Stars in Town Wir sind für eine Nacht zum Festival hekommen. Check in war super. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das ganze Hotel sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top. Man ist in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt. Wir haben im Bahnof Parking geparkt ,diese Info habe ich nicht im Beschrieb gelesen sondern Parken auf dem Areal, das wäre etwas klarer gewesen aber dies nur als kontruktiver Hinweis. Alles super. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen.

Well, if you want to visit Schaffhausen, and who wouldn't, this is certainly the place to stay if you are either driving on coming by train. The parking is next door, as is the station. Room was large, clean and comfortable and the hotel's restaurant/bar really nice. It is convenient to everything, and walking distance to all you would want to see. A fantastic place to visit and to stay. Would highly recomment do anyone.

4 adults family holiday with elderly parents - stayed in 2x Superior Double Room for 3 nights during the week. Reassuringly there were many locals staying for their business trips. Conveniently located next to Schaffhausen Bahnhof, there are frequent trains to Zurich Airport that takes 40-50 minutes. Town centre is within 5 minutes walking distance with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. There's a Migros with Migros Restaurant on the opposite side of SH Bahnhof where we had our breakfast as we didn't choose the hotel's add-on breakfast. Despite its proximity to SH Bahnhof it wasn't noisy. The rooms were modern, bright, clean and spacious. The windows can be opened for fresh air which proved useful as one of our rooms' air-conditioning and fridge didn't work. We reported the issue quite late and the conciege advised us that the engineers were off site and could only repair it the next day which was already our check-out day. I would recommend staying at Vienna House if visiting & sightseeing in & around SH, the Rheinfall, Winterthur or Zurich.

Daniela was gracious enough to let us store our bags in the office before we went upstairs so that we could get a bite to eat before the restaurant closed. The bed was comfortable. The room was compact, but very intelligently laid out. The breakfast buffet, though not included in the price of the room, was excellent. The train station was just a block away, as was the charming Old Town of Schaffhausen. We were very pleased with our stay.

A minute from tge traun station. Very tiny room for 3 bdes, there is no space to walk anymore. The minibar is useless, hotter than temperature oitside. No aircon. The laundry facility is good but wouldnt recommend as it is use to wash rags byvthe staff.

Eincheck Prozess ist mies, obwohl bereits online alles eingegeben wurde (inkl. ID) wurde bei Ankunft am Desk alles nochmals abgefragt!? Auf eine Anfrage zur Parkplatzreservation erfolgte keine Antwort. Auf mehreren Kanälen (SMS, Whatsup) Infos, aber dies nur auf Englisch. Frühstück konnte bei Doppelzimmer-Belegung nicht nur für eine Person gebucht werden! Service vor Ort war aber tiptop.

Our room bathroom sink piping was leaking the entire time during our stay. We brought that up to the management multiple times but it was ignored. My family and i were not happy with the situation and we weren't offered a room relocation or immediate fix by the staff. Strongly recommend to avoid booking this hotel.

Wir buchten eine Grand Suite für eine Übernachtung mit der Familie. Das Hotel ist modern und sauber aber wir waren sehr enttäuscht. 1) Das Zimmer war nicht für die gebuchte Anzahl Personen vorbereitet und wir mussten frühmorgens lange auf die fehlenden Decken warten 2) Über 2h lang kein heisses Wasser (wenn halt alle Gäste gleichzeitig duschen sei das halt so)... 3) Im 2. Schlafraum fehlten die Vorhänge. An Schlaf nicht zu denken, viel zu hell. 4) Housekeeping ignoriert Do Not Disturb und platzt rein 5) Es wird dafür eine Gutschrift angeboten aber dann nach 25 Minuten Gespräch mit hotels.com hat das Hotel eine Gutschrift abgelehnt und möchte von hotels.com zuerst eine schriftliche Beschwerde erhalten aber hotels.com kann nur beim Hotel anrufen.

Staffs here were very kind. The hotel is basically connected to the station and really near by the schaffhausen city center whoch makes this hotel very convenient. The parking was plenty and connected directly by the elevator which I liked very much. It makes it easy to transport the goods from the car to the room and vice versa. The blind was automatic so I didn't have to close the curtain. The fridge was working, but not so strong that it takes a while to cool drinks which I was not fond of. Overall, my experience was very well here.
