Orlando took great care of us and even provided late night taxi service. Break fast buffet was the best.

Property was a bit out the way but the grounds were beautiful. Landacape and flowers were so pretty with the mountains in the background. 3 Alpacas/Llamas on site... wish they were more friendly but still made for great pictures. Wish there was more on site to do. We did walk out and up to the left found a Butterfly museum. It was nice to learn about Mariposas. Room was big with high celings. Wich made for a very cold night. Room did have a space heater, but needed 2 to fill the space. A bigger table to eat on would be nice as well. Bathroom set up should have a door to close off from room but toilet is seperate from sink and shower area, but nowhere to get dressed in private. No wash clothes. $20 fee if you get the towel dirty. Even though the floor was wet a d had to wipe it up with the smallest towel. Walter was very nice. Spoke good english and remembered my name the next morning! Rudy was very helpful with laundry and getting us fruit before we.left for an afternoon adventure. She even helped my son with warming up his leftover pizza. Karlo was nice at first. But when trying to coordinate a ride to the train station, itvwas very frustrating as he kept trying to push a hotel in Aguas Calientes vs helping us get to the station on time. He was charging more than uber and not caring we were going to be late.and miss the train..

Habitación limpia, buena atención, lugar muy tranquilo. Por mejorar, los colchones no son de buena calidad.

Es un buen hotel con mucha infraestructura que aprovechar pero muy triste el ambiente es muy parco parece un lugar fantasma no hay animaciones u actividades el personal por lo menos no te indica nada pensé que era porque no había gente pero si tenía alojados si buscas un lugar aparatado y cero actividad este es para reflexionar o descansar
