There was quite a bit of hair in the tub around the drain when we first checked in. It was kind of icky to see that. The room itself was nice though. I'd go back when I want to visit Snowshoe, WV or the surrounding area. The property is right in the middle of the village, which is nice. Close to restaurants and shops.

I liked that it was within the center of everything on top the mountain. I wish the hot tub was working during my stay.

Our room was clean and nice, the mattress is beyond wore out, needs replaced. Everything else was fine.

The lodge was very nice parking is horrible was told park our truck along the road. The sleeper sofa is all springs couldn't use it. The room was not stocked with toilet paper.
