Easy access, being set back from the road helped make it quiet. Given the bad weather we could not use facilities outside. Not so good - difficult to have a hot shower and given there is no onsite dining facilities some information in our room on local eating options for breakfast and dinner would have been appreciated.

The bbq facility was clean and good working order. The wine glasses and coffee cups and plates etc in room were great quality. Nothing better than drinking a good Barossa wine from a proper wine glass. Laundry facilities good. Location excellent.

Large clean room. Recently decorated rooms. Negatives no bar/restaurant and limited walkable options. Limited taxis so a 30 mins walk to Tanunda centre if no car. Pool itself nice and clean but surrounding area could also do with modernisation

This property is clean and well maintained and a reasonably short walk to town. The weather was foul, so we did not get a chance to use the pool and bbq facilities that looked great. It was a huge advantage in the rain, as I am sure it would be in the summer, to have covered parking. Friendly staff to cap it all off.

Really clean room, comfy bed and i liked the layout of the bathroom. Nice garden surrounds and was convenient location to our event at Peter Lehman. Only downside was its quite noisy with neighbours etc, which is probably expected with this style of motel like, joined rooms.

Had a Superior room (no.35) over a Deluxe due to cheaper Black friday deal $103 p/night. Undercover park outside room. Room was tidy, with newish carpet and newish tiles in 'bathroom'. Superior apparently has 'better' furnishings but their site doesn't say what. Also, some on-line booking sites say the rooms are soundproof - definitely not as can hear when showers are being taken and voices. Bed comfortable and big soft pillows. Shower ok size but mold spots top of walls (no exhaust fan so must open window to let steam out which is right next to next room. Door to show is wooden and has about 12" gap to floor, so water is splashed & can be a little river underneath to another drain hole in front of mini fridge - the is rust on door frame also). There is no privacy door outside of shower when drying body. Toilet also has no exhaust fan and a window must be open to air it. Crockery/cutlery, tea/coffee and coffee pod machine. Once nightfall came in and colder nights, there was some kind of contraction in the roof or carport are and as it moved the noise was really load nearly every hour through out to about 3am - very annoying that would have effected neighboring rooms too. And good luck trying to get FTA TV channels - so so hard to work out a simple thing. Would I stay there again ... no.

More motel than hotel, very basic room, mould in the bathroom, damp carpet and low quality fixtures and fittings. It was clean and close to the town centre (25min walk) but the photos they sell you are a lie. This is a very budget hotel. Also had a bug issue - the room came with bug spray and we woke up with bug bites on our faces. Could not recommend.

Easy stay with all the expected amenities. Check in was seedless and staff member was lovely. Only down sides were noise from adjoining rooms and the bright light from heater which made it hard to sleep.

A great place to stay if you are wanting to explore the amazing Barossa Valley wine region. The staff at the Wine Vine went above and beyond to make our recent stay extremely comfortable, no request was deemed to hard and the crew were extremely accommodating. A special thanks to Lindy for all her great advise setting us up for a great day on our self guided winery tour. The restaurant attached to the hotel named Asian Tucker served some of the best Chinese food we have eaten and also highly recommended. The rooms were neat modern and fresh and the property is well maintained. Thanks again guys we had a great stay.

We made a very last minute booking. It was lovely service, we stayed with our baby and they moved us into a room that would fit a cot more comfortably. On arrival the room was set up with a cot, check-in was super quick and the shower was so lovely. Thank you

Wonderful hosts! We were staying to attend a funeral and arrived early 10.30am and they were very accommodating letting us check in early. Very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were well appointed and loved the back door on the rooms with bistro setting to sit outside in privacy.

A really nice face lift on a property that has been around for a long time. Staff were friendly on check-in and check out, and felt genuine in conversation. Good distance from both Tanunda and Nuriootpa. Could walk to tanunda main street on a nice day, also walking distance to a few wineries.

Easy access, being set back from the road helped make it quiet. Given the bad weather we could not use facilities outside. Not so good - difficult to have a hot shower and given there is no onsite dining facilities some information in our room on local eating options for breakfast and dinner would have been appreciated.

Thoughtful owner had turned lights and heating on for when we came back to the room which was lovely as it was a cold night. It was quiet, no road noise - windows were covered adequately so no outside light came into the room.
