I found this property to be exactly as advertised, but more importantly, I found it to be a true second home. My wife and I are in the process of purchasing a condominium down here and we’re always battling with the beach or the river each has its benefits….in this case the river won. Every day we saw multiple manatees and occasionally a few dolphins swimming by extremely tranquil, very enjoyable and allowed my family to reconnect.
I found this property to be exactly as advertised, but more importantly, I found it to be a true second home. The communication with the home owner and his team was fantastic. The home itself was well keep and perfect for my family. We loved the comfort and old Florida charm. The access to local areas is perfect and dock access what top notch. We were able to see all forms of wildlife and fish. The house was the perfect setting for our long weekend and even got to watch a SpaceX launch with little to no obstructions. I would absolutely stay again.
