Loved staying here! My husband and I stayed here during our time in Athens, and it was so nice. The town around the property is very safe and walkable, there were cafes and restaurants all within walking distance (also cute cats around as well). The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. There was a parking area for our rental car, and the hotel wasn't too far from Athen's city center (about 45 minutes), and only about 5/10 minutes from the airport. So happy we stayed here, and if we are ever in Athens again, we would stay again.

I chose the property because of its relative proximity to the airport as well as its being on the ocean. It didn’t disappoint. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and view from the patio fantastic. Room was eastward facing so caught a view of the beautiful sunrise over the water. 15 minute walk from a great seafood restaurant right on the beach in town. Owner was very communicative and arranged pickup by driver at Athens airport at 01:00 for a reasonable price. The only drawback would be the distance from tourist spots in central Athens. Getting to the acropolis via public bus and metro took approximately 1 1/2 hours in each direction. I knew this upfront however so was prepared. Closest bus stop is about a 5 minute walk away (as is a great coffee shop.) 100% recommend a stay at Cubes on the beach.

This is a 2 year old property that is in fantastic condition. Beautiful -on the beach- view of the Aegean Sea. The proprietor was extremely helpful in all regards (we locked the key in the room at 8PM and he drove out to let us in within 10 mins!). The local village is a 5 min walk with 4-5 restaurants and a grocery store. It is VERY SECLUDED and PRIVATE. All locals and very few (we saw none) tourists. A less that €20 Uber to airport. Would stay here again!

Such a nice place for hotel/apartment. The owners were very nice. Our room was lovely, looking out at the sea. We could sit on our balcony and eat and watch walkers and swimmers. Nice area to walk by the ocean and even though we ordered delivery while we were there, you could have walked to eat. Would have liked to have been able to just spend the day there. Parking on site was nice too with convenience to ferry and airport.

We stayed at Cubes on the Beach in Artemida for 3 nights . Excellent place , as advertised no hidden surprises. Check-in was very quick . We arrived earlier than expected and the unit was clean and ready . It is literally steps away from the water , we did swim every morning for two hours and it was very pleasant. We had a car , free parking on site. A lot of excellent restaurant options nearby , minutes away by car. We strongly recommend this property, the owner is very welcoming and professional . We will definitely come back if we visit the region.

This was a lovely stay in Artemida! The hotel is located directly across from a beach which was really easy. The rooms were clean, modern, and updated with fresh and comfortable linens, ceiling fan and central AC, and a kitchenette including refrigerator. We had a suite with a garden and it was very nice to relax in. We will recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay beachside in Athens!

The property is right on the beach with a balcony looking at beautiful sea views. It is clean and modern, with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, cutlery plates etc. There are food delivery options which we decided to use. The owner amd staff are very friendly amd helpful and we would stay again if in the area, and would totally recommend to other traveler's.

Cubes on the Beach was an incredible spot to stay for a night (we only wish we could've stayed longer). Not only was the room incredibly clean, but it also had an awesome view of the beach with comfortable seating. We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the office and hang out on the patio area in front for several hours after check-out before we headed to the airport.

This place was adorable, trendy, and perfectly appointed! Everything you might need in a hotel room was there, down to the kitchenette fully furnished with dishes & dish soap! They even provided bread & juice in the room as a light breakfast option. The outdoor turf on the private patio area was a welcome sight after 2 weeks of sand & stone views throughout Greece. Highly recommend!

Tout était parfait à part que le balcon des chambres du 2e étage se trouve juste au dessus des lits des chambres du premier étage. On a entendu des chaises frotter sur le sol du balcon du 2e pendant 2 heures. Difficile de dormir. Demandez une chambre au niveau supérieur. À part ça = A1

We spent one night at Cubes on the Beach, as it is near the airport and we were flying home the following day. We were extremely pleased with our stay. It is located about 10-15 minutes from the airport but right at the sea. The expansive view was lovely. The room itself was great, with all sorts of thoughtful touches throughout. There are not any restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but a 1-kilometer walk will take you to nearest town where a number of restaurants can be found. A number of menus from various restaurants that deliver were displayed in our room, so it was easy to order dinner and have delivered to our door. There was a small table and two chairs in the room, so we had a lovely place to eat. There was also a table and two chairs on the balcony. The room includes a small kitchenette that includes a sink and refrigerator. The room is compact but laid out perfectly. Our one night at Cubes was lovely and I recommend it highly.

Absolutely flawless. Great communication, fantastic location, good value for the money. We unfortunately only had a one night stay, but we instantly fell in love with this place, and intend to go back another time.

Sotiris is on the job! He is the owner and very, VERY thorough with check in. Very efficient. He has built an amazing place. Space management in the unit was impressive, as was the energy efficiency. The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på Cubes On The Beach. Beliggenheden er helt perfekt – direkte ud til stranden med udsigt over det krystalklare vand. Check-in og check-out foregik hurtigt og problemfrit, og udlejeren fulgte op undervejs for at sikre, at alt var, som det skulle være. Den personlige opmærksomhed gav en ekstra tryghed og gjorde opholdet endnu mere behageligt. Lejligheden levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger – moderne, ren og med alt det nødvendige til et afslappende ophold. Vi nød især at starte dagen med morgenmad på caféen Enalio, der ligger lige ved stranden, og at sidde på terrassen og nyde den smukke solopgang over havet – en oplevelse i sig selv. Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på Cubes On The Beach. Beliggenheden er helt perfekt – direkte ud til stranden med udsigt over det krystalklare vand. Check-in og check-out foregik hurtigt og problemfrit, og udlejeren fulgte op undervejs for at sikre, at alt var, som det skulle være. Den personlige opmærksomhed gav en ekstra tryghed og gjorde opholdet endnu mere behageligt. Lejligheden levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger – moderne, ren og med alt det nødvendige til et afslappende ophold. Vi nød især at starte dagen med morgenmad på caféen Enalio, der ligger lige ved stranden, og at sidde på terrassen og nyde den smukke solopgang over havet – en oplevelse i sig selv. Alt i alt et sted vi varmt kan anbefale, og som vi helt sikkert gerne vender tilbage til næste gang vi besøger Athen.

Property Manager was an excellent host. My mother and I traveled were able to secure transportation from and to the airport through him before the trip and then coordinate with the company when we arrived. We were welcomed with his smiling face and he helped us to our room and told is helpful information and recommended a restaurant. He was the best :-) The property was right on the beach and was so beautiful! Definitely want to come back and am so grateful for the manager!

Great spot right on the beach and close to nearby restaurants. Communication with the hotel was also excellent - they were always available to answer questions before our arrival and made it a very enjoyable stay. The room was very clean and spacious.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The hosts were welcoming, accommodating and very friendly. The only downside was how short our stay was! 15 min drive to the airport and they helped us arrange pick up from Rafina Port the day before (15 min) and to the airport at 3:45am the following morning via a local taxi service (equally as hospitable!). The room itself had a beautiful view of the ocean. Every convenience is there for you and amazing food is a short walk away. Would recommend cubes on the beach to anyone!

Was a lovely stay. A very nice modern apartment in a very secluded, non-touristy area where only locals live. Local shops within easy walking distance, beach across the road. The host was extremely helpful and the transfers worked very well. Would love to go back there.

I chose the property because of its relative proximity to the airport as well as its being on the ocean. It didn’t disappoint. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and view from the patio fantastic. Room was eastward facing so caught a view of the beautiful sunrise over the water. 15 minute walk from a great seafood restaurant right on the beach in town. Owner was very communicative and arranged pickup by driver at Athens airport at 01:00 for a reasonable price. The only drawback would be the distance from tourist spots in central Athens. Getting to the acropolis via public bus and metro took approximately 1 1/2 hours in each direction. I knew this upfront however so was prepared. Closest bus stop is about a 5 minute walk away (as is a great coffee shop.) 100% recommend a stay at Cubes on the beach.

This is a 2 year old property that is in fantastic condition. Beautiful -on the beach- view of the Aegean Sea. The proprietor was extremely helpful in all regards (we locked the key in the room at 8PM and he drove out to let us in within 10 mins!). Such a beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful. Several Sandy beaches within minutes along a beautiful walk on the coast. Many restaurants within walking distance. Everyone is so gracious and hospitable. The owner of the hotel is very nice and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

When we tried to go by taxi using Expedia direction in Apple Maps, it sent use to a place 10-15 minutes walking away. The manager plugged in Cubes on the beach and coordinates were correct. This is an Expedia problem!

Loved staying here! My husband and I stayed here during our time in Athens, and it was so nice. The town around the property is very safe and walkable, there were cafes and restaurants all within walking distance (also cute cats around as well). The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. There was a parking area for our rental car, and the hotel wasn't too far from Athen's city center (about 45 minutes), and only about 5/10 minutes from the airport. So happy we stayed here, and if we are ever in Athens again, we would stay again.

The inside of this hotel was lovely. The view was stunning facing east and watching the sunrise. The air conditioning and WiFi worked very well and the staff were helpful and prompt with their communication. My husband and I chose this hotel because it was "near the airport" on the map. The public transit in the area was not great. We almost missed our tour downtown because the bus simply did not come. This hotel is very far out of the way, almost 1.5 hours on the metro and bus, and had limited food options that were open late when we got there. Transportation to airport was quick and very easy.

My husband and I had a great stay here for a week as our base hotel while we travelled by car and ferry to other parts of Greece each day. The owner was very quick to respond to communications and George was also very attentive to our needs when we checked in and during our stay. It was great to have bottled water, coffee, tea, jam, orange juice, and packaged toast, sugar, butter, and milk when we arrived. Also having instructions and recommendations to restaurants etc was perfect. We usually ordered delivery most nights as trying to find parking around town was not easy. The cost per night was excellent and being practically on the water was amazing. There is a market close by which we were able to pick up items with ease. Overall it was a great place to stay and we woule definitely stay again.

We stayed one night before our very early morning flight. The room was beautiful and equipped with everything necessary to enjoy our dinner in. There are restaurants within walking or a short drive. There was a small table and two chairs in the room, so we had a lovely place to eat. There was also a table and two chairs on the balcony. The room includes a small kitchenette that includes a sink and refrigerator. The room is compact but laid out perfectly. Our one night at Cubes was lovely and I recommend it highly.

We stayed at Cubes on the Beach in Artemida for 3 nights . Excellent place , as advertised no hidden surprises. Check-in was very quick . We arrived earlier than expected and the unit was clean and ready . It is literally steps away from the water , we did swim every morning for two hours and it was very pleasant. We had a car , free parking on site. A lot of excellent restaurant options nearby , minutes away by car. We strongly recommend this property, the owner is very welcoming and professional . We will definitely come back if we visit the region.

This was the perfect place to stay for an overnight until our next flight to Rhodes. It’s about 10 minutes from the airport and transportation was super easy to set up to and from. We were able to explore the little beach area and walk to dinner. There was a lot of noise in the middle of the night we assumed it was maybe from another family or other people staying moving bags around. This wasn’t the fault of the property though. Very clean and cute also!

The sea seems a little calmer here than further down the stretch, There is also little swimming ‘holes’ created by formations in the rocks. The hotel is complete with lounges and umbrellas. Just a short walk, maybe a half a mile, and you come across the more popular beach areas complete with restaurants. Although, it’s not as nice as the beach in front of the hotel, This is literally a mom and pop place! The hospitality is unreal. The owner let me borrow his phone charger for the duration of our stay. I would stay here before word gets out and this is no longer a hidden gem,
