I requested a early check-in and didn't received it was charged 20 bucks for it and then when I was instructed to talk to the property manager about it I went up to the front desk to request property manager assistance and was asked to leave the property and never to come back just for asking for my early checkout fee back I also was putting a room that was not fully functional as a matter of fact the whole hotel was not functional it's under construction and they're understand trying to run a hotel of that capacity it's not doable and you will run into problems and issues with those personnel because of their attitudes .

Needed a quick room for the night and stopped here. It met the need. However it was very ill maintained. The water chest was leaking, the carpets matted, several alarms detached with wires just hanging, the sink in our room was falling off the wall, the bathtub shower handle not attached, mold looking stuff in the bathtub under the soap holder, the ac cover broken, the window shade crinkled and not working properly. On the plus the bed was clean with no bugs, and they had a very limited breakfast with waffles, milk, apples, apple juice and two types of cereal. The real banger was the man shouting in the hallways from 3am onward. Rated 2 stars for no bugs, and the staff was not rude. They required a $20 cash deposit which was weird but i got it back at check out with zero issue.

So the rooms were very empty. No alarm clock the blow dryer didn't work at first. The room kid didn't work so we couldn't get in. Try to get a different one or have the miscanner. They refuse I'm headed to go back-and-forth a couple times Ho see. Water pressure was horrible. You can keep the water hot or cold. You try to turn it off and then click all the way back around and turn back on again. The breakfast is sothough yeah, look the location and environment. Horrible. Just not what I expected for us to pray. Let me say that They did charge us a $25 deposit upon booking. Checking in which was not stated nowhere on the hotel.com website. They tried to say it was. It wasn't so luckily. We did have that amount to pay for it. Otherwise, we would have sports to book for lots of booking. And ended up losing our money and credits on the booking. There were no vending machinesexcept for one and it was for drinks.I have no idea if it worked or not.I never seen nobody at it ice machine.Not sure if they had one never seen 1. This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The halls were full of homeless people coming in to fill bags from the ice machine. All of the doors leading outside were damaged so that they didn't lock. It was very unsafe. I watched a couple of men bring in prostitutes. After 11p a prostitute knocked on our door. There was dirt on our pillows. The bathroom was in need of maintenance. In the morning there wasn't any food for breakfast. I had to repeatedly ask for milk. We should have left but it was so late when we got there I didn't know if we would be able to find another hotel. The hotel halls, lobby and dinning area were flifly.

The room service was not up to my standards, I cleaned and sanitized the room to my comfort level. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant to talk with. The motel was under going renovations and materials was along the hallway. However, once settled in the room everything was nice and cozy. I will return once repairs are completed. It was a nice staycation from home. Room #108 is nice and clean for the next guest.

There was trash in the front entrance and looks like it was there for days. Throughout the whole property, it smells like cannabis. My wife has asthma and we struggled to stay there longer. I told the front desk about my concerns that there were so many homeless gentleman Near the vehicles but the front desk didn’t do anything. I practically stayed up all night because I felt unsafe in my room.

Where do I begin. I wasn't even going to leave a review, but after the 3rd email request I finally decided too. The check in was great, but it was all downhill from there. The hallway carpet was dirty with a white powdery substance. The room was clean and A/C and heat worked well. The bed and pillows were comfortable. One of our rooms has a bathtub that hadn't been cleaned in some time. The bathroom had 1 of 4 light bulbs working. The door had no peephole, and the security latch on the inside of the room was missing. And nothing like being woken up in morning to someone yelling "Open this door now" several times followed by a loud yelling match in the hall. The hallway smelled strongly of weed, and it was a no smoking floor. Plus someone who obviously didn't have a room, was eating food on the steps inside. Definitely avoid this place!

Check in was good, room was clean. TV required a password that I had to go back to the front desk to get. It did not work. 3 of the 5 lights in the room did not work. Shower had paint peeling off wall. The knobs to turn shower off need to be replaced. It took me 20 minutes to get the shower to turn off. Shower curtain didn't stay closed. Room phone failed. 2:00 am smoke alarm went off, night clerk got it stopped by switching the breaker. The 5:30 pounding on the walls was the straw that broke the camel's back. Not even close to a good experience. I've stayed, many times, at Super 8 with no issues or complaints. This one sucked big time.

Definately your basic room, vinyl plank floor, hair dryer didn't work, TV not set up correctly (I did get it to work), noisy heat/air unit. If you're looking for an acceptable room at an inexpensive price, this will do.

It wasn't so luckily. We did have that amount to pay for it. Otherwise, we would have sports to book for lots of booking. And ended up losing our money and credits on the booking. I requested a early check-in and didn't received it was charged 20 bucks for it and then when I was instructed to talk to the property manager about it I went up to the front desk to request property manager assistance and was asked to leave the property and never to come back just for asking for my early checkout fee back I also was putting a room that was not fully functional as a matter of fact the whole hotel was not functional it's under construction and they're understand trying to run a hotel of that capacity it's not doable and you will run into problems and issues with those personnel because of their attitudes .

The room service was not up to my standards, I cleaned and sanitized the room to my comfort level. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant to talk with. The motel was under going renovations and materials was along the hallway. However, once settled in the room everything was nice and cozy. I will return once repairs are completed. It was a nice staycation from home. Room #108 is nice and clean for the next guest.

There was trash in the front entrance and looks like it was there for days. Throughout the whole property, it smells like cannabis. My wife has asthma and we struggled to stay there longer. I told the front desk about my concerns that there were so many homeless gentleman Near the vehicles but the front desk didn’t do anything. I practically stayed up all night because I felt unsafe in my room.

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The halls were full of homeless people coming in to fill bags from the ice machine. All of the doors leading outside were damaged so that they didn't lock. It was very unsafe. I watched a couple of men bring in prostitutes. After 11p a prostitute knocked on our door. There was dirt on our pillows. The bathroom was in need of maintenance. In the morning there wasn't any food for breakfast. I had to repeatedly ask for milk. We should have left but it was so late when we got there I didn't know if we would be able to find another hotel. The hotel halls, lobby and dinning area were flifly.

Needed a quick room for the night and stopped here. It met the need. However it was very ill maintained. The water chest was leaking, the carpets matted, several alarms detached with wires just hanging, the sink in our room was falling off the wall, the bathtub shower handle not attached, mold looking stuff in the bathtub under the soap holder, the ac cover broken, the window shade crinkled and not working properly. On the plus the bed was clean with no bugs, and they had a very limited breakfast with waffles, milk, apples, apple juice and two types of cereal. They required a $20 cash deposit which was weird but i got it back at check out with zero issue.

It was a very poor standard condition both for cleanliness, and environmental. The hotel needs to be seriously improved. A lot of work needs to be done in the interior, and exterior. Also, breakfast is a sham. No fruits, no hot meals. No water, no provision for tea. They had a poorly made coffee, but no creamer. Though, the staff was quite friendly and helpful.

Room was good no complaints. Clean as well. Problem is the so called breakfast I admit semi cranky when I woke but when desk guy told me a half jug of O.J. some coffee and muffins were breakfast I thought yeah in some places but muffins only to go with your half jug of oj!?! Man keep that give me at least some oatmeal or some milk and cereal!!! Muffins!!!!

We were unable to actually stay at the hotel and had to find somewhere else to go. First we were given a room on the 2nd floor. The hotel does not have and elevator. My my husband recently injured his knee and could not do the stairs. Then the room we were given had some sort of odor in it that made all of us start coughing within minutes of being in the room. I began to have an allergic reaction to whatever the odor was, broke out in hives and started having difficulty breathing. I had to drink half a bottle of my kids Benadryl to get it under control. The lady that was at the front desk was kind but said there was nothing she could do. We have yet to hear back from the manager about refunding our money and have not had our calls returned.

Area felt VERY unsafe. No elevator so we had to carry our heavy bags up the stairs. The smoke alarm in our room was beeping. Employee told us to just take the battery out - 1st that's a safety violation and 2nd someone had already done that but it was hardwired so it was still beeping. We asked to switch rooms and they put us in the one next door and we could still hear the smoke alarm beeping. Then I saw cockroaches in our room! Obviously we decided to find a new hotel. When I asked for a refund the employee told me she couldn't do it just then but the charges should be reversed in 3-5 business days. I asked for proof of my refund and she said she had no way to do that. I'm assuming I'm going to have to call my credit card company and dispute the charges.

Als wir dort am 1. Mai ankamen war es eine Baustelle. Es wurde uns das Zimmer wie abgebildet gezeigt. Es standen 2 Zimmer offen, die sahen ganz anders aus. Es waren Handwerker zugange. Haben erst gar nicht eingecheckt.
