The photos are representative of what the hotel actually looks like. However, for the price, there are some details that are lacking (e.g. there are no robes or slippers in rooms). Our bathroom fan didn’t work and we didn’t get turndown service (even though we didn’t have a DND on our door). The location is great. The pool is not heated to 85 degrees, as the hotel staff said it would be. Overall, service in both the rooftop bar and the restaurant was not the best. These things can be improved, but it has to become a priority for all involved.

Very nice, clean, modern looking room. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Easy 15 minute walk through town to city center and Christmas lights. Self parking was an additional charge per night, but it was very convenient and easy to access from hotel.

The room was a nice room. Our first night was horrible. Our neighbors had the TV on so loud we could hear the cursing from the RAP music that was playing. We did not sleep at all that night. The Hotel moved us the following night. However I am not really sure how much they really tried to get our neighbors to turn down or stop their noise. We will not stay there again.

The view was incredible, the stylish amenities, the kind staff that made it feel like a cozy place despite the very formal environment and state-of-the-art amenities...this place is stunning. We loved all the amenities in the room. The bathroom even had a nightlight, the shower had multiple settings, and everything was so spacious! The coffee machine is also amazing, it makes a perfect espresso and they have a gorgeous teacup for two people to have coffee together. the view from the giant window is so gorgeous. the curtains are blackout, the beds are so comfortable and the bed has four pillows of different firmness.

Because guest complaint is this hotel charged me over $100 for a restaurant bill that was not mine and an additional $244. Took multiple calls and in person visit. Girl lied about the $244 charge just being a hold. It was pending and then charged. My bank confirmed and she admitted in a previous call. I travel a lot. I’m savvy to hotel holds. Watch your charges. Extremely disappointed with the staff response to unauthorized charges of nearly $400 after I had checked out.

We prepaid our room and then arrived at 12:30 am after a much delayed flight to be informed they had given our room away. The stated reason was that we had booked on Expedia and they had to prioritize “Loyalty Club Members.” They did arrange a reservation for us at another hotel but the hassle was incredible. Avoid.

Hotel is amazing. Definitely would try additional Le Meridien hotels int he future, however the area around the hotel is suspect. A Rolls Royce parked in the adjacent hotel parking lot with ten homeless people sleeping not eh curb. Area is a good lesson for the kids regarding the haves and have nots!

SLC has a lot of thread-bare name brands, parking lot ensconced paper wall, soul-suckers 'inns' or giant family friendly joints. Le Méridien is a breath fresh air, roof top pool and fitness with a view fresh air-fresh air. Solid attention to detail and thoughtfully curated artwork. The area has an Austin, new money, new branded-apartment look (head to Hotel Evo for the good and the grit) but this property shines and is walking distance all of Downtown. Just what SLC needed and nine minutes to the airport. The coffee was weak sauce but the bed heavenly.

The hotel is beautiful and had just opened when we stayed. The area doesn't have much to offer as far as shopping and walkability...and it doesn't help that we were there on a Sunday (everything closed). There were some kinks that still need to be worked out. First, we added on breakfast to our room and when we got there they had no record of it. After showing the reservation with breakfast (a $25 add on), the only option they offered to give us a $25 credit towards our breakfast. This makes no sense -why would we prepay $25 for a $25 breakfast? There were also staffing issues in the restaurant and the menu was not really explained as well as could be.

The restaurant service was terrible. We asked for maintenance to fix something in the room and they never showed up. The pool area only has 3 lounge chairs ??? Why ??

Would definitely stay here again . Beds were comfortable . Up to date decor and coffee bar was great. Attached restaurant had great a breakfast .

Great hotel in downtown Salt Lake. Staff are just excellent and friendly. Hotel is super clean. I'd grab a beer or whatever upstairs but pass on the food, it was average at best. Didn't eat downstairs but it looked like a good option.

The rooms did not have windows so the AC was constantly on during the heat spell. The restaurant Adelaide was terrible from the get-go to the last day. Delivering cold food to the table on two different days. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Very close to the Delta center for the 2 games we attended. Quick uber to and from the airport. Restaurant food was great.

Great stay. Beautiful rooftop pool and tapas lounge, clean and well-appointed hotel overall with comfortable bedding, free and clear products, and exceptionally helpful concierge. Complementary below-ground secure parking, which was a relief in this town that's heavily populated by NPC's and zombies… When we first checked in, the room had an obnoxious spray scent, and when we requested another room the front desk was quite accommodating and even gave us a higher floor. Again on the odor front, there was a strange smoky smell in the entire lobby and restaurant on the main level which was not very pleasant to walk into, but not a big deal. We will be back!
