1週間ダージリンに奥さんと滞在した際、こちらのホテルを利用させて頂きました。こちらは避暑地にふさわしく非常に静かな環境で気持ちよく過ごすことができます。また天候に恵まれれば屋上から世界3位の標高を誇るカンチェンジュンガ等素晴らしい景色も眺望できるかもしれません。更にホテルスタッフの素晴らしいサービス、特に以下の3点を挙げさせてください。まず1点目は、フロントの方々の対応です。タクシーの手配を依頼した際、ホテルの前は一方通行のため、買い物エリアまで大幅に時間がかかること、また日本寺まで依頼した際は、ホテルの離れた駐車場で下車することなど細かく教えてくれました。また、体調を崩した際、薬局の場所を教えてくれたり、高山病ではないかと考え、酸素ボンベまでご用意頂きました。体調が戻るまでスタッフ全員が気遣ってくれ非常に暖かさを感じました。 2点目は、レストランのスタッフ、特にマネージャーのRojayさんとPahinさんは初日から素敵な笑顔で私たち夫婦を出迎えてくれ、体調が悪い時にはルームサービスで提供できそうなメニューを提案してもらい嬉しく思いました。 3点目は、ルームサービスの方々です。彼女たちは、基本的な清掃はもちろんのこと、我々が好んでサービスのティーパックを飲むのを見て、多めに置いてくれていたのは驚きと嬉しさがありました。総じてこちらでの滞在は現地の方々の暖かさと日本人の感覚に近いおもてなしの心を感じ、非常に思い出深い旅となりました。皆さま本当にありがとうございました。
