Waited for 3 hours to get my room. When I did rep tried to charge for room even thought I pre-paid. Gave me the key to the wrong room, had to come back to lobby. Was assigned disability room with no outlet on wall with computer desk.

We have stay at other Four points by Sheridan before and loved them. This one was definitely sub par. When we arrived late Friday night, the lady who greeted us was very rude. We were trying to check in and we asked where to park and she was nasty acting like we should already know. The whole hotel smelled like weed. Parking was TERRIBLE. They also use their lot for paid airport parking to make extra money so we had to park far away. The bar was nice and the bartender was great! It worked for a place to sleep during our travel soccer games, but we will definitely not be staying again when we return. We will find somewhere else.

parking close to the hotel was overflowing. there's no possible way there were that many hotel occupants at one time. there were more cars than rooms. which wouldn't normally be an issue, but i had twin toddlers with me. so the walk from the back overflow parking in the cold windy weather, was not pleasant.

The breakfast was delicious and I love the fact that as a guest I was given a voucher that offered free meals during breakfast for all three days of my stay.
