Location of the hotel is excellent. Nice breakfast area and lounge to have a drink. The smoking room thought to be a library or quiet area is beautiful until someone smoked cigars so it stinks. The staff are always smiling. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful upon check in.

the perfect hotel for a stay in Split! Diocletian's Palace wall runs right through the hotel, so you are in the center of the action. Wonderful, helpful staff assisted with parking, baggage transfer and tips. the bar/reastaurant was the perfect spot to people watch and have a pre dinner cocktail. highly recommended!

I used my free nights, and it was an amazing hotel for only 71 euros for 2 nights. Otherwise, it would be 330. But on check-in, I forgot we had to pay extra for our 3kg dog, which was 80 euros for the dog for only 2 nights. The first time I paid this much, it was shocking. The room is amazing; unfortunately, we got 1st floor, so there is no view. Breakfast is amazing, and the restaurant is very affordable for lunch and dinner, and you get a 20% discount voucher. The spa is poor, with only a Jacuzzi with a broken heater, so we had an evening spa in cold water, which was not fun. The staff was amazing and very pleasant, but we did not tip anybody as I was shocked by the price of the dog. The lounge room may be the nicest I have ever seen, a nice library with big sofas and a chess table and chairs.

As good as it can get in old town small window world. Amazing breakfast and sitting area . Loved a separate designated cigar room With huge TV. It was very comfortable to work in it and I never saw another person walk into this room… so it felt like my own . Again breakfast was amazing . Coffee in Croatia is not the best , this hotel’s coffee was good . That’s was also helpful.

Great hotel with very helpful staff. I would give 5 stars except the housekeeper forgot to place new toilet paper and body wash. I had to wash my body with shampoo 1 day. Also their spa was not yet open. They sent us to the spa in their sister hotel which was more like apartment in not great neighborhood away from the city center. When I arrived, no one was at the spa reception. Otherwise excellent

We have traveled to many countries and this was one of the very best places we stayed. The location was convenient, Filip was very friendly and the entire staff was very polite. We enjoyed the size of the hotel and the breakfast and dinner was delicious. Our last morning was spent in the Jacuzzi on the roof top!

The employees made our trip so very memorable. Each took pleasure in helping us make the most of our 4 days here. The jacuzzi availability was fabulous after a long day of sightseeing! The even delivered wine and towels to us there!

Nicely situated in Split Old Town. Close to taxi drop-offs and where most tours start. Room was comfortable, especially the bed. All staff were very friendly and room service was meticulous. Breakfast was of a high standard with plenty of choice.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Old Town. Given how busy it is at night we were surprised how quiet our room was. East walk to the water, restaurants and shopping. The included breakfast was really nice with glass windows for fun people watching.

Nice, comfy hotel near a lot of restaurants. Nice bathroom and mattress. My mother and I stayed during the off season and were some of the few guests. They upgraded our room, which was very nice. The included breakfast was lovely as well.

Recently returned from a short stay in the heart of Split old town, and I do mean the “heart” as the Marmont Heritage was really an ideal location for exploring old town and Marina areas. Hotel was well kept with spacious and comfortable rooms. As it’s in the centre though noise levels are high if windows open. Never ate in hotel other than breakfast as massive choices of eateries all around in the area. My one gripe would be that whilst decent choice for breakfast the hot food was never hot even on the day we pitched up at 7am as leaving for airport. Would be worth investing in better food warmers, however good choice of cold food available. The staff however make this hotel. Go out of their way to help and always with a smile on their faces. A credit to hotel and my wife and I would recommend if looking for a central point to see Split.

Great location and really attentive staff. Breakfast was top quality... Really, really good. Anna at the front desk was incredible, from helping us lug our bags 200m from the drop off zone to landing is dinner reservations for 9 at a nearby restaurant. Only significant issue was getting heavy non-roller bags to the hotel. A cart or a couple of beefy beefy bellhops would have gone a long way to making a perfect stay.

I was most impressed with the staff. My wife required medical care and Marija at the front desk arranged a ride to and from the local Tourist medical center. It definitely helped her recover more quickly so that we could both enjoy the amazing places that are in Split. The staff preparing the amazing breakfasts each morning were especially friendly. In fact, every person that we encountered, whether tourist or resident, was gracious and friendly. We had such an amazing experience thanks to all at the hotel and what the city has to offer. We will definitely book with Marmont Heritage again if our travels bring us close to Split again.

All of the staff are so professional and caring. An especial shout-out to Filip, who gave us great advice on Split and its attractions, and made sure we had everything needed to make our stay comfortable

Loved this hotel. The staff were super friendly. They reached out beforehand to arrange for airport picked (for a good price) and met us at our drop off point to navigate to the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to all the sights and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

The property is very stylish, well-located and has an amazing staff. Marij, Jake and Joana were all fabulous. The food and bar service was excellent, as was the concierge service. The restaurants and tours they recommended were wonderful, as was the driver they arranged. We will definitely stay with them again.

Filip and Anna were awesome. The airline had lost my wife’s luggage and they went above and beyond to help find it and get it delivered to us. Great hospitality. Also great location too. Would definitely stay here again.

The property had the basics of a good property. What was unique was the receptionists Staff. I am a 2,000,000-mile Platinum award member at American airlines, which means that I am a big traveller ; I must say that I have never met this caliber of receptionist's staff. Filip and Marija brought a new meaning for customer service/support. They were perfect and made our stay enjoyable; As an example, the airline company lost our luggage; they were also rude with us considering the stress that we had since we had to leave to Dubrovnik 2 days later and they did not tell us about the process ; Filip and Marija told us : proceed with your vacation, we will take care of it including arranging for the luggage to be delivered to the hotel, What a RELIEF this was; We will never forget this. Yes, the breakfast was outstanding, the room spacious and accommodating, clearly. But what was above and beyond was Filip and Marija.

Amazing service and a clean comfortable room. We had an all day tour booked for the second day of our stay. They had lunches and breakfast snacks ready for us even before the kitchen opened.

Nicely situated in Split Old Town. Close to taxi drop-offs and where most tours start. Room was comfortable, especially the bed. All staff were very friendly and room service was meticulous. Breakfast was of a high standard with plenty of choice.

Recently returned from a short stay in the heart of Split old town, and I do mean the “heart” as the Marmont Heritage was really an ideal location for exploring old town and Marina areas. Hotel was well kept with spacious and comfortable rooms. As it’s in the centre though noise levels are high if windows open. Never ate in hotel other than breakfast as massive choices of eateries all around in the area. My one gripe would be that whilst decent choice for breakfast the hot food was never hot even on the day we pitched up at 7am as leaving for airport. Would be worth investing in better food warmers, however good choice of cold food available. The staff however make this hotel. Go out of their way to help and always with a smile on their faces. A credit to hotel and my wife and I would recommend if looking for a central point to see Split.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The restaurant where you have breakfast is also open for lunch and dinner and was excellent. They are located right in the heart of the old city.

A lovely, smaller hotel in an excellent location. The staff were fabulous, both at check-in and at breakfast. Special shout out from my partner to the chap making fantastic, fresh coffee and, as a tea drinker, I loved the choices of tea, boiling water (not tepid) and fresh milk. Excellent food choices for breakfast too. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific hotel in Split. Great location, modern amenities and the best breakfast buffet in Croatia of many hotels we stayed in. Would definitely book again.

What’s good: the location is perfect, the staff are friendly and super helpful, and they provide parking near the old town. However, the hotel was very overpriced for what it was, and it’s a glorified AirBnb more than a hotel. Breakfast was just ok, on the last day we actually skipped the hotel breakfast (which was already paid for) and had breakfast in town. The rooms don’t really have a view of anything. If the room was 30% cheaper this would have been great, but it wasn’t as good as expected.

They deserve all the stars in the world! Absolutely FANTASTIC staff!!! Everyone from the housekeeping to restaurant crew to the front desk folk were incredibly kind, next level helpful and genuine! Spacious room & bathroom, nice view, great water pressure, espresso in your room! We especially loved Dubo & Maria from the front desk. It felt like we were being hosted by friends who really cared ! They were beyond exceptional! Wonderful abundant breakfast! Vegan & vegetarian options, delicious espresso and even mimosas! Relaxing classy cigar room! Truley an elevated amazing experience! One of the best hotel stays we ever had! Thank you to everyone who works here! : )
