This wasn't first stay so when I walked in and the wait to check in was about 45 minutes. There was only one clerk working on a Friday! This is unacceptable. The parking please don't get me started HORRIBLE! What happened to customer service. I will never book at this location again.

This property did not meet expectations. The room was clean. We had reserved 2 king rooms as it stated that they had a pull out sofa, they didn't and none of their rooms do. They did switch one of my rooms to a room with 2 queens per my request. You have to pay to park and there was less than zero spots. Lots of vehicles parked on the grass, along the drive paths, etc. I notified the staff and she basically ignored my comment, no refund was offered or provided. There is no restaurant, you can order at the bar and take a seat at a table. I didn't see anyone order food. We decided to walk to dinner as there's several locations near by. The area is not safe and I don't recommend leaving the hotel. There was security at several places that we walked to, they were armed and had body scanners. We just returned and got out vehicle to go elsewhere.

The hotel failed to provide the room category I prepaid for. My confirmed reservation was for a Junior Suite, 1 King Bed, Corner, for September 4–6. At approximately 10:30 PM on September 4, the hotel told me my reserved suite was unavailable and placed me in a standard king room. I asked on both days to be moved into the room category I purchased, and the hotel was unable to provide it for the entire stay. I am requesting a refund to my original payment method for the difference between the suite I purchased and the standard room that was actually supplied, plus appropriate compensation for the two-night downgrade.
