We had a nice family room with space for 4. Close to the seafront and all the shops/facilities. No parking on site but public car park at the end of the street is very close by.

We got there and from the front looked ok no of road parking at all we parked in car park down the road 9 pound a day we was on the top floor where the family room was on the way up to the room there was a smell which wasnt great, dogs barking ,then fire alarm went off in the 1st night , so overall room was ok clean tidy owner was friendly but the smell did put me off and staying on top floor so would i stay here for a week. No 1 night maybe

The family that run it are lovely and it was our first time staying in a dog friendly house hold and it was excatly what we wanted and need for a cheapish place to stay with everything we needed close to it even a park across the road to walk our old pooch we left them some flowers and some doggy treats to say thanks 😊

I have had a really nice stay there. The room was nice & clean. The bed was very confortable. The bathroom roomy & clean. What I like about the hotel is was a five minutes walk from everywhere, bus & train station, the beach. What I must add the breakfeast is fabulous.

We got there and from the front looked ok no of road parking at all we parked in car park down the road 9 pound a day we was on the top floor where the family room was on the way up to the room there was a smell which wasnt great, dogs barking ,then fire alarm went off in the 1st night , so overall room was ok clean tidy owner was friendly but the smell did put me off and staying on top floor so would i stay here for a week. No 1 night maybe

The hotel was very clean and tidy Staff was excellent with good customer service The staff was very polite and friendly and helpful and always up for a laugh My other half got on with the staff very well talking about football We even tipped them £10 at the end of our stay after 1week of being there

Excellent little B&B in a great location for the beach, shops & restaurants. The room was lovely and cool with great amenities. The bathroom was roomy and clean. Both hosts were friendly and chatty as well as making you feel welcome. Full of local knowledge too so if you’re ever stuck, ask them! Highly recommended and would stay again.

Just a flying visit to Paignton, and I only needed a room for one night, but I'd stay here again if I'm in the area. Warm and friendly welcome, comfortable room with a bigger than usual en-suite. Bed was comfy, and slept really well. Bespoke breakfast options, ordered the night before. Just a sausage sandwich for me, but full English available, and it looked very good. Nice feeling to the place, family run and friendly. Thanks 😊

Bed was comfy, and slept really well. Bespoke breakfast options, ordered the night before. Just a sausage sandwich for me, but full English available, and it looked very good. The moment I walked into my room it made a fabulous imoact, immaculately clean , stylish, fresh, coffee and tea making fascilities readily avaiable plus a nice useful small fridge... and then Ben the really kind and friendly young Man for whom Nothing was too much trouble and he looked after everything so well and made me feel so welcome and at home... Nice cosy bed, warm and comfortable no noise outside... The location is peaceful never heard cars or raised voices at night.... The location is close to the beach, 10 minute walk away, it has a nice pier with an amusement arcade food etc I am already planning another trip in the Spring, I rate this hotel a 10/10

Great guest house. Clean and comfy, room had everything I needed. Host was lovely and it was great value for money. No on site parking but long stay carpark at end of road.

Public areas unkempt/non-existent; a b&b with no breakfast! No staff evident except a very brief introduction; no parking Bedroom and bathroom clean with basic facilities, but very basic!

Mo and Ben so very welcoming. My room was very clean and comfortable and (as on my previous stay) fresh milk was kindly provided in the fridge along with plenty of tea, coffee and sugar (a real bonus). It truly does feel a home away from home.
