Nice hotel at an affordable price. Stayed for just a night. But the two pools were nice and clean. The lounge chairs and cabanas were a nice touch. Room was simple but clean. Staff were nice.

Very clean though some areas need remodeling. The pool is excellent- heated pool, warm enough for winter. There’s a small gym just enough for a quick workout. The price is very affordable!

During rush hours, the traffic was a bit loud since we faced Palm Canyon Drive, I'm guessing the interior rooms didn't have this problem. Aside from that, we loved the 2 jacuzzis and the choice between a chorinated pool and a salt water one (would have been a lot nicer if it were heated).

We had high hopes for this hotel, but they fell a little flat. A major reason we selected this hotel was for the nice pools - which were poor, they weren't properly maintained, although there were two - they were both ice cold (and we stayed during March, so it wasn't very warm yet). The hot tubs also weren't hot - they were the temperature you'd expect the pool to be.

I wish I had more time to enjoy this place. Two different pools & two hot tub spas along with several loungers & cabanas. Well maintained pool area with good water temperatures. Friendly staff & plenty of parking. Very comfortable bed in renovated room.

Great little hidden gem. Quiet hotel with clean rooms and nice pools and hot tub. My only complaint is that they advertise heated pool and the temperature of the pool water was freezing. It was.not enjoyable at all, in fact several guests tried getting into the pool only to get back out. We asked for maintenance to turn up the temperature of the pool and the response was that it was already on. But other than the pool water temp it was a great stay.

am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the accommodation experience I encountered during my recent booking at L3 Oasis in Palm Springs, made through Expedia on 3/27/24 Upon arrival at the designated location, I encountered numerous challenges that significantly impacted my stay. Firstly, the difficulty in locating the establishment added unnecessary stress and inconvenience after a long journey. However, the most distressing issue arose upon entering the room. To my horror, I discovered the presence of two cockroaches scurrying around. As someone who suffers from a severe phobia of cockroaches, this was an absolutely terrifying experience. Despite my exhaustion from a grueling 20-hour day, the sight of these pests left me in a state of panic and distress. Regrettably, due to the unbearable conditions, I was unable to stay in the room. I promptly vacated the premises, unable to spend even a single night in the accommodation. Not only did this ordeal cause me immense discomfort and anxiety, but it also deprived me of the rest I desperately needed. Given the unacceptable conditions and the fact that I was unable to utilize the accommodation for its intended purpose, I kindly request a full refund for the booking. It is only fair that I am reimbursed for the entirety of the amount paid, as the circumstances rendered the reservation unusable. I trust that Expedia values customer satisfaction and will take address this matter reasonably

Hair all over floor, tooth paste splatter left on faucet, gross old shower curtain, jacuzzis full of hair, refused to leave a bottle of disinfectant in my room, front desk guy was rude when I asked for pool code, front desk lady is slow to answer phone and plays cards on her computer while you stand behind her, waiting for her to notice you..... Only good things were the disposable slippers (needed to walk on nasty floors) and the towels and sheets were clean. No microwave, though, and dirty walls in need of paint. The wall by my sink looked like it had dried blood on it. Ew ew ew ew ew ew.

An OK stay. The outdoor pool areas were fantastic. Very clean. Our room, not so much. Floors made our feet black! Beds were comfortable though. Pictures look much better than the actual rooms do. Easy to get downtown PS. Great diner across the street. Would recommend for short stay.

The shower had hair ( looked like pubic hair) stuck in the drain that caused the shower to fill. Room was not vacuumed welll as there was hair on the floor near the sink. Pillow cases had stains.

Floor was dirty because socks had blonde hair on the, I have a buzz cut and white/brown hair. Found two contacts stuck on the side of shower wall and when wiping up the floor after a shower, towel was black from the dirt.

I saw a bug in the hotel during my stay, took a picture and showed the front desk. They dismissed me and let me know that its just a beatle. I told them i was sure it was bedbugs and i was dismissed again. Now i have bedbugs and my apartment.

Hotel is dated, and some of our room was updated. The bathroom needs an update and the floor was not clean. There was hair behind the door. Our key cards also deactivated before check out time. The pool was very nice - one is heated and one is chilled. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Average room, but outdated bath fixtures that were hard to figure out, and hard to get to work. Lobby doesn't open until 7:30am, which means you have to leave the keys in your room if you need to check out earlier. A bit overpriced for what you get, especially since it's not within walking distance to downtown. You have to drive to everything. On our weeklong trip staying in the Bay Area, Carmel, Solvang, and Palm Springs, we stayed in nicer rooms and better locations for less money.

This is a great place to stay. We spent the weekend in Palm Springs. Location is great. Staff was very good. Rooms were quiet, very clean, very spacious, and great amenities. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Great hotel with beautiful newly renovated rooms and pool area! Windows in room do not open and air gets very stuffy, but there is AC. AC/fan is noisy which may be a problem for light sleepers, but it did not bother us. Having recycling bins available would have been helpful.

The property is clean and the staff was helpful. Walking distance to some great restaurants and short drive to the downtown area. The pool area was nice and had music playing, plenty of chairs. My only complaints would be the TVs in the room did not have local channels and were a little confusing. Also we got a room with 2 beds, which were full size. Queens would be much better if you have multiple people in the room.

Horrible manager and staff: the manager is not only sexist, but rude and disrespectful. I am a single woman traveling with my dog. After staying 3 nights there, I wanted to extend my stay and paid online for the fees. They thought that it was suspicious that I stay and asked me to leave! When I dared expressing my disicontentment, they locked my dig and my luggage in the room!!! I wanted to call the police but they did! Horrible people. I now have to file a complaint for staying at this hotel full of crazy people.

Lynda greeted us at the front desk with a big smile and a very warm welcome. She went to extra lengths to give us info about the area and make sure our first trip to Palm Springs would be a great one. The room was lovely and the pools/jacuzzis were fantastic. I picked this hotel because of the free cabanas, and they were super comfortable and there were plenty of them. I felt like we were at a top tier hotel based on how Lynda treated us and all of the cool amenities. The only thing that would have made it a bit better would be if there were microwaves in the rooms. But the TV was huge and we had the option of watching our streaming services on it, which I loved. We will definitely be back to L3 Oasis!

Hair all over floor, tooth paste splatter left on faucet, gross old shower curtain, jacuzzis full of hair, refused to leave a bottle of disinfectant in my room, front desk guy was rude when I asked for pool code, front desk lady is slow to answer phone and plays cards on her computer while you stand behind her, waiting for her to notice you..... Only good things were the disposable slippers (needed to walk on nasty floors) and the towels and sheets were clean. No microwave, though, and dirty walls in need of paint. The wall by my sink looked like it had dried blood on it. Ew ew ew ew ew ew.

Had a great stay here. The front desk was able to store my luggage as I had a late flight. The employees were kind and helpful. The room was everything I expected and the pools are beautiful

The general manager Ignacio and his staff and his team are amazing. The property is beautiful. Everything is so calming and relaxing. I'm here for work and I've been here almost one week and I've never been so comfortable like I have been here. Wonderful experience great place to visit.

We arrived three hours early for check-in, fully understanding that early access isn’t always possible. However, the hotel was nearly empty, yet no effort was made to accommodate us or offer an alternative. The bigger issue was their lack of luggage storage, leaving us with no choice but to sit in the lobby for hours (though we finally asked if we could take our luggage to the pool) and ended up waiting sitting by pool (not swimming) because it was filled with dirt and garbage due to it being an extra windy day and apparently they only clean it once in the morning. For a slightly higher price per night, we could have stayed somewhere far more accommodating — We wouldn’t return.

The problem existed with the check in. Though they state they don't allow early check-in, this was off-season. Thet weren't busy and there were ample clean rooms. Tried to check in early so we could drop our bags at the front desk. They refused to let us complete the check in process early and would not let us leave luggage with them. This hotel is clean and quiet with convenient parking. It’s an old motel that was refurbished but it was done well and has a trendy vibe. Billy Reed’s Restaurant is an easy walk even when it’s 100F. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is excellent. It’s possible to walk to downtown Palm Springs as well. Good location overall and nice hotel. Will stay at L3 again.

The area was quiet, safe with dining options close by. Downtown was an easy 15 minute walk. Quick 5 minutes away from the Tramway. The hotel is old but work has been done to update it. Its nothing fancy, but was clean with no real issues. Would stay again. Parking free and easy. Thats a major plus these days.

This was our second stay within a month, and it is perfect. The rooms are clean and nicely sized, and the staff is very friendly. Not to mention it is close enough to downtown without having to deal with being in downtown.

The property is clean and the staff was helpful. Walking distance to some great restaurants and short drive to the downtown area. The pool area was nice and had music playing, plenty of chairs. My only complaints would be the TVs in the room did not have local channels and were a little confusing. Also we got a room with 2 beds, which were full size. Queens would be much better if you have multiple people in the room.

Friendly staff. Large comfortable room with fridge, coffee pot, smart tv. Snack area in lobby has microwave and toaster, plus numerous snacks to buy/prepare. Two swimming pools with lots of lounge areas and cabanas, plus hot tub. Really had everything we needed. Thumbs up!

This is an older hotel in a nice area of Palm Springs. There are new owners who are rehabbing it. That said, there were equipment issues. Our door lock stopped working, one of the door entrances to the pools did not work, the jacuzzies did not work, the cable system was awful and hard to use, the office is closed from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, a number to call for help is provided. The staff was nice.

When we arrived we immediately noticed that the property did not live up to the pictures. The room, though functional, was more akin to a motel 6 than I had hoped. Even worse was the fact that the TV was a "smart" tv with horrible network connection, so virtually no channels were available. The staff kindly came by to help with the TV, but even after 15-20 minutes of trying to get a half-decent channel to work, we were stuck with one or two really awful channels. It wasn't a horrible place, and the staff was friendly, but I expected more. Next time I'll just stay at motel 6 and save some $.
