Very good hospitality. The staff is nice. I stayed there for two nights. Each meals are vary and delicious. The hot springs also excellent. I had very leisure time during my stay.

The amazing hosts made us feel very welcome and there’s a special warm feeling in this accommodation. The hosts gave us a ride to and from the train station, which worked great. There’s 4 lovely onsens inside the accommodation. The place feels like you’re at your grandma’s house, which is kind of nice but also it wouldn’t hurt if it was renovated a bit to a more modern style.

3回目の宿泊も満足評価です。落ち着いた雰囲気と気さくな女将さん、料理も台湾や韓国の旅行客にも受け入れられるようエスニックと和風を融合させています。なんと言ってもプライベートで入れる露天風呂と内湯を満喫出来るのが最高です。

▶온천 : 지하에 4개의 노천온천이 있고, 방TV에서 실시간으로 이용유무를 알 수 있어요.(06시~23시까지이용가능) 앞에 산이보여서 경치좋고, 온천끼리 서로 붙어있어서 소리는 다 들려요. ▶음식 : 석식, 조식 다 좋긴한데 스시는 만들어진거 사온것 같고, 사시미가 안나온게 조금 아쉬워요. ▶접근성 : 송영이 가능하다고는 했으나 우리는 렌트카를 빌렸기때문에 찾아가기는 수월했어요. 하지만 마을초입이 좁아서 조심해야해요. ▶주변경치 : 료칸 뒤로 조금만 골목길 내려가면 뷰가 엄청 좋았어요. 사진찍기 좋아요 공기좋고 조용합니다. 주변에 편의점 아무것도 없어서 먹고싶은거 있음 사가야해요 전체적으로 만족합니다.

Lovely onsen with 4 to choose from, 2 outdoor and 2 indoor. Dinner and breakfast was delicious. Sleeping accommodation was quiet and nicely heated. Love this place.

처음 료칸을 방문했습니다. 친절한 사장님과 직원들! 그리고 정말정말 맛잇는 저녁과 아침까지!!! 일본 가정식을 가득 먹고와서 너무 기분좋게 여행을 마무리했습니다. 또한 온천도 정말깨끗하고 프라이빗하게 쓸수있어서 다음에 또 방문하려구요 정말 강추입니다!!!

처음 료칸을 방문했습니다. 친절한 사장님과 직원들! 그리고 정말정말 맛잇는 저녁과 아침까지!!! 일본 가정식을 가득 먹고와서 너무 기분좋게 여행을 마무리했습니다. 또한 온천도 정말깨끗하고 프라이빗하게 쓸수있어서 다음에 또 방문하려구요 정말 강추입니다!!!

山城屋さんの施設は少し古いですが手入れと掃除は行き届き、大変良い温泉とサービスをリーズナブルな料金で提供されていると思います。湯平温泉の赤提灯が映えるレトロな街並みは大正・昭和初期にタイムスリップさせてくれます。また来たいです。

人生初の旅館でした、部屋で食事をするのに憧れてまして本当に素敵な時間でした。お風呂も露天が大と小、内湯に陶器湯などあり全て貸し切りに出来るのが嬉しいです。ただ、前の人の使い方次第では次の人が不快に思う事も有るのでテレビで使用中などが見れるのは嬉しいのですが、そこら辺の管理まで出来たらと最高かなと。あと、テレビ横のタコ足配線は見えない工夫をしても良いかと思いますがトータル的にはとても居心地の良い空間でしたまた、行きたいです。

숙소도 깨끗하고 특히 가이세키가 미쳤음 너무 맛있어요 저녁도 맛있고 아침도 맛있고 후식도 다 주심 유자아이스크림 상큼하니 딱 좋았움 온천은 당연히 좋고!! 노천탕 들어가면 아 이래서 온천온천 하는구나 생각할정도로 좋았어용

후기 잘안남기는데 이곳은 정말 추천 하고 싶은 곳이라 후기남겨요! 신혼여행으로 오사카 ~ 후쿠오카 7일 동안 있으면서 제일 행복했던 하루 였어요~ 하루만 있었던게 아쉬울 정도 였어요! 우선 청결하고 음식도 깔끔하고 맛잇고 무엇보다 사장님이 너무 친절하시고 한국말도 너무잘하세요!! ㅎㅎ 근처에 편의점 없다해서 편의점에서 야식 잔뜩 샀는데 저녁상이 너무 푸짐해서 먹지도 못했어요 ㅠㅎ 다음에 후쿠오카 가게되면 또 가려구요! 온천도 너무 좋고 깔끔햇어요~^.^

This was the most beautiful ryokan stay. Food was absolutely fantastic, room was spaceous, hosts were welcoming. I definitely recommend it to everyone. Perfectly suitabpe for foreigners and single travellers.

The amazing hosts made us feel very welcome and there’s a special warm feeling in this accommodation. The hosts gave us a ride to and from the train station, which worked great. There’s 4 lovely onsens inside the accommodation. The place feels like you’re at your grandma’s house, which is kind of nice but also it wouldn’t hurt if it was renovated a bit to a more modern style.

It was my first trip to a ryokan, but I was satisfied beyond my expectations. The quality of the hot spring water was very good, and the dinner and breakfast were also at a Japanese standard level. The owner of the ryokan was very kind.

처음에는 가격 대비 음식은 물론 사장님과 직원분들의 친절함과 모든 면에서 '편안함' 을 느낄수 있었습니다. 그런데 료칸 로비에 비치되어있던 사장님이 직접 출간하신 책 내용 중 '편안함'이 료칸 운영의 철학이다. 라는 문구를 보고 머무는 동안에 아무 생각 없이 지나칠수 있는 얼음물 한잔, 온천 이용 및 유카타 입는 방법, 유노히라역에 처음 방문한 방문자들을 위해 열차 뒤쪽 위치에 걸려있던 플랜카드 등 정말 차원이 다른 섬세함과 정성에 감동을 받고 '편안함'에서 '행복함'을 느끼며 인간으로써 크게 가르침을 받고 여행을 마무리 할수 있었습니다. 기회가 되어 꼭 다시한번 찾아오고 싶은 행복한 공간이였습니다. ^^

山城屋さんの施設は少し古いですが手入れと掃除は行き届き、大変良い温泉とサービスをリーズナブルな料金で提供されていると思います。湯平温泉の赤提灯が映えるレトロな街並みは大正・昭和初期にタイムスリップさせてくれます。また来たいです。

가성비 료칸이라고 소문이 난 곳이라 기대하지 않을 수 없었는데, 기대이상으로 만족했어요. 유노히라까지 가는 것이 좀 번거롭지만 조용하게 쉬고 싶은 분이라면 강추합니다. 저렴한 가격에 맛난 식사, 친절한 서비스까지 만족할 수 있었어요. 시설이 좀 낡은 것이 흠이라면 흠이지만 그게 전혀 걸리지 않을만큼 나머지 서비스가 만족스러웠어요. 모든 온천탕이 가족탕이고 좀 좁고 작아서 단체로 사용하기엔 어렵지만 커플이나, 3-4인 정도의 가족이 사용하기엔 전혀 무리가 없습니다. 직원분들이 한국말을 조금씩 하실 수 있어서 의사소통에도 무리가 없었고요. 주변에 아무 시설도 없고 그냥 조용한 온천마을이라서 여러날 머물기엔 좀 무료할 수도 있겠지만 유후인이 식상하다면 유노히라로 가보는 것도 좋을 것 같아요.

두번째 갔지만 여전히 좋은 료칸 입니다 주변의 고요함도 종업원의 친절함도 맛있는 식사도 정말 다 좋아요 온천을 자유롭게 이용할 수 있다는 점이 무척 추천드리고 싶은 부분입니다 다만 숙소 주변에 편의점이 없으니 가벼운 주전부리는 료칸에서 구입 가능하지만 미리 사오시는 것을 추천드립니다

첫 료칸이었는데 매우 매우 좋았습니다. 주인분들과 모든 스텝들이 친절했고 유후인에서 떨어져있었지만 유노히라역까지 픽업 서비스도 해주셔서 괜찮았습니다. 특히 음식이 참 맛있었습니다. 노천온천도 좋아서 잘 먹고 잘자고 잘 쉬고 2박을 하는 내내 힐링하는 시간이었습니다. 오래 기억에 남을 것 같고 다음에는 부모님과 함께 와야겠다고 생각했습니다.

산속에 있는 조용한 료칸입니다. 유후인역에서 유노하라까지 가는 왕복티켓(유노하라역에는 티켓사는곳이 없습니다.)을 사시고, 열차를 타신뒤 2정거장을 가셔서 열차 운전사분께 표를 보여드리고 내리면 됩니다. 유노히라역에 도착하시면 료칸에 연락하셔서(인스타 디엠도 받으십니다. @yamashiroya.oita ) 송영서비스를 요청하시면 데리러 오십니다. 15분쯤 걸리십니다. 첫인상이 굉장히 좋았고, 사모님이 한국어 단어도 알고계셔서 소통이 편했습니다. 그리고 가족탕 4곳으로 운영중이신데, 이 점이 가장 좋았습니다. 여자친구랑 같이 온천을 즐기고 싶었는데 둘다 너무 만족했습니다. 가이세키 석식 및 조식도 굉장히 맛있었습니다. 이 가격에 료칸에서 이런 식사가 가능하다니? 라는 토픽으로 일본 내에서도 방송사가 왔다 갔었다는데, 그 이유를 알것 같았습니다. 다음에 유후인쪽 료칸을 가게된다면 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

This was the most beautiful ryokan stay. Food was absolutely fantastic, room was spaceous, hosts were welcoming. I definitely recommend it to everyone. Perfectly suitabpe for foreigners and single travellers.

숙소도 깨끗하고 특히 가이세키가 미쳤음 너무 맛있어요 저녁도 맛있고 아침도 맛있고 후식도 다 주심 유자아이스크림 상큼하니 딱 좋았움 온천은 당연히 좋고!! 노천탕 들어가면 아 이래서 온천온천 하는구나 생각할정도로 좋았어용

Fantastic, amazing, and gorgeous Ryokan. Everything at Yamashiroya is top notch. The food, the service, the amenities, the onsen. We had an absolutely lovely time. The service is one of a kind. I had heard about their famous service before we went, Yet I was blown away. Unbelievable! The entire staff at Yamashiroya were so, so good and paid attention to the most tiny details. A beautiful experience. Very, very highly recommend.

Nice clean and big room, 4 private baths, and delicious meals. You can choose your yukata so that it feels more personal. A great price for a ryokan in a secluded setting. Hosts were very welcoming as well. Please refer to their website if you have questions such as arranging their shuttle service. Highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay!

Outstanding experience with a warm family. They really take care of you. Breakfast and dinner were ample and of high quality. Also got to enjoy the outdoor onsens. If you do one ryokan experience in Japan, this is the place to go.

Spacious and clean room but of older styles and conditions. Staff were excellent and very welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were superb and traditional Japanese style set meals. Hot spring baths (both inside and outside) were of excellent traditional styles and not shared with other guests. The main minor issue was that you cannot drive directly to the door because of narrow road access. We need to park somewhere at the main road and the staff would transport us and luggages to the hotel. Not a big deal but better be aware of. Because of we drove directly there instead of pickup from station (part of their service), they offered us free drinks for dinner and that was very much appreciated.
