Un hotel muy particular, varias escaleras por subir y bajar para llegar a la habitación pero sin problema. El estacionamiento me pareció complicado, fue lo único que no nos gustó.

The decoration was so beautiful. It also is in a great location with friendly staff! Also very clean. The only slight downside is that there is no air conditioning which I am sure in prior years was not necessary since Cholula is a cooler city but this year is breakinf records therefore now its a bit more needed.

This place was really nice. Breakfast was good. Parking is available but it’s across the street and there is a small charge. But there is street parking available if you don’t want to pay. I just payed for it to be safe. The owner I assume was super nice and friendly you can tell she really wants you to have a good experience. I will say that one of the employees wasn’t the friendliest. She wasn’t rude or anything, bot not necessary welcoming. She did her job got things done, but i feel like in a hospitality environment you have to at least fake it jajajja. Again she wasn’t rude, and the place was great, but she could just be a little more enthusiastic when working with guests.

Ubicacion muy centrica perfecta para caminar por todo Cholula. Tienen estacionamiento lo cual agrega un bonus. Nosotros nos hospedamos aqui para una boda y nos moviamos en Uber/Didi sin problema para todos lados o caminabamos por todo el centro.

Solicitamos el servicio de estacionamiento pero nos pareció totalmente insalubre e inseguro, olor a orines, ropa tirada como de indigentes, ahí viven personas pero no nos pareció seguro y el personal del hotel no nos indicaron nada, solo fueron a abrir la puerta y se fueron. Nos dio mucha desconfianza

Fue un viaje familiar de 2 noches y nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Las instalaciones son bonitas, limpias y cómodas. El desayuno muy rico y la atención del personal fue excelente. Lo recomiendo!

It has been a excellent stay. From staff friendliness to cleanless to agreable atmosphere everything was great. I did not rate comfort as excellent because it is an old building and the original architecture was respected. So a few "inconviniences" have to be accepted to enjoy this eco-friendly, traditional architecture preservation project.

ES UN HOTEL que cuida hasta el ultimo detalle , nos encanto su decoración y colorido. Sus habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. y suber ubicado su accesibilidad al centro. Y así como el desayuno delicioso. Y su personal igual.!! Excelente servicio. y muy recomendable si desena conocer Cholula.

We received such great and friendly service, I just wish we had planned to stay more days. The hosts/ owners were so accommodating, interesting and out-right amazing. The place is decorated and designed with an eye for comfot, style and tradition. I wish them success.

Estuvimos ahí hace un día! El lugar es muy cómodo, el desayuno que ofrecen es como en casa. Todo el personal es súper amable y muy talentosos. Hay mucho arte. Queda súper cerca del zócalo y hay mucho donde comer. Puedes facturar y todo! Gracias

Ubicacion muy centrica perfecta para caminar por todo Cholula. Tienen estacionamiento lo cual agrega un bonus. Nosotros nos hospedamos aqui para una boda y nos moviamos en Uber/Didi sin problema para todos lados o caminabamos por todo el centro.

Although this hotel was a bit further from the centralized location for the great pyramid of Cholula (which was the main point staying here) I felt that out of many of the hotels I stayed in this trip, this was the best bang for the buck. First, this is an incredibly cute (if not cuter than pics showed) and comfy hotel to stay at. The bathroom was super nice and with plenty of hot water. Okay, for the only albeit I would suggest against this hotel if when it gets below 45 degrees here, they don't have any heaters or way of heating up the room. They do provide you with plenty of comfy warm covers, so just keep this in mind. I assume the same goes for in the summer months, but even though global warming has sadly affected this area in terms of temps (not like it was when I was a kid here) the summer nights are always cooler by night thanks to nearby Popo and Itxla, the cool breeze that descends at night. The breakfast and coffee here is very satisfying. I just thought this place was an overall gem for the price.

Al tener "breakfast" en el nombre, es necesario que tengan mejores y más completos restaurantes en el hotel, pues dan la impresión que es una de sus fortalezas, cuando, en realidad, es un desayuno bueno, pero muy básico y un tanto decepcionante. Creo pueden crecer mucho si tuvieran más opciones de desayuno.

El hotel es bonito y limpio, con espacios justos, buena opción para una estancia corta y cerca del centro, pero las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha al huésped de al lado. La parte del desayuno no está incluida, aun cuando recibí correo que venía en cortesía (cuesta 100 pesos por persona, desayuno continental).

Fue un viaje familiar de 2 noches y nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Las instalaciones son bonitas, limpias y cómodas. El desayuno muy rico y la atención del personal fue excelente. Lo recomiendo!

Súper bien!! Hotel boutique muy bonito. La hospitalidad de maravilla. La atención de su gente de primera. Vas a un hotel chiquito de 14 habitaciones a una cuadra de la plaza principal. El cuarto amplio limpio y muy mexicano. El desayuno es continental pero la cocinera te ofrece el almuerzo del día y te lo cocina en ese instante. La decoración perfecta para el tipo de viaje. Súper recomendado.

We were very comfortable for a short stay but a little crowded for two for longer (two beds). The shower was great. It took a while for hot water and the shower head was my height 5’8” but not a problem. The people were nice, it was quiet, the location was super walkable and I used the kettle in the breakfast room for morning coffee. No kettle or fridge in the room. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, try Cafe Local nearby and there are bakeries everywhere.
