We had an extended stay due to waiting on a house. Housekeeping was excellent, checking everyday to see what we needed. The pool and courtyard were always clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff and the best price in the area.

Management is rude and the trash were the pets are supposed to eliminate their waste is never emptied. The trash cans are always full. Every other day my door key does not work and some how it is my fault. The first two weeks of my stay I did not have any issues with the key after I renewed my stay for an additional week I have been having nothing but trouble with it.

This was not a clean hotel. The air quality inside the room was absolutely terrible. The drain in the shower would not drain. Even after we called maintenance we were unable to shower. The phone didn’t work. There were floaties in the tub, dirt on the door, mold on the ceiling, smudges all over the cabinets and dirt in the corners. The people next to us seem to be permanently living there and were blasting rap music off their balcony/porch for hours so we could hear a constant vibration of bass until they decided to go inside. The pool was nice. Laundry facilities were also dirty. We left as soon as we woke up. I would not stay here again it gave me the creeps.

Sunny was always friendly. I stayed there several times and he always greeted me kindly. The rooms were better than i expected. Every room that I stayed in was very clean. One of the rooms had a wobbly desk. One didn't have a chair at the desk. But for the most part they were fine. Some of the rooms have a little kitchenette with a big fridge. Some have a little stove that, even if it's outdated I'm sure comes in handy. The outdoor pool was nice and there is a beautiful yard with lots of well kept flowers. I was hesitant because of some of the reviews but I took a chance because of the price and i was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. I tried a couple of other nearby hotels but they cost more and the RRI rooms are actually nicer. If I'm ever in the area again this is where I'll stay.

It was so dirty the floors look like they have never been swept or mopped the bathroom is gross dirt all over the floor there was a dirty dingy wash cloth on a hook in the bathroom it smelled like stale weed in a non smoking room needless to say I would never go back.

This hotel seems more like an apartment complex than a hotel. There were many ‘rooms’ you could tell people were living out of. IE: charcoal BBQ grills, people with patio chairs (they took inside), I could see passing by one window several plants under a light and books on a shelf The odor of marinuana was proliferate throughout the hotel grounds. The second night we were there, it seemed as though some sort of pumping going on all night long. The last day we stayed the lawn keepers were mowing. (I realize this noise is a necessity, it just added to being kept awake from the pumping sound over night). The room was clean. The toilet ran continuously. It is on two busy streets and the freeway, so traffic noise. Ending on a good note, it was close to many restaurants and fast food restaurants. Walmart, Sam’s Club were about a mile down the road. A large shopping mall was across from Walmart. I would choose another hotel.

The hotel staff was very nice and professional. Check in was quick and easy. Room was quiet and decent. Sheets on both beds needed changed and floor could've used a broom, but otherwise a good room at a good price. Well-lit parking lot too.

The pool needed to be cleaned and opened up because it would have been nice to use after driving all day to get there. The smell of marijuana coming from the rooms though as you walked to your room was not pleasant at all.

We usually stay in VRBOs when we travel as they are generally cleaner and safer. This trip proved us right. First off the room had a small apartment sized refrigerator and sink etc but there were not any dish towels or even paper towels. That wasn’t a big deal, we just went out and bought dish clothes to use. Then we realized our toilet was leaking. We went to the front desk and let them know and nothing was done. It continued to leak the whole 4 days we were there. Our clothes had been rummaged through while we were out of the room the only day we allowed the cleaning crew in. We had to make our oun DND sign out if a paper plate to keep them out. We heard fighting outside of our room at night more often than not and there definitely was not enough parking as this lot was shared with the hotel next door. I’ve stayed in red roofs before so I didn’t have high expectations, but this was the absolute worst. I have a special diet that requires me to meal prep so we need a refrigerator wherever we stay and this was truly our only option. The whole experience was gross, we just did not have the time to switch hotels while we were there.

The room looked like the floor had never been mopped. Walked across it in white socks & they were black on the bottom. TV did not work. Spent 2 days & no housekeeping!! Will NOT be back & definitely would not recommend

Once entering my room I noticed a strong cat Oder, the tv didn’t work nor did the lights in the bathroom..

Absolutely horrible! Our first 2 rooms had black mold and the 3rd had a broken shower head which led to my daughter slipping in the shower and getting a personal injury.

We usually love staying here. But the room we got was dirty and had bugs behind the bed and nightstands. The floors were dirty. There were also dead bugs on top of the cupboards. And there was dog hair on our sheets. We have never had a problem like this here. Very disappointing.

This hotel was kinda low quality and not kept the cleanliness I won’t stay again

The phone didn't work, the Wi-Fi didn't work. The first night we only had a quarter of a roll of toilet paper. The next morning housekeeping pounded on the door like the police were at the door. Finally got more toilet paper and they used Windex on the floors. We came back later that night to police in the parking lot removing a guest and checked out. Worst experience ever.

Rooms were ok, nothing great though.

First, I reserved a home town suite and a ground floor room with a king bed. When I checked in I was advised that was not available so I accepted a room with two queen beds. I will get to the best thing and that is the beds were very comfortable. Now for the rest. There was no carpet and house obviously does not mop the floors well at all. There was highly visible filth all over from the edges of the floor to the bathtub to the door frames, just dirty throughout. The A/C in the room did not cool and it took a visit from the manager to fiddle with the thermostat on the under the window 1970s unit to get the compressor to engage. Fortunately it worked well from there on out. The TV reception was poor and fuzzy. There was lots of flaking of paint and plaster throughout and there was no breakfast offered which would have been moot had we gotten the suite we reserved. There were numerous loud and either drunk or demented people outside until late in the night. Fortunately the roar of the A/C largely drowned them out. Housekeeping came only every few days, would take more towels and bathmat but fail to replace them. I barely had enough shampoo and soap to last my stay as all I got was the single allocations that were initially in the room. While this place is advertised as pet friendly with no fees, that is the policy only for one pet which one doesn’t find out until check-in at the property. This place is in the bottom five places I have stayed in over the last 45 years.

I was completely surprised to find that this chain had gotten into the suites area with a complete kitchen and necessities for a long-term stay.

I needed an inexpensive and pet-friendly place to crash for a night while visiting family for the holidays, and this fit the bill. The staff person at the desk was helpful. There was nothing terribly egregious about the facility, although I don’t know how long it will take my back will recover from how rock hard the mattress was…ouch.

Check was a breeze and the staff super firendly and so helpful! The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our weekend stay!

Old & out dated, not clean. Bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Went to check out, the morning front desk lady had an attitude from the start, then I asked politely for a receipt ( I guess that was the icing on the cake to really upset her) she told me because I booked thru this app she couldn’t print one. I never heard of such an excuse. I’ve booked thru here a thousand times and every time the hotel would give me a receipt without even asking. Terrible place and service. idk how the city gives them an operating license.

Everything was fine. Boiler was out on the side for the room that I booked but was given another room which was fine. Staff very friendly and accommodating!

Good location, clean, easy check in and out

Location, Sweetwater bakery in the morning. Culivers for the rest of the day. Literally across the street to the expresseay entersnce. People super friendly. Microwave and refrigerator. Tv works. They replaced towels while we out. Post covid decent cleaniness. We were really lucky to get this place. Oh, $10/day pet fee.
