スタッフお一人おひとりがそれぞれの役割の中で全体を良くしようとされていた点が良かったです。またホテルのような形式的なサービスではなく、率直に楽しそうに応対していただいた点も良かったです。

Koshinoyado Takashimaya is a very traditional Ryokan, in the best sense! It is located in an ancient building that is very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and caring, service was impeccable. The food was delicious, diner and breakfast alike. We have stayed in ryokans before, in various regions in Japan. Our stay here was one of the most pleasant experiences overall. Very much recommended!

老舗の旅館です。料理も美味しかった。女性や高齢者には十分だと思います。男性は量少なめに感じるかもです。夕飯のお米がとても美味しかったです。
