A estadia foi de 3 noites
-Aire acondicionado. -Piscina. -Personal del establecimiento muy agradable. -La habitación dejó bastante que desear. Encontramos cucharas dentro de la habitación, algo que nos pareció bastante poco habitual y nada cuidado. Además, la ubicación no es buena y resulta poco práctica para moverse y conocer la zona. En general, la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante y esperábamos mucho más por el precio.

Encontramos cucharas dentro de la habitación, algo que nos pareció bastante poco habitual y nada cuidado. Además, la ubicación no es buena y resulta poco práctica para moverse y conocer la zona. En general, la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante y esperábamos mucho más por el precio.

This was one of the most disappointing places I have ever booked. We booked a 5 night stay and checked out after 1. It didn't live up to the pictures. In addition no WiFi in the apartment, the cutlery wasn't clean the toilet downstairs didn't flush, the safe was too small for an average laptop (and there was an additional charge for it), There was one remote to be shared for multiple aircon units. The only good thing I can say is at least they refunded the 4 nights we didn't stay.

Reception had shocking customer service skills did not want to help whatsoever on arrival at 10pm was told we had no booking had to go and stay with family although I had my confirmation of booking and receipt of payment taken out of my account got a taxi back to the hotel next day to try to sort out my booking to be told again we have no booking I had book this hotel for 7 nights the staff did nothing we ended up staying on a family member’s sofa as their were no there hotels available absolutely discracfull would not recommend

The kitchen was lacking in utensils, No carving/bread knife, fish slice spatula. Staff were friendly, air conditioning not required when we went, cleanliness was good bot apartment decor was tired and in need of repair/re-decorating and, as seems to be common, the sink plug didn't prevent the sink draining?
