drain well, water never got hot until the end of my showers. Neighborhood is very sketchy and I was approached by two different people for money or rides. I was grateful to have my dog with me as a slight deterrent.

The room was not clean poop on toilet towels that looked like someone used for oil change. Tub spout came off when I tried to take a shower Crack heads hollering all night then at 8am they began to blow the sidewalk they were aggressive and argumentative when I tried to communicate. Did not stay second night as planned and of course no refund was available

There were live roaches in the bathroom. There was feces on the bed. There were tiny black bugs all over the floor. Behind the hotel where there was parking, there were several sketchy looking people hanging out drinking and being rowdy. Not safe for two young girls traveling.
