Booked this because it’s a VIP access hotel, but they told me they don’t offer room upgrade and there’s only a tiny poseco was included that’s from the mini bar. If you want to use spa facility is extra but only open 10am to 8pm. Breakfast is included with limited choices. A lot of sweet cakes. Service at breakfast is a little bit slow only two person running the place to order, deliver and clean up. The room is ok, the balcony facing the valley with good view, but no privacy between other rooms, the bush fence is completely no leaves you can see into someone else’s room just standing in the balcony. So many red berries in the balcony too. TV is tiny, and didn’t work, so no entertainment after dark.

Der Empfang war gut. Das Spa kostet extra - extra pro Person. Es hat allerdings einen sehr schönen Infinitypool und einen traumhaften Ausblick. Das Hotelzimmer war schön auch die Terrasse mit Ausblick war super. Leider war unser Zimmer nicht sauber (siehe Bild). Das haben wir auch dem Hotel mitgeteilt. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Die Restaurantleitung sehr aufmerksam - der Rest des Personals im Restaurant leider nicht. Unser Essen hat 3,5 Stunden für 2 Gänge gedauert. Die Restaurantleitung hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt und versichert, dass dies nicht der Standart sei. Leider beim Frühstück das selbe! Auf die bestellte Wurst und Käseplatte würde wir heute noch warten.

Das Hotel liegt angehoben auf einem Hügel, zufahrt mit tiefer gelegenem Fahrzeug nicht empfehlenswert. SUV kein Problem, Strasse nicht geteert. Sehr abgelegen und der SPA inkl. Pool benützung kosten pro Tag/Person 40Euro zusätzlich. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber alles zusätzliche kostet. Montag ist das Restaurant geschlossen, Bistro ist offen.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé malgré la barrière de la langue, nous avons pu communiquer La personne à la réception était très agréable. Elle nous a bien tout expliqué Petit déjeuner parfait. La seule chose en point négatif et le fait de devoir payer la piscine par jour et par personne d’utilisation, mais par contre cela vaut vraiment vraiment le prix Qualité irréprochable, propreté, irréprochable

Everything was great, SPA is payed separately, it is quite small but luckily it was almost empty. Breakfast was good, but choice was limited. Dinner in the restaurant was quite expensive considering that some things were not up to the level. Overall experience was positive. VIP perk was only one mini bottle of Prosecco for two adults, no upgrade was offered even though it was available.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist mit seiner erhöhten Lage am Ende eine Privatstrasse toll gelegen. Die weit gehende Aussicht Richtung Mailand und auch auf die Alpen vom Wallis und dem Aostatal ist sehr schön anzusehen. Praktisch isr auch die Nähe zur Schweizer Grenze und somit die einfache Anreise. Wir hatten ein grosszügiges Zimmer mit zwei Balkonen. Das Zimmer bot alle gewünschten Annehmlichkeiten. Speziell fanden wir lediglich, dass man sogar für den Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer bezahlen musste. Da sollten zumindest 2-4 am Tag inklusive sein. Auch fand wir es eigenartig, dass der Spa (inklusive Aussenpool) pro Tag nur 4 Stunden am Stück benutzt werden kann. D.h. es ist nicht möglich am Morgen und Nachmittag für 10-15 Minuten den Aussenpool zu nutzen im Sommer. Zusätzlich ist diese Benutzung nur inklusive, wenn man direkt im Hotel bucht, es ist generell zu teuer für eine einmalige, kurze Benutzung des Aussenpools. Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Qualität der Speisen war topp. Ausserdem sind die beiden Restaurants sehr schön gelegen, verfügen über eine Ansprechende Inneneinrichtung und bieten auch wieder diese tolle Aussicht. Auch die Aussenterrasse ist perfekt gelegen. Weiter positiv zu vermerken ist die Verfügbarkeit eine Ladesäule für e-Autos. Wir können das Hotel gut weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful hotel . Stunning breakfast, beautiful rooms. Spa facilities we haven’t used due to the fact that one has to pay too much for usage. And there is not so much more to do on the mountain. Why asking such and excessieve amount, i normally pay these ammount for a full day at professional well equiped day spa’s with much more facilities,

The place was misleadingly advertised on Expedia, especially the Pool & Spa is not included! Moreover, the hotel does not provide handsoap in their rooms, the double bed was rather uncomfotable due to an uneven mattress and the room was full of blinking lights to operate the "smart-home" functionalities. All in all, the main concern of the hotel staff seems to focus on the imposition of additional charges for anything that does not qualify as "life support". Seriously, not even an ibis budget hotel charges you with extra fees for orange juice for breakfast! On the other hand, the installations and furnishing were top-class and everything was perfectly clean.

Highly recommend, the team were professional, helpful, polite and welcoming. Location is peaceful with a wonderful view, definitely would return. Tenuta De L'Annunziata - Natural Relais keep up this level of customer service and maintenance of the property. Thank you for an amazing 6 days

Booked this because it’s a VIP access hotel, but they told me they don’t offer room upgrade and there’s only a tiny poseco was included that’s from the mini bar. If you want to use spa facility is extra but only open 10am to 8pm. Breakfast is included with limited choices. A lot of sweet cakes. Service at breakfast is a little bit slow only two person running the place to order, deliver and clean up. The room is ok, the balcony facing the valley with good view, but no privacy between other rooms, the bush fence is completely no leaves you can see into someone else’s room just standing in the balcony. So many red berries in the balcony too. TV is tiny, and didn’t work, so no entertainment after dark.

Bonjour, Je ne laisse jamais de commentaires négatifs sur les hotels mais il y a quand même 2/3 choses a noter sur celui-ci. A la base nous avions eu un coup de coeur pour l'établissement dont le cadre est tout de même magnifique et avons donc réservé 2 nuits. Quelques éléments surprenants parmi d’autres : (i) En arrivant la réceptionniste nous annonce que pour l’accès a la piscine il faut ajouter 50€ / personne pour 4 heures pourtant bien mise en avant mais tout de même noté en option, (ii) Notre lit double était composé de 2 matelas simples et donc d’un trou au milieu, particulièrement inconfortable qui ont reveillé mes problème de dos. Apres 1 nuit, nous avons donc demandé a l’hotel s’il était possible d’y remédier, a quoi ils nous ont répondu par mail pendant la journée que le lit avait bien changé. A notre plus grande surprise, a notre retour rien avait change… Nous avons donc une fois de plus contacté la réception qui après 10minutes nous a proposé d’aller visiter une autre chambre qui était composé de la même literie, nous avons donc refusé. A priori il n’y a aucun lit double dans cet établissement. (iii) au petit déjeuner, le jus d’orange est en extra (6€) donc au petit déjeuner c’est au choix un jus de raisin douteux ou bien de l’eau citronné, particulierement étonnant pour un hotel se prétendant d’un certain standing. Je n’irai pas plus loin, mais nous avons été particulièrement déçu par cet hotel et ses services et le déconseillons fortement.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist mit seiner erhöhten Lage am Ende eine Privatstrasse toll gelegen. Die weit gehende Aussicht Richtung Mailand und auch auf die Alpen vom Wallis und dem Aostatal ist sehr schön anzusehen. Praktisch isr auch die Nähe zur Schweizer Grenze und somit die einfache Anreise. Wir hatten ein grosszügiges Zimmer mit zwei Balkonen. Das Zimmer bot alle gewünschten Annehmlichkeiten. Speziell fanden wir lediglich, dass man sogar für den Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer bezahlen musste. Da sollten zumindest 2-4 am Tag inklusive sein. Auch fand wir es eigenartig, dass der Spa (inklusive Aussenpool) pro Tag nur 4 Stunden am Stück benutzt werden kann. D.h. es ist nicht möglich am Morgen und Nachmittag für 10-15 Minuten den Aussenpool zu nutzen im Sommer. Zusätzlich ist diese Benutzung nur inklusive, wenn man direkt im Hotel bucht, es ist generell zu teuer für eine einmalige, kurze Benutzung des Aussenpools. Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Qualität der Speisen war topp. Ausserdem sind die beiden Restaurants sehr schön gelegen, verfügen über eine Ansprechende Inneneinrichtung und bieten auch wieder diese tolle Aussicht. Auch die Aussenterrasse ist perfekt gelegen. Weiter positiv zu vermerken ist die Verfügbarkeit eine Ladesäule für e-Autos. Wir können das Hotel gut weiterempfehlen.

Der Empfang war gut. Das Spa kostet extra - extra pro Person. Es hat allerdings einen sehr schönen Infinitypool und einen traumhaften Ausblick. Das Hotelzimmer war schön auch die Terrasse mit Ausblick war super. Leider war unser Zimmer nicht sauber (siehe Bild). Das haben wir auch dem Hotel mitgeteilt. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Die Restaurantleitung sehr aufmerksam - der Rest des Personals im Restaurant leider nicht. Unser Essen hat 3,5 Stunden für 2 Gänge gedauert. Die Restaurantleitung hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt und versichert, dass dies nicht der Standart sei. Leider beim Frühstück das selbe! Auf die bestellte Wurst und Käseplatte würde wir heute noch warten.

I didnt like that I had to pay for swimming if i didnt use the spa (€40pp). Staf in the restaurants was underperforming and the manager was rude. send a salade back that didnt have dressing containing large chunks of raw carrot and other ingredients, not in standard Manager didnt agree. Spa staff was perfect.

Flot hotel med lækker beliggheden og gode faciliteter. Lækkert spa område, dog til 40€ pr person. Værelset var stort, rent og rummeligt og havde flot udsigt. Den første nat vi boede der var der dog høj musik til langt ud på natten, der holdte os vågen, og da receptionen lukker kl 21, var der ingen at kontakte. Vi havde desuden booket hotellet pga mulighed for ladestander til elbil, men pladserne var optaget af alm biler. Personalet ville forsøge at finde ejerne, men vendte aldrig tilbage til os. Vær opmærksom på, at flere elementer til morgenmaden koster ekstra. Beliggende ca 30 min fra Como.

Das Hotel liegt angehoben auf einem Hügel, zufahrt mit tiefer gelegenem Fahrzeug nicht empfehlenswert. SUV kein Problem, Strasse nicht geteert. Sehr abgelegen und der SPA inkl. Pool benützung kosten pro Tag/Person 40Euro zusätzlich. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber alles zusätzliche kostet. Montag ist das Restaurant geschlossen, Bistro ist offen.

Un vero gioiello! Questa struttura è romantica, unica e perfetta per staccare la spina. Chi cerca relax troverà qui pace e benessere assoluti. La posizione è spettacolare: da qui si può ammirare Milano, Como e persino Varese – un panorama che resta nel cuore. La struttura ha un fascino particolare, quasi con un carattere da antica rocca, che incanta subito. In poche parole: un luogo da sogno, per rilassarsi e godersi ogni attimo. Per me una raccomandazione assoluta – da provare almeno una volta nella vita!

Booked this because it’s a VIP access hotel, but they told me they don’t offer room upgrade and there’s only a tiny poseco was included that’s from the mini bar. If you want to use spa facility is extra but only open 10am to 8pm. Breakfast is included with limited choices. A lot of sweet cakes. Service at breakfast is a little bit slow only two person running the place to order, deliver and clean up. The room is ok, the balcony facing the valley with good view, but no privacy between other rooms, the bush fence is completely no leaves you can see into someone else’s room just standing in the balcony. So many red berries in the balcony too. TV is tiny, and didn’t work, so no entertainment after dark.

Attention à la grosse arnaque en réservant avec Hôtel.com : la piscine est considéré comme faisant parti du SPA et n’est donc accessible qu’en payant un supplément de 50€/personne pour 4h! (Pas même la journée). Globalement, l’hôtel est comme un low cost sur les services : tout est à payer en supplément comme le jus d’orange au petit-déjeuner (6€). Le personnel est gentil mais inexpérimenté. Ce n’est donc pas le niveau de service attendu pour un hôtel de ce tarif. Hotel calme et moderne.

Everything was great, SPA is payed separately, it is quite small but luckily it was almost empty. Breakfast was good, but choice was limited. Dinner in the restaurant was quite expensive considering that some things were not up to the level. Overall experience was positive. VIP perk was only one mini bottle of Prosecco for two adults, no upgrade was offered even though it was available.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist mit seiner erhöhten Lage am Ende eine Privatstrasse toll gelegen. Die weit gehende Aussicht Richtung Mailand und auch auf die Alpen vom Wallis und dem Aostatal ist sehr schön anzusehen. Praktisch isr auch die Nähe zur Schweizer Grenze und somit die einfache Anreise. Wir hatten ein grosszügiges Zimmer mit zwei Balkonen. Das Zimmer bot alle gewünschten Annehmlichkeiten. Speziell fanden wir lediglich, dass man sogar für den Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer bezahlen musste. Da sollten zumindest 2-4 am Tag inklusive sein. Auch fand wir es eigenartig, dass der Spa (inklusive Aussenpool) pro Tag nur 4 Stunden am Stück benutzt werden kann. Gentile il personale, stanza eccellente, ottima l’area piscina/saune. Vista splendida. Unico punto debole: il ristorante: prezzi alti, porzioni piccole, qualità mediocre. Inoltre potrebbero risparmiarsi le conferenze di presentazione dei piatti che non interessano a nessuno. Ma ormai questo è il trend.

Beautiful hotel . Stunning breakfast, beautiful rooms. Spa facilities we haven’t used due to the fact that one has to pay too much for usage. And there is not so much more to do on the mountain.
