This hotel seemed great based on reviews, we arrived on time for check in, asked if we wanted first or second floor. Opted for 2nd floor and we found our door. Upon walking in, there was dirty on the floor, and the pull out sofa bed was covered in crumbs and loose change, as well as under the sofa bed on top of the black trundle base, there was half a marker and weird crumbled paper trash. The unit was missing the proper bedding for the pull out bed, no biggie, called down and asked for a second pillow as only one was in the unit for the sofa bed. The pillow arrived with a weird pink stain on the pillowcase. Gross, but after calling they sent up a new pillowcase and the attendant helped us change the pillow case. The outdoor pool was very dirty, several weird rocks at the bottom as well as bugs and weird hair in the pool. We didn’t attempt the hot tub. The rest of the stay seemed normal up to check out day. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 11 am to ask if we were still in the unit. Check out wasn’t until 12PM, and we definitely felt rushed at that point to hurry and pack to leave. Overall we really didn’t have an amazing experience, and would rate this establishment closer to a budget hotel, on an expensive hotel budget. Based on our experience we definitely won’t be back.

Front desk staff excellent. Costumer derive top tier! The front desk staff was amazing . clean issue what took so much away from my visit. I don’t complain but i had to change room dirty bathroom which just made notice that the place needs a deep cleaning but what they lack in cleaness Hospitality was at an all time high for me. Not that i want to pay for dirt it was christmas i didn’t want to make problems

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The remote control had dried food on it. The table was dirty with food particles and water spots. There was a slimey blood spot on the back of the bathroom door (I used an Antibacterial wipe to clean it off) and there was a spot of blood on the shower curtain. One of the bed pillows smelled dirty and old. (luckily there are several pillow on the bed so we didnt have to use that one). The walls are thin and you can hear the children shrieking in the next room. The door deadbolt didn't fully engage. The slider door glass in the bedroom was so dirty you couldn’t see thru it. It was so caked on it seems like it's never been cleaned. If you try to sit outside on the tiny patio the air conditioner from the floor above spews drops of water on you. At the breakfast buffet the children are running in circles around the food area and the parents and hotel employees ignore them. It was ridiculous trying to get our plates of food with the children in the way. Some of them were on hoverboards riding them in circles around the food. The toilet didnt flush properly. We had to flush it several times just to get the toilet paper to go down. The refrigerator runs constantly and is very loud. The ceiling in the bedroom had big brown water spots on he ceiling (we told the front desk). The hotel is convenient to the highway but the parking is limited and the building has a strange layout.
