Well not worth for price

Had high hopes but servicing of the rooms is almost non existent. Asked housekeeping to clean , seems like too much of an effort for them. Breakfast is very average. You can do better at street restaurants nearby. Restaurant staff are nice but need training . Finally, road noise from the MG road outside will bother ALL day and night , can’t sleep.

I stayed at the Ginger Hotel from Nov-26-2025 to Nov-29-2025 after arriving to Kochi Kerala after three days of flying. My stay was exceptional. I'll start with the food, there was a wide variety of options to choose from for both breakfast and Dinner. All of which were extremely delicious. The staff at the restaurant were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job daily. The staff at reception and the man who assisted with the luggage were also pleasant and helpful. The rooftop pool was well maintained. As far as pricing goes, I don't have much to compare it to since that was the only Hotel I stayed at in Kochi but I do know I can get similar quality for less in other places. With all things considered I highly recommend Ginger Kochi, Kalamassery.
