Sandy Feet Retreat on LBJ - Pool, Hot Tub, Kayaks

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the pool and river access. The kitchen was wonderful. There was plenty of space to sleep. I love that the bunk beds weren’t just twins since we were traveling with adults and teens.

This house is very clean! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and kayaks. We were so pleased at the variety of life vest sizes provided. It has a good amount of privacy. The houses aren’t as close to each other in the back as the pictures make it seem. And the covered screened in porch was absolutely wonderful!

For a short Father's Day trip, my family and I stayed here and were pleased to find that the house matches its description. With its beautiful setup, the house is a delight, particularly the kitchen, though the swimming pool was the undoubted favorite among my kids, consistent with other guests' feedback. The pool's depth was a particular advantage for my tall family. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the neighborhood and the secluded nature of the backvard. The location offers access to restaurants and grocery stores.

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! The home was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing and quickly became our favorite spot to gather, enjoy the views, and watch the beautiful sunsets each evening.The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for an stress-free stay, and it was clear that the owners put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend!

This property was better than expected! Everything about the check in process was smooth, the house, hot tub, and pool were clean, and the property had everything we needed for our trip. The beach access to the water was perfect as well! The only complaint (not a true issue, more of an FYI) is we could not adjust the thermostat below 69. So, if you sleep hot like I do, bring a portable fan! Otherwise, we absolutely loved the property and talking about another stay there!
