The place is a good space, but could do with maintenance. Air con kept tripping and looked like it hasn’t been serviced in years and did not get cold, so’s very hot in the rooms. There is no balcony that you can put a table a 3 chairs as shown in the pictures, so that’s false. The place had dust everywhere when we arrived, so the 95 euro clean fee is a joke, as it’s not really been cleaned when you arrive. Having said that, the location was amazing and the place was large. Felt it was too pricey for a badly maintained property.

Very nice place. Friendly host. Right in the middle of a great part of the city and within the walking district. Many restaurants immediately outside the door. Good beds, good kitchen, comfortable and nicely decorated apartment. Enjoyed our stay.

Property was in excellent location. Our room was on first floor so we thought that would be easy. We opened the door to the building and there was a very steap set of steps. Once u got to the apartment we opened the door and there was a set of very steep steps that went straight up to the kitchen. Description of the steps should be in the pictures of the apartments. My wife has a bad back and it was a shock to have to watch her crawl up the steps. We also had a elder friend with us that about couldn’t make it up the steps. We chose to rent a apartment to make it easier than a hotel. By the time we left to come home we were about to die from the steps. Beds were old thin and hard as a rock. The pillows were horrible. It looked like they were 100 years old and u could see through the stuffing. Had to use my shirt to wrap around a pillow bc it was no pillow cases. We had 1 towel per person for the whole week. I had to get washing powder and wash them. The agent who met us was very nice and helpful. People need to know before booking this place that they might not be able to get up the steps. If it was an elderly person it would have been bad bc they wouldn’t have any where to stay.
