The dishes were dirty when we arrived the first day. We had to wash all the silverware, cups, plates, and pans before we could use any of them. The floor in the condo was very sandy, it seemed to not be swept or vacuumed. We were on the third floor and unfortunately the third floor button in the elevator was broken. Parking was extremely tight. We struggled some nights to get our vehicle in its assigned spot. The beach was beautiful. Pool and hot tub were clean. The water in the condo was nice and hot. All furniture, tvs, and appliances worked fine.

This was to be an r and r stay as to losing a family member. No communication was made that the pool fence was being fixed. Hearing the repair guys in an. Also elevator maintenance told and needing elevator for baby gear :/ made hard to bring down stairs

The property was clean and well taken care of. The staff assisted in reassigning a parking spot when my large rental vehichle would not fit into our spot. The beach was great, and we made frequent use of the pool and hot tub.

But look in all the closets cause we missed knowing they were there in second bedroom closet! Beach view great! Condo had a musty smell. Remedied easily with a plug in air freshener. Pool and spa was very clean and temperatures great. Lots of food options or you can cook in. We did both. Highly recommend this place. We'll be back.

Great location Walking distance to restaurants, bars and stores. Nice access to the Boardwalk. Great Staff. Easy checkin. Great view of the beach and Gulf. The condo was dated but clean. The pool was small but heated.

Some areas around the property are still damaged from the hurricane. Only one elevator. Room was great amd clean ( room 602). Good condo and I would stay again.

It was not good I had to leave early because it was making me sick trying to stay in the room I have a case with hotels.com asking for money to be returned because of the conditions of things I took pictures of everything except the washing machine because you can't take a picture of the smell it stunk so bad of mildew and mold ants got in the room and they sprayed something to kill them and I had to be exposed to that also dirty dishes in the dishwasher food on the outside of the refrigerator the faucets look like they never been scrubbed the tub drain was disgusting

Wonderful place. Staff was amazing, condo was very clean and well kept! Fully furnished with anything you needed, towels, dishes, etc. They even had beach chairs and a umbrella for the beach. Amazing stay!

Great staff, amazing beach. The condo had a really well stocked kitchen and provided beach towels which made it so easy and convenient. Our floor wasnt super clean, there was a dust or grime so that wasn’t good, but everything else was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

A very nice stay. Very central to restaurants and a quick 20 min drive to downtown St. Pete. The beach is expansive and beautiful and our condo was mostly clean and quiet. Only downside was the sporadic front desk hours and definitely could tell they had not washed the tile floors before our arrival. Overall, would stay again.

It was very easy to access. We loved how close everything was. The staff was excellent. The condo was very clean as well as the outside parking area and swimming area.

Loved our stay here. The pool was great. It has easy access to the beach with an amazing view. There are several restaurants nearby, plus shopping. The balcony was great to hang out on. We had plenty of amenities in the unit that helped make our stay enjoyable. My only complaint would be that the beds in the unit we stayed in were not super comfortable. We would definitely come back.

The view is fabulous and the condo is in a great beach location. Friendly staff and we enjoyed being in a smaller complex. In an area recently hit and recovering from hurricanes, there is still a small amount of damage but it doesn’t interfere with the stay. The unit has 2 patio doors leading to the small covered porch. We stayed in a 4th floor unit. Although you pay premium price, it is for the view (amenities within the condo are not reflective of premium prices). The management company uses a linen service, and beach/kitchen towels are in need of replacing. Bath towels are adequate but stiff and scratchy. Owners each do their decorating/updates and this unit desperately needs outdoor chairs (black mold, perhaps?) and a new stove (only half the burners will lay flat) but it does work (just not what I would find acceptable). Do not expect a premium unit other than the view, but it did suffice for our needs while visiting family in the area. No playground or amenities for small children but beach chair rental is available. The people there couldn’t have been nicer, and while it was ok there, for the high price paid I find it just a little disappointing. We enjoyed supporting local restaurants and listening to local musicians; so happy to see the area beginning to thrive after the hurricanes.

Very easy booking, checking in or out process. Great location as well! Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance. Good weather to boot! It was everything I expected! Only issue was with the dryer and it was addressed in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this place and would consider going back! Thanks for a great time!

The only drawback is the beach is quite a walk across the sand. Kids didn’t love it. Balcony was well used for meals and relaxation. Two bathrooms very handy. Full kitchen well equipped.

Close to beach the condo was nice and they had a lot of iteams available for use. I really appreciated the beach chairs and other beach items to use. Elevator was working as other ads said it was not. The place was very clean and everything in walking distance. Check in and out was very easy. Condo was good size. My two biggest issues were I wish they had smart TVs or streaming devices as now days we all use them the cable is very limited and no ability to stream even using your own sign in as the TVs are very outdated. We had a few stormy days and had tonstay inside having an option of something to watch would have been nice. Mattresses were pretty uncomfortable and hard. Definitely need new mattresses. Over all I really enjoyed my stay and would come again.

There’s no sound proof. You can hear everything happening next door. We lived next to two guys who drank until 2 am and they partied in the tiny room. The room is very very small. Do not expect much from this property.

Clothes dryer did not work. No clothes dryer worked after demanding access to another empty room. Other appliances did not work. Hot water but minimal pressure. It was a zero star experience for a 5 star price.

Clean room with balcony overlooking the gulf sunsets. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. We were going to be arriving late due to holiday traffic and the owners seat an email with check in instructions.

I truly love this place. However the transformer blew on Sunday night and there was no communication from the business and the tenants. Elevator out until Tuesday. Light's out in pool area . Our furnace was off. No Even checked in on us. Disappointed

It was a great place to stay! Very accommodating. I was in a room without a bathtub and I asked if they could put me and my family in one with a tub. Without hesitation, they switched us into a new room with a tub and a better view at no charge.

It was a great place to stay! Very accommodating. I was in a room without a bathtub and I asked if they could put me and my family in one with a tub. Without hesitation, they switched us into a new room with a tub and a better view at no charge.

The beach is a bit of a walk but so worth it it was nice that chairs and umbrella was in the room having access to beach wagons would be nice .

There was no fast food restaurants on the island you had to go to the mainland and the walk to the beach was very long it wasn't so bad going there but walking back was a lot of people said that

Superb location. Surf Beach is a very nice property. As nice as it is, it’s all about the location for me. Great staff, fabulous stay.

Room was well appointed; clean and great view. Staff were nice. Only drawback was a long walk to the beach. Probably close to 1/4 mile lugging stuff.

We had a lovely time and loved the convenience of the location. Ice cream and Dunkin’ doughnuts were right across the street. 0.3 miles to the Publix and all kinds of restaurants nearby. The beach is gorgeous but it is a 5 minute walk as the buildings sit behind the dunes but very nice. There is a great morning walking path. The team is very helpful with any needs you have. Everything was easy and comfortable and we had two teenagers with us who also enjoyed it. The pool area is nice and everything is well kept. Would definitely go back!

Super clean. Kitchen had most everything we needed. I did not see a casserole dish, so I bought a disposable one. Plenty of beach umbrellas to use were available, and they even had beach towels if we needed them. We loved the walkway behind the condo that connected us to multiple restaurants and live music venues.

The room and grounds were wonderful—very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, so if you are traveling with several children and carrying a lot of beach items, it could be somewhat of a trek. That said, we really enjoyed being within walking distance of shopping and dining. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

The location was perfect! The apartment was clean, but I would be lying if I didn't find hair in the bathroom that wasn't mine when I arrived. Could be cleaner, but the apartment was great and so close to the beach.

Location is great! You can easily walk to restaurants and shopping. The unit was well cared for and clean. My only complaint is that the beds are HARD!! Like really hard! Sheets are scratchy too. We enjoyed our stay!
