Loved the decor of the property; also the reduced resort capacity lead to stress-free access to the buffet, the a la carte restaurants, pool / beach chairs, etc. While the daytime and nighttime activities could be upgraded, the current level does lead to a more "chill" environment. Surprised that there were no hot tubs on the premises.The beach area, though quite small, was better than most beaches in Montego Bay! The only other issue I encountered was the current output from the electrical outlets didn't operate my shaver, which requires the std American voltage(110/120v). Overall, I was impressed with this resort and will definitely will return in the future!

The Ac was leaking in the bedroom and general cafe area. The water refill station on my floor stopped working. Liquor/drink mixes seemed limited. Long wait time for check-in. Not enough treadmills in gym area and the size of the gym was quite small and 2 treadmills were jot working out of a total of 3 treadmills

What I Loved: I absolutely loved the spa—it was incredibly relaxing and the perfect escape. The overall vibe of the resort was small, intimate, and peaceful, making it feel more like a boutique getaway than a typical all-inclusive. What Makes It Unique: One of the standout features of S Hotel is its prime location. It’s within walking distance of all the nightlife and local entertainment—spots like Club 2727 and Margaritaville are just a stroll away. You don’t need a taxi to enjoy Montego Bay’s party scene. What I Didn’t Like: The beach isn’t private, which took away from the experience a bit. It was pretty packed and crowded most of the time, which made it harder to relax by the water.

This is a very nice hotel. But they are not a 4-star hotel. They are a very nice 3-star hotel. The reason why they are not 4 stars is because they lack the following: • 24-hour room service – food is not available 24/7 • Food & drink service at the beach • More options at the buffet • Better movie channels/Netflix/Hulu • No ice machines. No ice bucket in the rooms. • No place to put your clothes in the room (no dressers). No place to hang your towels (not enough hooks). My only complaint was we weren’t able to use the pool because it stayed dirty our entire trip. The water was cloudy/murky and there were large clumps of hair floating around. But the beach is beautiful and has nice snorkeling. Also, it could use some updating. You can tell the building is old. Other than that, it’s a really nice hotel. Clean. Service is excellent!! The food is good! They have top shelf liquor and the drinks are good. Not watered down like at most hotels. It’s located about 20 minutes from the airport but far enough where you don’t hear the planes coming and going. Lots of taxis right outside the hotel. But most stuff is walking distance. There are restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and a marijuana dispensary right down the street where you can buy weed, smoke, eat, drink, dance, etc. This property has nice smoking areas where can smoke a joint or a blunt which was really nice! We enjoyed ourselves as well as our stay at this hotel. The service is definitely 4 stars!!

We had an INCREDIBLE stay! It was such a boutique experience that we almost forgot we were at an all inclusive. The gym was very well appointed. The "S Cafe" made amazing iced coffees and smoothies to order and had lots of delicious baked treats if that is your thing! The Italian and seafood restaurants were amazing and the service was unreal! The grill where they served the jerk chicken was TO DIE FOR and I ate it every day! Glenora was the most thoughtful and attentive server who became our fave person at the entire hotel! We LOVED her! Andre was also amazing and very fun! Orel and Tasha definitely knew how to help the guests have a spectacular time! My only feedback was that our room was not set up for 3 guests so we had to keep asking for towels and toiletries and one day they did not make up the room but after we called they did eventually come at around 7 pm. Every other day we had no issues. I would definitely recommend!!!!!

This was an excellent experience. The staff was super friendly, the pool was clean and beautiful, the beach was amazing and the views from the rooms were remarkable. Andre at the front desk was very helpful and Ricardo was the best waiter!! Food was excellent. My only complaint was that drinks offered for beach service were limited. You can get anything you want at the bar by the pool, but not on the beach. Highly recommend Jamaica in general and SHotel. Wonderful place.

CHECK IN PROCESS: Room wasn’t ready on time. Staff said they would call my phone when it was ready. They did not call and Marion, the manager, made excuses as to why they weren’t ready instead of accepting that this was a rough check in Many others had this issue; be prepared for this! FOOD: Reservation restaurants were good–nice presentation and food was tasty and cooked well. The cafe had great lattes, ice cream, key lime pie, cookies Pool grill had great lunch food, especially the snapper sandwich on coco bread. Important to note: we made our reservations before we arrived, but the reservations were completed incorrectly. ROOMS: Ocean front room was huge and amazing! Mini King rooms were adequate–much smaller and darker with no view and the street noise could be a bit much. HOTEL STATUS: After we booked this as adults only, the hotel changed to family friendly There were obnoxious children running and yelling in restaurants, throwing cups of sand in the pool, and urinating in the pool–NOT PLEASANT! We weren’t notified of this change–NOT ACCEPTABLE! POOL: Cloudy with a film on it; didn’t seem clean TOWEL SERVICE: Could only get 1 towel with a towel card Strange stains on towels Towels were very thick and felt soggy all day long–never dried STAFF: Most staff were outstanding and super attentive Special shout outs to the main manager and concierge Front desk was NOT helpful BEACH: Not allowed to use floats at beach even though that wasn’t listed anywhere in the rules.

All I can say about this place is absolutely phenomenal! From the moment you check in till you leave, the staff are so friendly and so helpful, this has now become my go to spot while in Montego Bay. Beautiful, clean hotel. We ate at all the restaurants and each one was better than the other. Even the buffet restaurant was delish! Two pools, numerous bars, entertainment all day. I was very impressed with everything about this place and highly recommend it. And only 5 minutes from the airport!!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very accommodating. The food was good if you like carribean food. The entertainment was kinda lacking. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you want a relaxing vacation.

Overall very nice. Didn't really see the value of the Sky option vs. a cabana on the main floor. Food was very good overall. Got woken up several times at night due to motorcycles tearing down the street at 5am. Wished the music didn't go all the time till 10PM. Smallish beach but lovely bay.

The room only had one towel for two people. The bath mat was not changed for two days. We had no toilet paper. Called for toilet paper it took them 3 hours to bring it. I was told I would be refunded for one night which I never got. I won’t be going back there.

O único porém foi que, ao remover a cama do lugar para anexar a outra do quarto, descobrimos uma sujeira acumulada. Tirando isso, tudo perfeito. Quarto grande e confortável, comida de boa qualidade ( não excelente, mas essa é a regra em resorts all inclusive). Piscina linda e praia, quase privativa do hotel, muito boa. Localização excelente, perto de lojas, bares etc.
O único porém foi que, ao remover a cama do lugar para anexar a outra do quarto, descobrimos uma sujeira acumulada. Tirando isso, tudo perfeito. Quarto grande e confortável, comida de boa qualidade ( não excelente, mas essa é a regra em resorts all inclusive). Piscina linda e praia, quase privativa do hotel, muito boa. Localização excelente, perto de lojas, bares etc.

Vacationed in Jamaica in May and the S hotel is absolutely amazing! The decor was cultured throughout the hotel and felt like a museum within. The food was delicious, the staff was professional and courteous, and the room was clean and modern. The property has its own access to the beach and lounge chairs can be reserved for day. The pool is large and has plenty of cabanas and lounge chairs. Overall this hotel is amazing and I will definitely book with them again!

Most of the staff was very kind and welcoming. There were a couple of times where we have to flag down someone to order drinks or food. The room was very spacious and clean with a beautiful view but the resort it self was very dated from the outside. The restaurant options were wonderful during dinner- exceptional food.

Small Great hotel in a good area. Only downside, the beds were extremely hard!! Felt like i was sleep on the floor. There weren’t many options for dinner but good was great and walkable to other restaurants outside. Great hotel if you want to get away and still close to the action.

When we brought that up to their attention , Trishna very quickly tried to resolve the issue which made it so much better! (Replacing the AC’s filter) Some staff members were borderline rude. Especially the restaurant servers and some bartenders at the pool bar. We felt uncomfortable at times because they seemed so unhappy working there. This is a very nice hotel. But they are not a 4-star hotel. They are a very nice 3-star hotel. The reason why they are not 4 stars is because they lack the following: • 24-hour room service – food is not available 24/7 • Food & drink service at the beach • More options at the buffet • Better movie channels/Netflix/Hulu • No ice machines. No ice bucket in the rooms. • No place to put your clothes in the room (no dressers). No place to hang your towels (not enough hooks). My only complaint was we weren’t able to use the pool because it stayed dirty our entire trip. The water was cloudy/murky and there were large clumps of hair floating around. But the beach is beautiful and has nice snorkeling. Also, it could use some updating. You can tell the building is old. Other than that, it’s a really nice hotel. Clean. Service is excellent!! The food is good! They have top shelf liquor and the drinks are good. Not watered down like at most hotels. It’s located about 20 minutes from the airport but far enough where you don’t hear the planes coming and going. Lots of taxis right outside the hotel. But most stuff is walking distance. There are restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and a marijuana dispensary right down the street where you can buy weed, smoke, eat, drink, dance, etc. This property has nice smoking areas where can smoke a joint or a blunt which was really nice! We enjoyed ourselves as well as our stay at this hotel. The service is definitely 4 stars!!

Overall a good stay, but at times service was not smooth, room service took abt an hour, outdoor grill was a long 30-45 min wait for food so that was not ideal. Beach was great and room was kept clean. WiFi does not work on resort so you’ll need to pay for daily data plans. Everyone was very nice though and it was a pleasant stay.

CHECK IN PROCESS: Room wasn’t ready on time. Staff said they would call my phone when it was ready. They did not call and Marion, the manager, made excuses as to why they weren’t ready instead of accepting that this was a rough check in Many others had this issue; be prepared for this! FOOD: Reservation restaurants were good–nice presentation and food was tasty and cooked well. The cafe had great lattes, ice cream, key lime pie, cookies Pool grill had great lunch food, especially the snapper sandwich on coco bread. Important to note: we made our reservations before we arrived, but the reservations were completed incorrectly. ROOMS: Ocean front room was huge and amazing! Mini King rooms were adequate–much smaller and darker with no view and the street noise could be a bit much. HOTEL STATUS: After we booked this as adults only, the hotel changed to family friendly There were obnoxious children running and yelling in restaurants, throwing cups of sand in the pool, and urinating in the pool–NOT PLEASANT! We weren’t notified of this change–NOT ACCEPTABLE! We didnt like our room it was too close to the pool and noise. We had no privacy. We asked to move to a higher floor or upgrade, staff moved us up one floor in the same location which did not improve. we did enjoyed walking the beach and Jimmy Clift blvd

Overall very nice. Didn't really see the value of the Sky option vs. a cabana on the main floor. Food was very good overall. Got woken up several times at night due to motorcycles tearing down the street at 5am. Wished the music didn't go all the time till 10PM. Smallish beach but lovely bay.

I liked the property, however I was disappointed in the follow up from the staff. I spoke to four different people regarding a room upgrade due to the property no longer being an adult only resort. I was told by each person that I spoke to that they would speak to the manager and get back to me. I never received any type of communication back from the manager which was very disappointing. There was also a day when we returned to our room after room service cleaned our room and noticed that they had only given us one big towel mind you there were two people in the room.

This property surprisingly exceeded my expectations! I had such a great time. I felt very welcomed by all the staff! They were all nice and professional. The property is clean. You always see the staff cleaning. The food was good. I do wish that room service had more options but that encouraged me to get out. The beach was clean. My room had a bit of an odor when you walk in. Not sure what it was. I mentioned it to the cleaning lady. The smell calmed down a bit but was still present. Nothing unbearable however, it was noticeable. Check in was VERY long. I arrived at the hotel at about 3:00. We didn’t get checked in until about 5. It was long! I was exhausted after traveling all day. We had dinner reservations for 6:30. So we only had time to shower and change before heading right back out. If I had to suggest anything it would be to work on that. That irked me a little because I was very tired and expected to be checked in on time or at a reasonable time. To be checked in over 1.5 hours later was torture. There was a manager or staff member who walked by and saw how exhausted we looked. He told front desk to give us a complimentary massage at the spa. That was nice but had it not been for him we wouldn’t have been offered anything. I wish front desk would’ve done something to make it right. This was the only hiccup. After we checked in everything was amazing from here on out. I love this place and will definitely be back!! This place is a gem. I don’t want to share it lol

We had an INCREDIBLE stay! It was such a boutique experience that we almost forgot we were at an all inclusive. The gym was very well appointed. The "S Cafe" made amazing iced coffees and smoothies to order and had lots of delicious baked treats if that is your thing! The Italian and seafood restaurants were amazing and the service was unreal! The grill where they served the jerk chicken was TO DIE FOR and I ate it every day! Glenora was the most thoughtful and attentive server who became our fave person at the entire hotel! We LOVED her! Andre was also amazing and very fun! Orel and Tasha definitely knew how to help the guests have a spectacular time! My only feedback was that our room was not set up for 3 guests so we had to keep asking for towels and toiletries and one day they did not make up the room but after we called they did eventually come at around 7 pm. Every other day we had no issues. I would definitely recommend!!!!!

Our stay at the S Hotel was exceptional!!!! The property is stunning, with a relaxed atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, gorgeous beach and a wide variety of delicious foods!! The location is also perfect; less than 10 minutes from Sangster Int'l Airport. Shoutout to Asst General Manager, Marlon, who was always nearby to answer questions and share information. We will definitely be back!

All I can say about this place is absolutely phenomenal! From the moment you check in till you leave, the staff are so friendly and so helpful, this has now become my go to spot while in Montego Bay. Beautiful, clean hotel. We ate at all the restaurants and each one was better than the other. Even the buffet restaurant was delish! Two pools, numerous bars, entertainment all day. I was very impressed with everything about this place and highly recommend it. And only 5 minutes from the airport!!

The food is good! They have top shelf liquor and the drinks are good. Not watered down like at most hotels. It’s located about 20 minutes from the airport but far enough where you don’t hear the planes coming and going. Lots of taxis right outside the hotel. But most stuff is walking distance. There are restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and a marijuana dispensary right down the street where you can buy weed, smoke, eat, drink, dance, etc. This property has nice smoking areas where can smoke a joint or a blunt which was really nice! We enjoyed ourselves as well as our stay at this hotel. The service is definitely 4 stars!!

We stayed 7/31-8/7 in a balcony ocean view suite to celebrate my 40th birthday!!! We had an amazing time and the resort itself is beautiful, just 15 min drive from the airport and located right on the beach to walk to without worries. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our absolute favorites include: Oral Rashel Darel Delroy hands down the bestest!!!! 😊 Not one time did we feel unsafe as we walked down the strip to shop and even went to Lounge 2727. Highly recommend this resort and again we had an amazing time!! We will be back Jamaica!! One Love❤️

Really enjoyed my stay at the S Hotel… staff were courteous and helpful. The food was delicious, better than many restaurants in the area. The hotel is very clean and love the fact that everything is walking distance.

All I can say about this place is absolutely phenomenal! From the moment you check in till you leave, the staff are so friendly and so helpful, this has now become my go to spot while in Montego Bay. Beautiful, clean hotel. We ate at all the restaurants and each one was better than the other. Even the buffet restaurant was delish! Two pools, numerous bars, entertainment all day. I was very impressed with everything about this place and highly recommend it. And only 5 minutes from the airport!!

Great location, less than 10mn drive from the airport, party strip where Margaritaville, club 27/27 is located, the casino and much more. Food options are very good, the pool is warm and cozy, view and access to the beach are amazing. There are stores close to the parking lot where you can buy souvenirs and avoid the hassle of the streets. The staff is top notch. Always available and very friendly which made our stay much more fun.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the S hotel. There are many great food options, we tried all of the restaurants and enjoyed all of them. The grill at the pool is always a great option as well. we were able to try many Jamaican dishes enjoyed them all. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our room was neat and the room was always clean. the shower and tub were great. we stayed at either the pool or the beach area for many hours of our stay. There is live entertainment every night and several activities daily. We also took advantage of the spa treatments and the irie baths. I highly reccomend the S hotel and I will visit again in the future.

My husband and I enjoyed our 5 days at the S Hotel. The staff especially Zaria went above and beyond to make a great relaxing vacation. The food was the best I have ever had at an all inclusive. Even the buffet was top notch. The S Cafe has bottled water, smoothies, delicious deserts and of course coffee. Do try the Rum Balls, so good! Best meal for me was the ox tail at Rootsrock. We would definitely return.

This is a very nice hotel. But they are not a 4-star hotel. They are a very nice 3-star hotel. The reason why they are not 4 stars is because they lack the following: • 24-hour room service – food is not available 24/7 • Food & drink service at the beach • More options at the buffet • Better movie channels/Netflix/Hulu • No ice machines. No ice bucket in the rooms. • No place to put your clothes in the room (no dressers). No place to hang your towels (not enough hooks). My only complaint was we weren’t able to use the pool because it stayed dirty our entire trip. The water was cloudy/murky and there were large clumps of hair floating around. But the beach is beautiful and has nice snorkeling. Also, it could use some updating. You can tell the building is old. Other than that, it’s a really nice hotel. Clean. Service is excellent!! This property definitely could use some upgrades! Staff was helpful sometimes most of the time acted like they didn’t want to be bothered or were bothered by you asking questions. We paid for a top floor room on the property and was told at check in the 5th floor was apart of the top floor rooms. The hotel room was average, nothing fancy! We did enjoy the Bob Marley memorabilia, there are 3 private restaurants on the property and 1 buffet, at check in we were told they were completely booked and buffet was only available until 4 days later after our arrival, so we needless to say we ate several meals off property! Room service has 4 options! The pool was nice, lots of seating but there was only one open bar during the day at the main pool of the property, that you had to self serve because they never had enough staff. Food at the pool grill was great! Beach was beautiful but you had to self serve yourself with drinks there as well! They did have one wait staff for the whole beach property serving the beach area and the beach access was only available during certain hours. You couldn’t walk to the beach at your leisure or you will be locked out of the property, beach closed at 9pm. My suggestion instead locking the guest out, hire a security guard to assist guest who would like to stroll the beach after hours! Property was completely smoke free to include the beach access so if you wanted to smoke a cigar you had to sit with the locals, which was ok. Upgrades needed!

Food options were very limited. the buffet needs to be expanded. The seafood restaurant needs to offer more seafood options and better portion size, and work on there service. The Italian and Jamaican restaurant, they were both very good, great service, portions were good, but a very few options of Italian food and Jamaican foods. But I must reiterate, The Italian and Jamaican restaurants the food was great.

The property was well maintained, it was quiet and the staff was very accommodating. We were there for a total of 6 days. The Restaurant are very good. The only issue we had was that every day at the buffet the same thing was served chicken every day in every way as much as you pay for this resort you should be able to eat well every day. The restaurants are packed and by reservations only.. If you have to eat at the buffet it should be a little better variety. Other than that this Hotel is the Chef’s Kiss
