Eine tolle Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Das Appartement selbst ist an sich auch schön und sauber, allerdings das Mobilar könnte qualitativ besser sein: Bett und Sofa sind durchgelegen, Auflagen auf den Terrassenmöbeln müssten dringend erneuert werden (komplett verschlissen), Unterstellmöglichkeiten für alle Terrassen-Auflagen bei Regen wären toll… Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren hervorragend, ebenso Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Ofen und Wasserkocher. Der Grill ist einfach, aber richtig gut. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls in Ordnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern.

The property was as described. The terrace area is great - a really relaxing space. It is walking distance (up to 10 mins) to lots of restaurants.A previous review had commented on low water pressure in the shower, but we did not experience this. Street parking is easy, as described.

The roof top deck was enjoyable, but definitely not in the same condition as the pictures. Some lights were not working, one plant was dying, the wood flooring was warped and peeling. The maintenance on this place is falling short unfortunately. The shower head had mineral build up and therefore a very weak flow. The kitchen was tiny and the Nespresso coffee machine did not come with any special packets…frustrating! The location was the best part of this rental. There are several cafes and coffee shops nearby.
