They were very busy and the shuttle is once per hour, so we had long wait for the shuttle from the airport. Front desk was very helpful, nice security staff and we had Chinese food delivered, very easy, ate in the lovely garden area. Plus easy to get an Uber right out front. Be ready for a wait if you use the shuttle from the airport. There are hundreds of hotel shuttles at the Miami airport. If you miss it you may have a long wait. But otherwise ok place to stay for one night near the airport. Friendly helpful hardworking staff.

The room was clean, very little amenities. Could hear everything happening in the hallway all night. Hallways are very narrow, more like a house hallway than a hotel hallway. Staff was pleasant. The hotel shuttle from the airport took over an hour to pick up and was not marked for this hotel so very confusing as there is a similar named hotel nearby with a clearly marked airport shuttle. We booked this hotel to save money and we did. It was clean but it is very bare bones.

If I could, I would give it less than one. It was absolutely horrible. The room was dirty. Mowed on the tile floors, cracked towels in the bathroom hole in the wall no elevator. Carpet in the hallway was old and dirty not like the pictures on Expedia.

We booked this hotel because there was shuttle service from the airport but their shuttle bus uses a different hotel name on it and they won't pick you up unless you call and arange the ride. The hotel and rooms smelled like mold. The carpets didn't look like they had been vacuumed in a long time. I'm surprised that Wyndham put their name on this hotel.

First thing we saw when checked in was a cockroach. Bathrooms smelled so bad, shower tub dingy and dirty, Raggedy room, inattentive staff waited in line to check out and staff was to busy talking to each other to attend to me, ended up just leave room keys on desk and walked away

I was a bit underwhelmed. The room was tiny, barely enough room for my 2 suitcases and myself. So was the bathroom, tiny. They were clean and well supplied. Then the fact that there was no elevator. Guess it may not be needed since there are only two floors. But I was tired and not expecting to lug my suitcases up two flights of stairs. Served its purpose of providing a place to shower and sleep during a 12 hour layover.

The exterior is lack luster, but once inside it looked decent. I really liked the small garden area, very cute for pictures. The room itself was clean, although, it was much smaller than what the photos depict. It also seemed to have the "landlord make over" paint job if you know what I mean.. there was so much paint caked on the bathroom door it wouldn't close. The bed its self was comfy apart from the noisy metal frame beneath. You could also hear the people walking through the halls and they can definitely hear you... Anyways, the free breakfast isn't prepared, you pour the batter yourself, and the breakfast options are limited (but i mean hey, free is free) Overall, if you're coming for an action packed trip where you'll only be at the hotel to sleep and shower but be out all waking hours then this isn't a bad spot. Actually, based on the price point, its ideal. But if you're look for a hotel to lounge around and recharge a bit during your trip I'm not sure I'd 100% recommend this spot.

Parking was free. The area is a typical airport neighborhood. It felt a bit sketchy at first, but turned out to be okay. The room was VERY small, tight, very basic. It was not stocked well. We had 3 people and 2 queen beds. There were 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Had to request more, the person at the desk tried to blow me off, but I insisted that this was not adequate for 3 adults. There was no plastic liner for the ice bucket and only 1 coffee cup. The hotel did the job but nothing to brag about. Airport shuttle was on time and efficient.

We had a very bad experience checking in. I have a walker as I have mobility issues. When we arrived, no one was at the desk. Once the lady arrived, she kept her earphone in one ear. She didn’t look at us. We requested a room on the first floor and was told no. We hauled our luggage up to the second floor, carried my walker and went to the room. I opened the door to the room and there was a couple already occupying the room, in bed. I immediately apologized and shut the door. We went down to the desk, had to wait for a bit. When we told her people were in the room, she called the room and started enquring into the confirmation of the people there, leaving us just standing there. We finally insisted she deal with us first. Amazingly, there WAS a room on the first floor and we FINALLY got there and the keys did not work! Unfortunately, it was not a good experience for us.

It was clean, there was a free continental breakfast, parking was easy and we felt safe. I also ordered food and the delivery driver only spoke spanish. The staff at the front desk was bilingual and talked to the driver on my phone to guide her where to go. She was so nice about it even though she was busy. She stopped what she was doing to help me get my food.

I arrived late for check in, called twice to confirm with staff that we will be arriving and both times was told that there was no issue. Once we arrived at the hotel we were told there is no reservation under my name. The front desk man didn’t seem to want to try and help, felt very dismissive. If I didn’t keep insisting he probably wouldn’t have double checked and found the reservation. I understand mistakes can happen but it’s how one responds, it was 4am and basically told us too bad he can’t find it. Where would we have gone at 4am in a city we’ve never been. Besides that the room was decent for the 5 hours we basically stayed there.

This was not Wyndham quality. Customer service at desk was frustrating and disorganized. We did not get into our room until almost 5:00 after waiting for hours. We were told “ten more minutes” multiple times. We didn’t make it to our dinner reservations with family due to the fact that we were unable to shower. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff could have greeted me with a smile. The shuttle service was unavailable. Meaning, I called 6 times to the location and couldn't speak with anyone but a recording. I call the home office and they transferred me to the same recording. I finally had to take a shuttle to a near by hotel and walk from there.

It was cool. A restaurant was right across the street, so that was a big plus. The bathroom was small, but everything else was good. The front desk staff were cool to chat with.

There are a couple of dining options within walking distance. One of them is right across the street, Patio Tipico; which has good food and nice latin music. The included breakfast has very limited options, but it'll help you start your day.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Room was fairly clean but en suite bathroom was poorly cleaned around the pedestal - the shower was fine though. Room had zero wall decor and few power sockets. A standard lamp was set beside the bed but had no power socked to connect to it - therefore, useless. There were no bedside tables so not good for putting down the book at bed time TV provision was good. Air conditioner was VERY noisy It was nicer to receive 2 small bottles of water in the room Free breakfast was a nice option although the food on offer was quite limited Airport shuttle was on time and drivers were safe and conscientious. Location was convenient and there were several local amenities

Hôtel correct pour une nuit et pratique quant à sa localisation près de l'aéroport. Situé à proximité d'un quartier résidentiel très sympa et assez bien desservi en terme de transport en commun. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Cependant, grosse insatisfaction quant à l'organisation de la navette aéroport que nous avions commandée la veille comme convenu. Le Jour J pas de navette à l'heure programmée. Lorsque nous avons été nous renseigner, l'hôtesse à l'accueil nous a juste dit qu'il y a dû y avoir un problème et qu'il fallait qu'on trouve une solution. Nous avons dû commandé un Uber. Résultat 22,38$ de frais supplémentaires. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel justement pour le service navette aéroport inclus. Nous concevons tout à fait qu'on ne peut pas tout avoir pour un petit prix mais lorsque le service est annoncé inclus, il nous semble juste de réclamer ce service et en cas de problème, cela ne devrait pas être de notre responsabilité de trouver une solution.
