Step back in time, this property gives off 70-80s vibes. But, really was a ton of fun. Everything you need is right on property. Close to other activities and amenities also.

I really enjoyed the surplus of complimentary amenities. I was a little disappointed to learn that the archery and duck pin bowling were out of order because we were really looking forward to those in particular. The staff was (for the most part) very welcoming and friendly as well as helpful. The room was clean and the surrounding areas were clean as well. I did appreciate that the mini golf clubs and balls were out and ready to be used. They were also in great condition. Lastly, the woman working at the gift shop was extremely sweet and polite. Visiting her was a great way to end our visit.

The place need a major renovation. The bed sheet , bed Carpet are smells . Before entering the room smells molds already . Then the mini pool stairs handle is rusty . Good not really good . Wait for 30 mins before they serve your main course . The soup very salty it taste like from the can . Service so so . Its my first to see the place and for curiosity experience but I will not recommend the place unless they will renovate . Also the bowling ali only one is working you need to wait if they want to give you a chance to play .

Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with attending to any of our needs. We stayed in Diana’s Oasis Suite, which was absolutely wonderful. There are plenty of fun activities such as kayaking, pool, corn hole, mini golf and more. My only complaints are that they have bowling but it only partially works, the tennis courts are also very outdated and need some repairs and their dinner is just OK.. However the salad bar and breakfast buffet are both very good. I’d definitely come back and recommend this location to other couples

This place literally has everything in one place. It’s like a mini resort. I had a restaurant, a bar, tons of different games (indoor and out). They have planned activities you can go to. The rooms are great with the private pool, it was clean. However, when you walk into the lobby it’s a little deceiving, it’s modern and up to date, but the dinning room and room was out dated stuck in the 90’s. The dinner food did not impress but breakfast was good. I would return again for the fact that they did have a lot to offer.

We enjoy going few times a year for a quick little getaway. Indoor/outdoor pools, indoor/outdoor miniature golf, activities, bowling, pool tables, live music, comedy show, much to do and like the private pool, sauna, whirlpool in the room. We pay extra for the dinner. Breakfast buffet is always filling. Like can stay after checkout to further enjoy the amenities.

Older resort, but extremely functional and a lot of fun! The staff was helpful and very courteous. There is so much to do on the resort, you need to take at least a week to relax. The food was very good and cheaper compared to like restaurants in the surrounding area. Lots of conveniences. They have a very nice pond that has several small fish. Poles and live bait is provided, but you need to provide your own bobber if using live bait. Some areas such as the basketball courts and the fitness center need upgrading or repair. Overall, we would absolutely go back if we had the chance!

Activities was great all hotels rooms where good cleanest good a little outdated but good entertainment at the night club with the singers and comedy excellent outdoor activities and indoor activities excellent staff really helpfully pools excellent will recommend this to any couple will have give it 4 stars could have gave it 5 stars roo.s need to have a little upgrade but beside that perfect for couples

The game room is completely out of date with table pool, bowling and arcade area. With all the money coming in this establishment they could at least modernize the look of everything.

Long but Very Detailed Review I was so nervous about booking this place for our anniversary because of some of the reviews I had read. I stayed nervous all the way here! However, check-in was smooth. I believe her name was Diana—she was very nice, explained almost everything the resort included, and handed me our keys within 10 minutes. Most of the time was spent signing the contract. I also loved the map they provided for directions to our room. Once we got to the room and I looked around, I was so happy we decided to stay here. We stayed in the Diana Oasis Suite, which had a great setup and was even bigger than I expected. I'm the type of person who cleans the room upon arrival, no matter where I stay, but the suite was already clean for the most part. There were some fun activities for us, though I wish there had been more couples around to fully enjoy them. The food at Spooners was good, and Karaoke night was awesome—shoutout to the DJ who was there! Breakfast was also good, but on one of the days, the waffle batter was too thin. Bowling was different but fun. I did have a few cons during my stay. The pool area in our suite could have been wiped down better—I noticed some webs and bugs in the corners. Also, I really don’t like that hotels are getting rid of microwaves. Staying here for a week without a way to warm up leftovers was frustrating. Maybe they could consider placing at least one microwave near the ice machine, which could also be located closer to the rooms

Staff are amazing and super nice and let us check-in early. The food was okay. But as far as the room it was dirty , mold everywhere in the room . Ceiling had mold on it , walls also did . Behind the door looked like it hasn’t been touched in months. I’m pretty disappointed with it for the price I paid.

Was dirty. Messy. Everything was out of date and old. Bugs in the rooms. Beds broken. Was not a happy weekend at all

Facility its self was good plenty of things to do at the resort and nightly events Our room looked fantastic at first hand but the more you’re in there you notice the bad. Did notice the jacuzzi was cleaned every day that was a plus. But our private pool was probably the worst experience It felt just nasty and dirty went to use the ladder and it had some type of brown flakey slime and covered my wife’s hands brown. Went to use the shower the first night and noticed it wasn’t draining so I ran my foot over the drain and it was nothing but hair stuck to it. That kinda threw me off but I just moved on with my day TVs are good just can’t hook anything up to them so don’t bring a Roku or Amazon fire stick to stream shows on because it won’t work Other then all that the stay was okay

Room was dirty and needs to be renovated

This property is severely outdated! The repairs that have been done do not look good. The carpet that is in the room and by the pool is severely damaged and stained. There is rust everywhere on metal where it has not been painted. The room was filthy. Walking across the floors my feet were black on the bottom. My knob was missing for the jacuzzi timer. By the time they brought me a knob the water in the tub was completely cold. This could be a very nice property if the place was updated and cleaned properly. On the upside, all of the staff were extremely friendly. The food was phenomenal. For the money, it is a definite NO!

The room was dirty, the sheets had stains and hair on them. The jacuzzi tub only had 2 out of 4 jets working. We requested another room and the samething. The wall paper was peeling, the mirrors was peeling and cracked, the sauna door would not close so the pool room was extremely hot. We decided to check out. Waisted so much money to travel here and not satisfied at all we are very disappointed and upset.

I had a room with a pool in it, and the carpet was absolutely filthy.Disgustingly filthyI would never put my feet on the carpet, and my room was never cleaned.The three days that I stayed there

The property was ok needs improvements, the room had a strong bad smell, the room i had the shower was clogged and the front door had trouble closing and opening it. The outside pool was dirty and when i went to get a drink there was a bug in my drink and the bartender instead of instantly changing my drink tells me that there must be bugs in the bottles because the liquor are sugary there nothing he can do about that and then he goes do you want me to change it. I couldn’t believe that. Horrible.

Our first night there there was food (rice) on the floor under the coffee table I let that one slide. My wife filled the tub only for me to return and there’s a film floating alone with other particles in the tub. They sent someone to clean it. I woke up the next morning in which I found some of our hygiene items covered in little ants. Thought I took care of the problem until we returned to the room later that afternoon and the problem with the ants was back to square one. I go down to the front desk for them to tell me they are sending someone, call made and all before I left. For them to show up 2 hours later when my wife was sleeping. Was told Wednesday when we checked out that the manager would be in contact that day. The manager never called until I reached out on their site 😏 on another note. They apparently didn’t even put us in the room we selected either….

This place needs a serious deep cleaning. It smells musty and old as soon as you walk in. The pool was my favorite. The Champaign Towers is an accident waiting to happen. I see why you sign a waiver. I had to clean my space before I could even get comfy. The toilet...what grade are we in 2nd? Why so low? Your not gonna poop right at all til you go home. The breakfast was cool...but dinner at Spooners...wow very disappointing. How do you mess up chicken? I dont think we will be going back

It was a nice place. Decor is outdated but as advertised. Main tv had no power to it but otherwise it was nice. Friendly employees.

There were no real cable chanels, the WiFi was terrible and there was NO microwave in the room. The room advertised an in-room pool (should've been a soaking tub). We had a better time at the Pocono Outlets

Overall the room was pleasing, but too dark and not enough windows to have a sunlight.

Love the 80s retro style of the room. Perfect playful romantic getaway! Endless activités and entertainment that can either make you feel like a big kid, adventurous, or there for some R&R! I booked the champagne tower which was wonderful except the pool light was out and the toilet paper holder was broken…simple things like this could use better attention! Overall loved my stay!

The room (Garden of Eden) was a good as it looked in the pictures. But the property overall looked old and ran down. Needs major upgrades.

My wife and I visited for our 20th anniversary. We enjoyed the room, Diana's Oasis. Loved having the private pool and the Jacuzzi. The food was good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We want to stay in the Champagne Tower on our next visit.

THE PROPERTY IS DATED. ALL AROUND THERE ARE SIGNS OF WEAR AND TEAR. THEY NEED A PLAN OF CONTINUED UP KEEP IN PLACE ON THE OTHER HAND, THE STAFF IS TRYING THEIR BEST WITH WHAT THEY HAVE TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE NICE AND HELPFUL. WOULD NOT RETURN

We would really like to thank your staff for such a wonderful weekend celebrating my wife's 40 birthday. Front desk staff (*Donna) was so helpful, and dining staff was very accommodating.

It started out bad since check in was at 3pm and didn’t get a room till 630 and than never got the room I booked…that room was picked for a specific reason. Besides that staff was great and rooms are clean and quiet

Check was a nightmare. It is advertised check in is at 3:30pm. We did not get a room until 6:00pm Everyone we spoke to had the same problem So we had to sit around and wait for 2 1/2 hours. We complained and asked to speak with a manager, but was told he was busy fixing and cleaning rooms because they were understaffed Staff was very nice but It was very frustrating because no one could tell us when exactly the room would be available. Eventually they gave us an upgraded room because the room we had booked was still not ready. The upgraded room was nice but the wait was not

Pillow cases were stained, towels were stained, champage glass jacuzzi was peeling painy and leaking from the faucet even when it was off. When i brought it up to the front desk they said a manager will call me at 3, never got a call. I went in person to the front desk the next morning and i wa told management wont be in today but someone will call me before the night is over. That never happened so i guess management just doesnt care how the hotel is being ran.

We sat for about 15 minutes and assumed one person was working and they were in the kitchen. When the cook came out front to get a drink, he looked at us and went back into the kitchen. I looked back at the man and woman playing pool and asked if there was a bartender. The woman took a deep breath and rolled her eyes and put her pool stick down, then mumbled “now he’s going to win.” Then served my husband a beer and didn’t ask what I wanted. She finally came back and I ordered a beer. A couple came and sat next to us, and when the manager walked in they told her how they were waiting for their room. I said we were waiting too and another couple said they were also waiting. The manager did take action and got us into our rooms shortly after. When we entered the Garden of Eden suite I started to jacuzzi tub so I could get a shower then relax. The bottom of the tub was filthy. There were sparkles, champagne foil wrapper and hair all through the rub. I called to ask if I could get cleaning stuff to clean my tub and the housekeeping manager came right over to clean it for us. I knew how busy they were so I really appreciated this. Everything after check in was pretty good. Very relaxing and romantic. Dinner was delicious and our server was Great! Won’t go back though.

This property is centrally located to many interesting attractions. The staff go out of their way to make you feel special. It is a great stress-free get-away. The dining has been excellent both breakfast and dinner.

Everything was within walking distance at the resort , nice food and other fun activities to do both indoors and out

Wonderful little getaway. Service was over and beyond. Clean, cute and fun. Very quiet and close to many shops and entertainment. Will definitely be back.

The property was beautiful. We did not expect a pool in our room that was amazing. It was nice and quiet.

We would recommend this resort to our friends. Great location, great customer service and great atmosphere. We will be back in the summer for the hiking trails.

This was a nice getaway for us. I liked the individual suites as there was plenty of space. There were convince stores and dining options nearby.

Very much enjoyed our stay! It had more features than we even realized. It felt like staying at a summer camp, but only for adults. Loved being a little remote and close to nature but also having modern amenities and restaurants nearby if needed.

The property was OK. It was really outdated needs a lot of fix. The food was terrible. Don’t waste your money on the food but the state was pretty. The pool was gorgeous and the champagne cup was awesome.

Checking in was okay. The person who checked us in very friendly and answered our questions with a smile. I don't know her name but she was about 5'5 strawberry blonde shoulder length hair, average build, glasses and she had a wrist splint on. The woman next to her was condesending. I say that because i was listening to her check in the couple next to us and the way she was answering their questions was just kind of rude. When they would ask a question, she would tell them to wait a minute, to let her speak. It's a way you're supposed to talk to people when you're in customer service and she wasn't talking to them that way. She was about 5'6, black hair, with a ponytail, and looked either puerto rican or spanish. When we got to the room 522, supposedly the cupid suite, it was and smelled old. The wall paper was peeling, the tv didn't work, it kept going in and out and we didn't get all the channels we were supposed to. The jacuzzi was rusted in the jets, the washcloths were stained, the light fixtures had finger stains from previous guests that stayed in the room. Luckily, i bring my own washcloths, lysol and wipes whenever i go to a hotel. It was birthday weekend and the first time i have ever been here and the last. The room price is not worth it. I should have known the place was old and decrepit when we pulled into the "resort" and saw the sign that was also dingy. The only saving grace was going out of the hotel, off of the property, to dinner, shopping, target shooting.

Our first time there was great. The second time they had a new kitchen manager who understaffed the servers our entire stay. It took us one hour from our reservation dinner time till we saw any food that wasn’t from the salad bar. This happened both nights we were there. I complained while there and I am making know again now

This is an all inclusive resort. Our room was nice but smelled-BAD. We had to go out and purchase air freshener. Meals were good and options were plentiful. Breakfast was a buffet. Drink package would be nice. Drinks were on the pricy side. Also, One day the CXO didn’t come to work so all events were canceled. Overall the place is nice but old, people were friendly but there is definitely room for improvement all around.

It was a good experience. First night when we had Dinner the food was not that good the soup was cold and it seems like the food was microwaved. But overall good experience

We had a very enjoyable little getaway. The food was delicious!! Also, I must give our waitress that we had both evenings, Jessica (Jess) two thumbs up! She was wonderful and we wanted to make sure that the management knew about her excellent work.
