The hotel is very nice - it's the third time we've used it and would use it again. The only gripe is that the bar staff/servers seem to be overworked and maybe are too few in number. It just takes a while to get served. Also, they wouldn't let us have an evening meal on the terrace. None of the servers had any idea why, however. It just seems strange.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel and we are not planning to return nor to recommend this place at all. To start, the lobby has a piano which my daughter started playing after getting permission in the front desk while we were checking in. After a few minutes, she was then asked to stop playing while performing because one of the receptionist was unable to hear other guests checking in. The Manager should consider moving the piano to a different spot if that bothers staff or simply put a note saying it is just an ornament. Staff should be trained so they know that a pianist should never be interrupted while performing. The parking lot is insufficient to accommodate all guest cars so we had to park our rented SUV in a corner while returning to the hotel at night. We had to wake up early to move the car to a different spot to facilitate transit and prevent an accident. Last, our room was infested with bed bugs which caused itchiness and discomfort for a couple of days. This could be a serious problem for certain people with immunosuppression so hopefully they fix this issue rather soonest. So, my advice, check other lodging options if you are planning to visit San Sebastian and surrounding areas.

Really nice hotel. Just off motorway which made it very easy for us to stop overnight while we travelled from UK to southern Spain. Dogs were not a problem. Rooms were clean with a TV and a mini fridge. Breakfast for extra was a lovely buffet. Will be booking again for sure

Directly on a highway, the rooms facing the highway are very noisy. In the weekend people congregate in the front of the property until the very late hours of the evening, making it very noisy as well. The ac is insufficient in summer months, making the room hot.
