We enjoyed our time here - it was clean and felt safe, with 24hr security onsite. There is a roof terrace for all to use (although this could do with a little TLC). The front desk attendants were friendly and very helpful - they helped us a great deal with translation when trying to arrange delivery of our delayed luggage. We would love to return for another stay someday.

I had a wonderful stay at Prime Residence. The location was just perfect. The studio was clean and had everything that one could require. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I was there to attend a conference at the American University in Cairo (AUC). I later found out some of my peers from the conference were also staying at Prime Residence. There was a nice rooftop terrace for us to sit and have a nice chat in the evenings. The Point90 mall was a 5 mins walk, which has great places to eat and shop. For transport Uber worked brilliantly. However I would recommend to download numbers in Arabic as the car number plates are in Arabic numbers and letters. Overall I had a great stay and loved how warm and friendly Egyptian people are.

Excellent option for accommodation in New Cairo, close to the AUC and to shopping areas. Safe neighborhood and wonderful staff. Room was clean, well organized and equipped. It is 30-40 minutes from downtown Cairo and the Nile areas but transportation (UBER) is availalbe.

We are happy with our selection to prime residence, everything is just like the picture posted, moreover, we got a very warm welcome from the management team and the receptionist, thanks to Mr Hazem, And the two Mr. mohammed. Who were so professional, respectful, and welcoming. Thanks to prime residence for this beautiful experience. The residence is clean, has everything a family need. close ( 3 min walk) to a beautiful mall (point 90). Taxi to nasr city is 80 egp from residence. I will comeback again to prime residence for sure.

I liked the accommodations and how the room was arranged. Maybe more outlets for electric power in the lounge could be useful, since that could likely be the area where people work, etcetera. The staff was friendly and willing to help. I would only recommend more tourist-friendly features, such as information on places where to eat or see around. The people were friendly and helpful, but keeping in mind that Cairo receives a lot of tourists from far away places, and who don't know the language, more accessibility may make people feel more welcome.

Once again, a very pleasant stay in prime residence, this is my second time staying in a 2+1 apartment, we felt like home and we had a very comfortable stay for 6 nights. The apartment is really cozy and serviced to the comfort of everyone staying in. The team was very nice, and all our request were met with a smile and quick response, thanks to Me. Hazem and his team. The area is full with restaurants ( within walking distance) and using uber and careem can get you anywhere in Cairo. I will definitely comeback again to prime residence next time we visit cairo. Keep up the good work.

We were sooooo scared to stay. The receptionist was scamming us, no security measures, upon arrival, we noticed a significant lapse in security, room keys were easily accessible. This creates a serious safety risk for guests and their belongings. Toiletries Missing/Insufficient: There were no toiletries provided in the room except one hand soap that is used for everything, which was highly inconvenient Noise Insulation: The room lacked proper insulation, making it difficult to rest. Even minor sounds from outside were clearly audible, including barking dogs, which disturbed the quiet ambiance expected in a hotel setting. We wanted to cancel because of feeling unsafe in the first place and unluckily the policy wasn't flexible. Then something came up with the third traveller and things got more complicated. The staff lied to us about expedia not wanting to cancel our stay and they mentioned they agree on partial refund which created a mistrust This property is not convenient by all means

Very friendly and helpful staff. Accommodations were just what we needed and the proximity to Point 90 mall was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Accommodations were just what we needed and the proximity to Point 90 mall was very convenient. Highly recommend!

The property is clean. I noticed that the stove was a bit not clean when I checked in. But generally was clean. The washroom cabinet was broken, I let the team know and they fixed but didn’t last. The team was very cooperative but sometime I need to repeat the request to get things done. Generally it was a good experience. Most likely will come again

Love this 1 bedroom layout. It was very roomy and comfortable. It had everything we need. It was livable easily and to feel comfortable. We literally stayed in the the 2 days and just got food delivered. The price was excellent, it would have cost so much more in other places. This would be the place we stay again if we needed another hotel in this area.

We like this place. It's around the corner from 90 Point Mall. The place is nice, I would go with a 1 bed room one to get space. We went with the studio. It was decent and like a regular hotel. The location made this place ideal for us as we were pretty busy our first week in Egypt. The air works well and we felt comfortable overall. Definitely worth the cost. I am glad we found this place.

Very nice neighborhood and alot of things were close by. Easy to get an uber. It would be nice to have cleaning supplies for the kitchen, the laundry was a very nice addition
