Just like me and title above. For the premium price we paid.... the furniture was dated, no air conditioning, curtains on east facing window in lounge room did not even nearly close (which bothered my daughter) and the toilet leaked - which admittedly was very promptly attended to by G1. Overall 100% for G1 services but about 60% for property given the price. .
