Hotel was really ran down. Didn't seem very safe or secure. I had to have desk recode my key card every day. Dresser in room was missing a drawer. All the outlets didn't work.

You get what you pay for! The room was not very clean. The toilet didn’t flush well but had a plunger beside it just in case. You can only speak to staff through a security window. No lobby access! During a four night stay, my room was never cleaned or restocked. I had to go to the window and ask for a role of toilet paper.

Not worth the low price. No amenities. Poor TV selection. Sleazy feel, like garish Fawlty Towers in Uzbekistan.

Ironing board was ripped, tiles in bathroom were just leaning against wall, soap holder in shower had bubble. There was no carpet in room and i had to wear socks every night and they were filthy by end of stay. Also had to go to front desk every time i came back from being out so they could re-set the key card, happened 4 times.

I didn’t receive great service, they tried to make me get a wash towel downstairs myself, and there was no lobby and no breakfast.

Just the environment of the room was so poor, there is no lobby had to check in like a druve thru window. No toilet paper, The shower had strong pressure.

The rooms were real nice. Mine had a huge tub that I made good use of. I got more than I expected from the cheapest room I could find. The staff could have been more attentive and even a fully functioning vending machine or 2 would have greatly improved beverage and snack options...

The place was dirty, bath tub had black on the floor of the bathtub, hair on the floor, cigarette burns on the bathtub. The lobby is never opened, no access to vending machines. AC did not work well after second day. Floor felt greasy. Hole patches on wall needed painted. Only good thing was the price. Would never stay there again.

Honestly, a pretty ghetto place. There was garbage hidden under the bed. Lobby was always closed and staff took forever to respond to the night window bell.

Dirty, smelly and bugs

There is no toilet paper dirty towels roaches the place look like it hadn't even been cleaned up

The room was infested with cockroaches , we shortened our stay because of this

Don't waste your money, stay in the street it's better. Toilet was clogged. Fornt desk guy was rude. Room was dirty. Piss and poop on the sheet.

They didn’t mention that even though we booked online there is still a $100 deposit. Then we get to the room and the water is brown when we used the sink and final ran clear after a few uses. When taking a shower the water wasn’t even hot it was cold. Also the pillow cases were dirty and looked like it had mold.

Terribly dirty. Smelt like smoke, holes in the holes, bug in the bed. Left after 1 hour.

I stayed in a room with two queen sized beds. One of the two beds had what looked like cigarette burn holes in the sheets and what looked like some black ink stains on the bed runner. The shower head did not have sufficient water pressure. Also I was required to provide a $100 deposit in cash at check in, which was returned at check out. I was not allowed to use a credit card for this deposit but could not understand the clerk’s explanation of why. It was something about their payment system not processing.

There was nothing that I liked about the whole experience! The room was NOTHING like the room listed. In fact, I didn't even get the room that I reserved! The room I got had two double beds instead of a kin, paint was peeling off the walls in more then one place, and the fire alarm was hanging by it's wires on the wall, to name a few! I have photos if you want to see them! Someone from Expedia should check them out! They are giving Expedia a bad name/reputation!

I booked a King bed but they gave me twin bed. The room smells so bad. It was affordable but the cleanliness is a no no.

It was decent except the room wasn’t cleaned right. Floors looked dirty, a little vomit stain on the bed frame cover, dirty mirror, and a food stain on the wall. Also the water didn’t shoot cold.

The property itself is definitely not like the pic. Very ghetto, stained sheets, restroom door does not shut. Towel has pube hairs, wall fixtures coming off. It says free breakfast and it's not true. People live there and plenty of homeless people hanging there. Read the fine print as you do have to give a hundred deposit that is not mentioned on Expedia. I did get it back same day as check out. We did take pics and show before we got comfortable. Noisy neighbors as people go in and out as I mentioned, people live there. I would not go back.

My heater went out and was looking for a cheap option. Just need to somewhere safe and warm to sleep so with that being said, I was not expecting this to be a five star hotel. Made my reservation online. Look to see what the deposit was didn’t see one booked came to the hotel. The gentleman at the front was very adamant About $100 deposit. Which is kind of crazy for $40 room I asked him to show me where he saw the $100 deposit at online. I gave him my phone because I couldn’t find it and it took him about five minutes to find it on the website. So how is a regular person who does not really know the website was to see that and it took him five minutes! I got my room key went into the room heater did not work. Wasn’t going to complain because it was warmer in there than it was outside. The microwave was dirty from top to bottom and horrendous. There was paint peeling from the bathroom wall. There was baseboard flaps, loose the curtain and not close all the way the entrance door look like someone could easily kick it open in the bathroom door was deteriorating so bad and could not close all the way or open all the way due to the door either being too big or warped from water. I have pictures of all of this by the way the bed was actually comfy and no bedbugs thank God but they were cigarette burns all through the sheets, even though this is a non-smoking room. There was some green substance that was stained on the sheets and the bathroom towels every one of them dirty!

When I arrive to my reservation, they request to me a deposit of $100 USD for any damage on the room and this was not mentioned during my reservation process, afortunately I had the money but could be people doesn't, when I leave they didn't got back my money, they said It takes two days, these two days have passed and I still not recieve my money.

Staff was unfriendly, very hostile when asked for any service of hospitality and the business operates under a cloak of misinformation to retain the customer's deposit or room wage with hidden fee's in small print..

The owner was very rude..the 100 dollar deposit is overpriced for a known drug establishment..not only did I waste a 26.84 Lyft drive to come to the establishment just to be turned down due to 100 deposit for a 40 dollar room..he didn’t attempt to accommodate he over talked me I guess because I’m a woman..I could see a 50$ deposit but 100.. toys was my first and last visit to San Antonio the prices are unrealistic and they don’t have complimentary breakfast to even expect 150 for a 20 .. Expedia please don’t recommend this establishment on your site it’s overpriced and theyare rude and very much non unaccomodating

They wouldn’t even let me check in after I paid for the room. They were rude and very dismissive

I like the fact that the property is clean and quiet. The price is good and it is convenient.

Good option to stay if you're on a roadtrip

There is a bus stop at the front.

Right by trash downstairs lots of peoples out of their rooms standing outside no carpets floors cold

The hotel looks nothing like in the pictures when you make a reservation and you go to check in they charge you $100 just for making a reservation and not just popping up and booking a room. The area is sketchy and to be completely honest. It may be some illegal activity going on there. Me and my husband did not stay. We drove four hours to San Antonio and we drove right back to DFW after the event.

This location is SKETCHY! We didn't feel safe at all during our stay. At 3am we had someone knocking at our door trying to get money for anything they could do😳 We chose this location because it was just 5 minutes from Fort Sam Houston where our daughter is stationed but next time we go to visit we will for sure be picking accomodations somewhere else.

Easy access. Good price. Sofa has to be replaced. Tea, coffee and kettle has to be provided. Staff is good.
