The Magic North Shore Private Beach House, PCC BYU

House was perfect for our trip of 8. Upstairs was perfect area for the older kids. Awesome beach access, although bring water shoes due to the reef. Much more relaxed side of the island, people are very nice and friendly. Lots to do, if you get out to explore the area. Would definitely stay at this property again. The process was great start to finish and communication with any issue was addressed quickly.

The house is very inviting and comfortable. The beach area was amazing! The rocks leading to the beach are large and flat. We had the whole beach area to ourselves. People passed by walking but never stopped. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watch the sunrises and sunsets. We woke up many mornings and went on the beach to watch the sunrise. There are great chairs to sit in on the porch or on the beach and we had plenty of beach towels for everyone, there was 7 of us. There are water toys also. My Grandkids really enjoyed the boogie boards. The washer and dryer really came in handy for us. Kacey was so fast to answer any questions and resolve any minor issues we had, he went over and above taking care of everything. I so appreciated him being so quick answering me when I had questions. He was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend staying there and I would stay there again if we are blessed enough to go back. Thank you Kacey for everything. The direct beach access at this property can't be beat! Great space for our whole family with plenty of room to gather but also escape for some privacy. Easy driving distance to lots of great activities and food. Cute home with lots of island charm.

The door handle to the only door leading to the beach was broken. We asked for it to be fixed it never was during our 6 day stay. Other maintenance issues like master bedroom door lock was broken. Lots of cobwebs on the windows that were on the top part of the A frame. Beach was great and so was the location. We enjoyed our stay other than what we stated above.

Perfect if you want the beach outside your door!
