Hotel Residencial Ilhabela

When we arranged we found the room was filthy with old food all over the counter, the floor was covered in sand and the toilet obviously hadn't been cleaned. I went to the office and told them, so they sent a girl over who had a filthy dirty bucket of water that looked like she was using to clean floors with, and she used the same dirty rag to wipe the toilet down and wipe the kitchen counter off. The fridge and stove were discussing, they looked like they hadn't ever been cleaned, the matress on the bed was a piece of foam that was too small for the bed and was very uncomfortable. To top it off, we had paid extra when we booked for a large room and we were given a small room, but at this point it really didn't matter as we were not happy. Also there are no safes in the rooms, so we had to carry all of our documents and valuables with us in a bag, when we were going for breakfast we were tond that there are no bags allowed in the restaurant and to leave our bag in the room, passports, credit cards, lots of money, I don't think so! My wife and I had to go to the restaurant separately each morning to eat while one of us stayed with our belongings. I would not recommend staying in this hotel, I think there are better options available but unfortunately we found out to late!

Café da manhã não tem reposição rápida, não tem tantas opções, apenas ovo mexido, salsichas, pão, bolo e fruta. Suco não é natura e de saquinho, xícaras com cheiro de barata. Toalhas e enxoval não tem uma boa higienização cheio de manchas "suspeitas", quarto cheira urina acredito que alguma criança deve ter urinado e não teve uma boa higienização, muito barulho de ar condicionado dos outros quartos, ar condicionado tem dificuldade para gelar o quarto, utensílios de cozinha cheio de uma crosta preta, banheiro com detalhes nos cantos de sujeiras "suspeitas", Camas da sala todas velhas soltado pedaços, ventilador cheio de teia de aranha parecendo ventilador de casa fantasma.

Péssima hospedaria, não recomendo a ninguém. Pelo mesmo preço, tem lugares bem melhores na praia

Localização perfeita , acomodação atendeu nossa expectativa . Falta alguns itens básicos de cozinha ( toalha de mesa, panos de prato) Deixo como sugestão , ter torradeira . Café da manhã oferecido teria tudo para ser bom , mas a demora na reposição, principalmente ovos , é lamentável.
