The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and they also helped organize additional activities, which was appreciated. However, the breakfast spread was quite limited and could be improved. We also noticed that the bedsheets were not properly clean during check-in, which affected the first impression of the stay.

The location and room were wonderful, but the restaurant service during breakfast was not good. One day they served a buffet, and the next day they provided a paper menu. After taking orders, they forgot to cook I ordered food, and even when they saw tourist foreign countries, they forgot to serve them.
