Downtown Guest Quarters Hotel

For a hotel this was a very unique experience. We arrived on a Sunday and wondered around trying to find out how to check in and find our room. We finally saw a phone number to call and once we called it was quickly explained to us and we were able to locate the key box and our room. The room was very large and had a balcony that was nice to go out on. There needs to be some updates on information. We were lead to believe breakfast was included however when we went to the restaurant we were informed “They don’t do that anymore”. The carpet in our room definitely needs replacing as well. Overall though we did enjoy our stay. It was very quiet and relaxing and was definitely a unique experience. I would stay here again now that I know how to check in and the layout of the rooms.

A refreshing establishment that doesn’t fit the mold of cookie-cutter hotels. Large rooms and character. My only comment is bring a scented candle; you are going to southern Arkansas and there’s water in the air and everything else.

Enjoyed the restaurants, shops and bars that are walking distance.

Convenient location. Tasteful and historic, I try and stay at Union Square every time I’m in town.
