L’eau de la piscine est beaucoup trop froide donc on n’a pas pu ce baigner je suis déçu pour sa mais pour le reste c’est très bien ! Mais à cause de sa je ne reviendrai pas dans cette établissement

Had an average dinner at the on-site restaurant (no breakfast). Otherwise, everything else was excellent: the room, the building and free on-site parking.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, free self parking.

Le seul inconvénient est le manque de borne de recharges électriques, il y en a seulement une pour les autos autres que Tesla, donc pendant mes deux jours je n'ai pas eu accès à une borne, j'ai du trouver les bornes publiques.

J'ai réservé à cet hôtel pour inviter ma fille et mes deux petites- filles se baigner alors que la piscine était fermée toute la fin de semaine. Je demande un rabais de Expedia ca

Stay was good! Check in quick and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Needed a band-aid but they did not have. Not the end of the world though. Only negative is that they only had one car charger and the person that was charging kept their car there even when their car was done charging. Their should be rules and a maximum time so others can charge Will definitely stay there again.

It was a peaceful, fun, and restorative stay. The property is relatively new, well-maintained, clean… the kids really enjoyed the small, no-frills, not-too-busy pool. A very enjoyable stay.

I didn’t like that there was only 3 spots to charge an electric car in such a big hotel and one of them was broken so reception let me use the charger in the garage which is super slow and barely charged my car so I had to go to the casino to charge my car.

Love the place, they also have free chargers for electric vehicle which is a big plus. Very clean and staff is very friendly.

The Hotel was very clean and very quiet. The staff was exceptionally very nice and friendly.

Nous étions une famille de 4 avec une suite. Le service etait parfait. Le sofa lit midérable, en pente et on ressent rous les ressorts. La vue etait belle. Le lit queen confortable. Avec un divan lit adequat ce.serait parfait L

Heater too loud in decibels and had to unplug it to try to sleep in colder room.

The room was spacious if somewhat sparse. It was very nice to have the extra room as we are traveling with an older child. However, the pullout bed didn’t sit flat, which made it a bit awkward. The air conditioner in the room leaked during the night and we woke up to a big puddle of water on the floor. Apart from that it was fine.

Staff were helpful and both room and grounds were very clean. Good job

Customer service was very bad.specially front office manager attitude was very rude. She refused to extend the checkout even by 15 minutes. No complimentary water and you're forced to buy it from the lobby for $4.00 (small size)

The hotel was able to accommodate an early check in, as well the staff was so friendly! Sammi from the kitchen made sire everything was perfect. The cleaning staff brought us a forgotten item that we had no idea we left behind!! Very recommended!

Check in was fabulous. Loved the way the staff treated us and explained everything in detail. Check in formalities was so quick and the most important was cleanliness which was beyond our expectations. Must visit whenever you plan to Ottawa. Thank you to Holiday inn and the sweetest staff.

I stayed for 2 nights visiting from Toronto. I left 6am Sunday and about 6pm I realized I left a part for my CPAP machine in the room. I called the hotel asking if my son could pick it up and courier to me. I was told by the front office that she was not Housekeeping, and expect a call next day as they had left already. I woke up next day with a terrible headache as i had difficulty breathing without my CPAP machine. At around 10am I decided to call. I was informed by a rep that I needed to wait for 48hrs to get a response. My head was pounding all day, so at 2pm I called again as I couldnt imagine another night without the CPAP. Same response, I literally begged for help and asked for a manager. The agent said I am the manager and the policy is 48hrs. I explained this is medical so please help. She said the policy is 48hrs and theirs nothing she could do. I said to her, I understand the policy but this is a medical equipment and i can go to cardiac arrest while sleeping without this, she insisted 48hrs. I said i cant believe you. I asked for her name which she said was Kenny but didnt give her last name. I said if you are the manager and you show zero empathy then this is awful. I got the survey from Holiday Inn in my email and decided to do it, within 20 minutes after I got a call advising that they found the part. It was too late for same day courier so I bought a replacement part in Toronto $275. With so many options i wont be caught dead booking with Holiday Inn again!

The staff was exceptional. The hotel was spotless and looked like a new hotel. Our room was clean and spacious and offered a great view outside the window. A convenient location to walk to and from the casino.

Everything was fine about the room and the hotel. My complaint is about the lady at front desk for check in. She was unbelievably rude. She couldn’t find my reservation and arguing with me that I spelled my name wrong and the confirmation number that I have is not the one that she is looking for. I travel a lot and this is my first time that I see an impolite person at reception desk.

J’ai réservé cette chambre pour mes parents qui sont âgés . La climatisation était au max à leur arrivée le 25 décembre en fin de soirée. Ils ont eu froid toute la nuit. En plus, ils se sont fait réveillé à 7:45 par la femme de chambre alors que la pancarte «  ne pas déranger » était sur la porte . Mon père à téléphoné aujourd’hui à l’hôtel pour demander un remboursement mais ils ont dit de communiquer avec vous pour un crédit .

Leslie at the deck was so nice, she signed us up for the perks for being a Holiday inn member. Got us in early to our room.. the restaurant was nice and good food, the rooms were clean and quite..

Proximity to the Casino is great - Short walk. Enjoyed our stay.

Good location. Restaurants and shopping area are within few mins drive. Room was clean and with beautiful view. The restaurant breakfast was delicious, but no dining option during the nights I stayed.

This property is lovely. The staff are exceptional and friendly. The rooms are modern, clean, and parking is free. The hotel is a very short walk to Lac Leamy Casino (5 minutes), If you are looking for some snacks or a liquor store, there is a plaza across the street. There is a lovely park that has a beach, paddleboarding, cliff jumping, or if you would like to go for a hike. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are friendly. The new thing at the hotel is that they now serve dinner on certain weeknights. The weight room and pool are lovely. We really enjoy staying at this property. Cet établissement est charmant. Le personnel est exceptionnel et sympathique. Les chambres sont modernes, propres et le stationnement est gratuit. L'hôtel est à quelques pas du casino du Lac Leamy (5 minutes). Si vous cherchez des en-cas ou un magasin d'alcools, une place se trouve de l'autre côté de la rue. Il y a un joli parc avec plage, paddleboard, saut de falaise ou randonnée. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et le personnel est sympathique. Nouveauté : le dîner est désormais servi certains soirs de semaine. Le gumnase et la piscine sont superbes. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement.

Decent stay- staff could’ve been friendlier. Not enough amenities. Overall stay was subpar from Holiday Inn standards. Breakfast options very limited as well. Overall location of the hotel was quiet and nice so that’s a plus.

We stayed at this establishment over the Canada Day celebrations. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Also, we ate in their restaurant with our 2 grandsons and that was also a good experience. The problem we ran into was when we booked we were told that breakfast was included. The front desk staff it was NOT included even though I showed them in writing that it was. They said it was due to the fact that we booked through Expedia. What nonsense!! Our argument fell on deaf ears. Be sure that you book through the hotel chain for all the included benefits. Most disappointing for my family and myself.

The breakfast was excellent

No breakfast because the restaurant inside the Holiday Inn right across from the Lac Leamy casino is way to expensive for a crappy restaurant like that. The restaurant boss is a big a hole and he charges 5$ for a can of coke...so imagine He's also mean to the waitresses

Front desk were friendly and professional. House keeping was super. Restaurant food and service was excellent. Will stay again.

Loved the space. Particularly the bathroom and shower. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed on Mondays and there was nothing else within walking distance.
