A great place to stay. The kitchenette is small but functional with good lighting. Having a clothes washer is so helpful. The location is easy walking distance from train station, trams and Meiji Restoration Museum. There is a fruit/vegetable store next door. This is a "no staff on site hotel", but check in was well explained and smooth. I would recommend this place, esp. if having a kitchen is important to you.

The emails prior to checkin had conflicting information and I panicked as I did not receive a QR code. Checkin was slow since many travelers were checking in at the same time. But the use of washer/dryer made up for the stress.

床很舒服，床墊不會陷下去，很好睡。房間的燈很明亮，床頭也有燈光，方便閱讀。可以洗衣服，晾衣服也很方便，很細心的提供衣架和夾子。我們五個人住，房間的空間算寬敞，洗澡泡澡的空間也很足夠，八樓的熱水供給都沒有問題。

It is a nice newly built high rise aprtment with two twin beds and it has all the things one needs including kichen, washer/dryer, vacuum clearner, cooking wares. The room is big enough and has a balcny. It has not front desk but signing in and out through an Ipad is very quick and easy. It is one min walking from the train station and bises are right there. There are lots of restaurants nearby and shopping malls. There is a car parking structure next door. It is on a side street with zero noise and each floor has two units. On top of that the rate is unbelivable, $36/night! Highly recommended.

Location-wise it is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The size of the room is probably at least double of any business hotels around the Kagoshimachuo Station area. Very nice to have a cloth dryer in the bathroom so you can enjoy warm and fully dried towels. The fridge is also a good size one (not the typical hotel cube) so you can stock it up more when staying there for a longer period.

大人4人3歳児1人\u30005人で宿泊したが\u3000思ったより広かったのでゆっくりできた。ただ冷蔵庫の上、レンジの上に埃が溜まっていたのだけが残念だった。もし次も鹿児島に来る時は\u3000利用したいと思う。

部屋はキレイです。洗濯機、掃除機があり便利でしたが、洗濯ネットや掃除機のパックに前の宿泊者のゴミがパンパンでした。入れ替わりのときの清掃、掃除機パックの予備があれば、部屋は広くて、備え付け家具備品は充実していてよかったです。チェックイン、チェックアウトがタブレットでスムーズにできました。お世話になりました。

ターミナル駅に近く立地はとても良い。到着した時点で部屋のテーブルがベタベタだったのはショックだった。浴室乾燥機など設備は便利。洗濯機のフィルターにゴミが詰まっていたので不快だった。ファブリーズなど衣類用の消臭剤をおいてもらえるといいなと思った。カスタマーセンターさんの電話対応が残念だった。もう少しサービス業だという意識をもって欲しかった。

There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it’s about a 5-minute access to Kagoshima Chuo Station, which I found to be very good. I would like to use it again.

初めて利用させていただきました。チェックインチェックアウトは特に問題なくできました。室内は全体的に清潔にしてあり特に問題はありませんでしたが、テーブルがネジが緩くグラグラなり自分たちで締め直しました。大きな騒音はなかったですが、上の階の椅子の音などは聞こえるので、気になる方は気になるかもです。鹿児島駅がすぐ近くにあるので便利ですが、夜ご飯を食べるところが少なく結局スーパーで買って食べました。大人だけの旅行だったら居酒屋もあるのでいいかもです!

Everything was amazing. The room was a complete flat with lots of room. It had everything we needed and more. So quiet! Unlike other hotels where you can hear your neighbors our flat was silent.

半日前にメールがきて登録をしたのですがフロントに入るためのメール（暗証番号）が送られて来なかったです。結局、緊急連絡先に電話をして暗証番号をもらいました。イオンや高速バスの乗り場も近く、とても便利です。お風呂場の乾燥機が強力で良かったです。

Our Check In experience is pretty terrible as we could not access into the Lobby which given information was confused. Unfortunate, the given number couldn’t be reached and staff unable to communicate in English well. The rest was pretty good

It is very near to the train station, the place is quite spacious and clean. Although the place is not close to the main shopping district, you can reach there with the tram in like 2-3 stop so not really far also. There is a large shopping mall and Aeon near it and a lot of food option. Our family enjoyed the stay very much.

It is very near to the train station, the place is quite spacious and clean. Although the place is not close to the main shopping district, you can reach there with the tram in like 2-3 stop so not really far also. Location-wise it is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The size of the room is probably at least double of any business hotels around the Kagoshimachuo Station area. Very nice to have a cloth dryer in the bathroom so you can enjoy warm and fully dried towels. The fridge is also a good size one (not the typical hotel cube) so you can stock it up more when staying there for a longer period.

Very good location, 1min walk to airport bus stop to KOJ and 5mins walk to central train station. We have high floor room which can see Mt Sakurajima.

가고시마중앙역 접근이 쉽고 객실이 매우 청결하고 조용하며 취사하기와 빨래는 물론 건조까지 완벽한 숙소이였습니다. 우리는 이렇게 생각합니다. 다음에 오게되면 또이용할것이며 지인들 소개도 하려합니다. 감사합니다.

We love the cleanliness and ozonated odor of the bedding, mattress and pillows are comfortable. Its location is superb as the airport shuttle to Kagoshima airport is right next door, 5-10 minutes walk to Kagoshima chuo station and shopping malls. However we noticed mold on the toilet wall that was covered up. If you are allergic to mold this may be an issue. The noise is the biggest problem here if you are not on a top floor, you can hear furniture dragging, door closing and banging. It serves tourists and those can be very rowdy until past midnight. Checkin process was confusing with the ID verification, duplicate registration was asked again at the checkin tablet despite we did pre-register online. There was no staff onsite, need to call them via tablet but their English proficiency can be a bit of trouble. After a long travel day if you have deal with checking in process that confuses you, you may be frustrated.
