The unit is very clean, the bed is comfortable and it is very close to the Blue Mountain Village. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. I would stay here again if I am every in the area.

Just got back after spending a week here. There were two of us and it was enough room. We had a small issue and the host was so responsive and dealt with it immediately. Everything was clean and as pictured. The exterior property is a bit dated and run down though. We would definitely return.

Has been recently renovated and everything looks modern and nice enough.However, there were LOTS of small issues:- no ice cube trays (literally no way to make ice), no sink drain to wash dishes, only 2 bowls for 4 people, no bedside lamps so no ability to read in bed, etc.- sheets missing for sofabed so our kids needed to spend the first night sleeping on bath towels- the "washer and dryer" advertised are actually shared coin-operated units 3 buildings over- the "BBQ" advertised is actually a shared metal box outside that requires buying briquettes and lighter fluid (not even a lighter or cleaning brush provided)- quality issues like noisy A/C, cracked floors, wobbly kitchen chairs and other small things.If you're just 2 people and can look past those issues, the unit was nice enough and good location.

We stayed in the summer: it was a clean place, owner professional and provided information. Very helpful and read messages right Away. Bbq was across the unit, parking across the unit. Safe environment. We uber to restaurants and village. We had amazing weekend. I recommend this place.

Every thing was good except the sheets and towels looked like wasn’t clean enough we found a lot of long hair on them and we decided to not using them, the sofa bed mattress was dirty and few pieces of bread and food on it, and it wasn’t the proper blanket for the sofa bed available also , the extra pillows was on the floor in closets also dirty that I had to use the alcohol first before using case , other than those everything was great

Was generally pretty happy with our stay and would return. The place is small for 4, when the hide a bed is item there's not much room to move around. A couple of disappointments were that the north ski area is only open until 4:30, so if you're plans include night skiing be prepared to use the shuttle. Also we forgot to pack shampoo and conditioner and there was none in the suite. The kids found the hide a bed uncomfortable and the cover that was on the mattress was dirty when we first opened it.

Overall good , thank you for sharing your property with us! Just a few things to look into: missing pillow cases for pull out couch, sheets & towels didn’t smell fresh, heating unit in bedroom looks like it needs cleaning. These are details only. We would rent again & recommend to others.

Perfect for 2 people I love how clean the place is, especially love the dehumidifier in the room, it kept the place nice and comfortable. The place is also very close to the village. Neil was very fast at replying our messages as well! Would recommend this 😊

The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable we had a 2 year old and ware not able to sleep for 2 night stay ( we checked in late so we requested a late check out but was declined no happy with the stay !

The people upstairs were very loud all night long. We specifically chose to not stay in the village because we wanted quiet. But the condo itself was lovely and despite the noise enjoyed our stay

Condo has everything you need for a weekend away. Neil is an excellent host. He gave a ton of great information about the area and activities and restaurants prior to our arrival and was super helpful when we were having problems with the cable tv. Walking distance to the Blue Mountain Village or there is a shuttle you can take. The only thing I would say is that we found the floors to be quite cold so bring some slippers! Great place for a weekend getaway!

This is my first time booking with Vrbo. It was extremely user friendly and easy to follow. What I give 5 stars to is our Host Neil. He was a wealth of information. He also answered all my questions so quickly which I appreciated. He has thought of everything, from where to put garbage to where to eat dinner. I will most definitely be booking through Vrbo again and would love to take my other daughter and partner to Blue Mountain in the near future.

Place was very nice. Didn’t realize that the lifts near the condo closed before all the other lifts. We had to walk a mile back on the road with our skis. Resort shuttle was booked until 8:30 pm - so - needed to drive to the village for dinner.

Perfect for 2 people I love how clean the place is, especially love the dehumidifier in the room, it kept the place nice and comfortable. The place is also very close to the village. Neil was very fast at replying our messages as well! Would recommend this 😊

Place was very nice. Didn’t realize that the lifts near the condo closed before all the other lifts. We had to walk a mile back on the road with our skis. Resort shuttle was booked until 8:30 pm - so - needed to drive to the village for dinner.

Has been recently renovated and everything looks modern and nice enough.However, there were LOTS of small issues:- no ice cube trays (literally no way to make ice), no sink drain to wash dishes, only 2 bowls for 4 people, no bedside lamps so no ability to read in bed, etc.- sheets missing for sofabed so our kids needed to spend the first night sleeping on bath towels- the "washer and dryer" advertised are actually shared coin-operated units 3 buildings over- the "BBQ" advertised is actually a shared metal box outside that requires buying briquettes and lighter fluid (not even a lighter or cleaning brush provided)- quality issues like noisy A/C, cracked floors, wobbly kitchen chairs and other small things.If you're just 2 people and can look past those issues, the unit was nice enough and good location.

This was my first time using VRBO. This was a cozy little place with everything you need. Walking distance to Blue Mountain Village. Host is very responsive & friendly. Will definitely visit again!

It was November, so we weren’t exactly there for the skiing. We just needed a place away. This was clean, comfy, affordable, and had fun local amenities. The Indian food restaurant on the property was lots of fun to frequent. Everything was as expected if you read the emails you receive before arriving.

We stayed in the summer: it was a clean place, owner professional and provided information. Very helpful and read messages right Away. Bbq was across the unit, parking across the unit. Safe environment. We uber to restaurants and village. We had amazing weekend. I recommend this place.

Well appointed kitchen, and plenty of supplies listed. Bed was a bit aged, but slept comfortably. Quiet, as it is off season for skiing, makes for a great hideaway in summer.Pool was a pleasent surprise, with a spa/hot tub newly installed.Perfect jumb off to east and west destinations along the Gergian Bay south shore. Wasaga to Sauble. Niel was great! prompt confirm, instructions and room code provided, you just drive up close to ground( low level) door and walk in..nice
