Chambre tres tres petite serviette de mauvaise qualité ont beaucoup vecu ampoule de chevet qui ne fonctionne pas jai demande 3 fois a ce qu'on vienne change l'ampoule on me repond oui oui mais rien nest fait. Obliger de se lever dans le noir dans une minscule chambre du coup surcharger pour se rendre au toilette sans rien se prendre dans le noir.

Lovely hosts who were more than happy to interact whenever they seen you. Pleasant area, within walking distance to both Sultanhamet and Galata Bridge area. Tram stop approx 6 minute walk away, near the Burnt Column, or down by the Blue Mosque/Hagia Sophia area. Room was clean and had all that we needed - bed, wardrobe, desk, fridge and bathroom. Towels changed daily and room always left nicely. If we ever return to Istanbul we most definately WILL return to this hotel.

Staff are very friendly and helpful; they help you in everything you need. Hotel location is very good because very close to the main points in the city. Wifi conexión is very good I had a comfortable stay in this hotel.
