This is a delightful hotel with some well maintained old fashioned features, but also fully modernised, spacious and clean rooms. There is free parking. Because of the location of the hotel on a small hill it could be a challenge to carry heavy suitcases from the lower parking spaces. However the overall experience was excellent. The multilingual desk staff are very courteous and helpful.

Zeer sfeervol en comfortabel hotel met vriendelijke staf. De gratis parkeerplaats op het terrein van het hotel is een groot voordeel. Het station van de Euskotren is op enkele minuten loopafstand en met deze trein ben je in een half uur in San Sebastian. Geweldig hotel voor een bezoek aan deze stad.

Zeer sfeervol en comfortabel hotel met vriendelijke staf. De gratis parkeerplaats op het terrein van het hotel is een groot voordeel. Het station van de Euskotren is op enkele minuten loopafstand en met deze trein ben je in een half uur in San Sebastian. Geweldig hotel voor een bezoek aan deze stad.

This is a lovely central hotel in Irun. It is in easy walking distance of several restaurants and bars. There is a very useful (subterranean) supermarket almost opposite the hotel. The hotel itself is a charming mixture of touches of old fashioned elegance, together with excellently refurbished rooms. Access to the hotel is relatively easy from the motorway. Free parking is available, which is a major bonus in a town centre.

Acceptable hotel, quite old fashioned but a great location close to town and a shopping centre with supermarket. They let us leave our bags on check out day and also had a Pilgrim stamp. Small bar but we never used it, staff all very friendly.

Chambres qui commencent à se détériorer sans aucune amélioration cela fait 10ans que je descends dans cet hôtel les chambres et salle de bain sont vraiment bonne a être rénovés le mobilier commence à être de plus en plus abîmée c est dommage pour un hôtel 3 etoiles

Chambre non conforme aux images. Beaucoup de bruit, mal isolé, donc peu d’intimité. En pleine saison j’ai payé 160 € pour une nuit. Aucune isolation acoustique donc ne vous attendez pas à un sommeil paisible. Je ne comprend pas qu’un hôtel comme celui ci puisse avoir 3 étoiles. Je n’aime pas donner d’avis mais à ce prix là c’est clairement du v*ol

Pour une première ça s'est pas mal passé un petit problème avec notre chienne qui a aboyé, la chambre d'à côté est en t'occuper par des personnes d'un certain âge n'ont pas trouvé mieux que d'aller se plaindre à la réception plutôt que nous voir directement sinon rien à dire le personnel d'accueil et de service sont vraiment très agréables pour moi c'est une note positive pour cet établissement.

Nous avons été reçus par un personnel s'exprimant parfaitement en français et qui a su trouver des solutions à notre problème (nous avions cru avoir une réservation pour 3 personnes mais nous avions une chambre couple + enfant). Aucun frais en plus, mais des solutions trouvées en quelques minutes. De plus, l'hôtel est plein de charme, la décoration de chaque chambre semble être différente, cela change vraiment des chaînes d'hôtels impersonnelles. J'y retournerai sans hésitation et avec plaisir.

Accueil lamentable aucune considération du client pendant les 4 jours ou j’ai résidé je n’ai eu aucun signe de respect j’ai croisé les personnels sans avoir ni un bonjour ni un pardon j’étais transparent. J’ai noté un manque de professionnalisme de l’Ensemble du personnel femme de service inclus Si vous cherchez un endroit chaleureux où on prendra soins de vous partez vite vous n’etes pas au bon endroit. Par ailleurs cet hôtel est en gros travaux de maçonnerie extérieur plus gros chantier de débroussaillage du parc ce qui génère des désordres esthétique et des nuisances de bruit intolérables des le matin et cela n’était pas signalé à l’arrivée. Le prix aurait du en tenir en tenir compte Établissement à éviter 😫

L hotel est bien situe l accueil au top nous avons bien dormi nous avons pris le petit dejeuner il est copieux il y en a pour tous les gouts Une terrasse un parking gratuit tout etait parfait Je vous le conseille

Acceptable hotel, quite old fashioned but a great location close to town and a shopping centre with supermarket. They let us leave our bags on check out day and also had a Pilgrim stamp. Small bar but we never used it, staff all very friendly.
