Clean room, friendly staff, cheaper parking, and a great shuttle service! Our fridge was broken which was disappointing but we were only there till 4 am so I did not bother asking to have it fixed. Overall we had a great stay!

We had a quick weekend stay in Buffalo for a bowling tournament. The hotel itself is convienet for airport travelers as it sets directly across the street. The staff was friendly and we didn’t encounter any problems during our stay. There is free breakfast which a good variety of choices. The pool water was not as warm as I expected considering the weather outside was near the 20s but the pool room in itself was very warm. I would say the beds are pretty comfortable but the pillows not so much. Also the toliet/shower area is smaller than I would have liked, it’s just big enough for the shower and toliet, with not a lot is space to move around. Overall the hotel area was quiet even with the airport right across the street.

Our room looked like it was never cleaned. There was mold in the bathroom, counters were dirty (I cleaned with my own Lysol wipes), the coffee essentials were open and used etc. I would not recommend staying here. Disgusting

There was body hair in the bathroom and in the tiled entrance of the room. The bathroom was in bad condition. Towels had brown stains on them. The manual heater was very dirty and off the base; the area where the controls are was filthy. The one positive is that they had a 24 hour airport shuttle.

Staff and service from them were great. However the bathrooms in the rooms were not very clean. As well the elevators were a little gross. It would be great to see this place take a step on the right direction to have their cleanness match their front desk staff who were wonderful the whole weekend.

Didn't have hot water our entire stay. Apparently our room was the only w/ this problem. Saturday morning I was told its just the amount of people staying there. Sunday when we checked out, I reported it happened again and crying kids all night. I was given a $30 credit. The hotel is good for convenience and the breakfast but that's about it. The elevators always had garbage on their floor. And the pool was so over crowded constantly we gave up on trying. Maybe just an unlucky weekend but they definitely could've done more. Even offering to move us to a different room would've shown an effort.

The shower water flow was poor. When I showered, every time someone on the floor flushed their toilet or turned on their shower the temperature changed and the flow decreased. The A/C unit is due for replacement.

The toilet in the type of room we requested was overflowing so we received a 20% discount for that night and was put in another room which we stayed in for the remainder of our stay. The people at your front desk need a class on customer service. Answering questions with your head down and no smile doesn’t work for me. What was really aggravating, the next day a bunch of athletes showed up, practically taking over the entire hotel. When that many people show up, the hotel should have a private buffet breakfast for them. We went to get something to eat and it was impossible. These people were occupying every table, chair and couch in the lobby that was available. By the time they left, breakfast was over. Your staff needs to think or perhaps you should hire people that are more equipt. When I related this to your reception desk, I got a stare and no answer. We will not be staying at your hotel again.

However, this time was different—we booked this airport hotel last minute due to an unexpected flight cancellation. The price was low, so we didn’t expect much. But to our surprise, the hotel shuttle promptly picked us up, and the front desk staff checked us in efficiently and warmly. They even happily helped us reserve the shuttle to the nearby train station for the next morning. And breakfast was included in the room rate! If you need to be close to the airport, this hotel is a good option. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s a good deal for the price and location. The 24 hour shuttle is great. They picked me up after 2am when my flight was delayed.

We had a quick weekend stay in Buffalo for a bowling tournament. The hotel itself is convienet for airport travelers as it sets directly across the street. The staff was friendly and we didn’t encounter any problems during our stay. There is free breakfast which a good variety of choices. The pool water was not as warm as I expected considering the weather outside was near the 20s but the pool room in itself was very warm. I would say the beds are pretty comfortable but the pillows not so much. Also the toliet/shower area is smaller than I would have liked, it’s just big enough for the shower and toliet, with not a lot is space to move around. Overall the hotel area was quiet even with the airport right across the street.

We stayed 1-night due to a flight cancelation and the global I-T outage. Appears to be an older property but recently upgraded. The airport is across the highway and a shuttle is always available. There is no restaurant on-site, although one appears to be under construction. There's a Tim Horton's next-door, and a McDonalds within walking distance. The included breakfast was good but there was no oatmeal offered. Our room on the 5th floor was clean, average size (bathroom way too small - typical in this style of hotel) but the bed was comfortable. Vending machine prices were high but less expensive than the airport. The shuttle drivers were great and front-desk staff friendly. My only gripe was when booking a room through Expedia, the price of the room suddenly jumped from $170 a night (to $215) but that was still below what most other nearby places were charging. There were less expensive hotels but they were further away, didn't have a shuttle, or didn't include breakfast.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Overall, it was a good experience. The check in/out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a safe area of town, just off a major highway, across the street from the airport. Staff were professional but not very friendly or helpful. The room was exactly as pictured, except it did show signs of wear and tear. It was not as glossy as the pictures. The tub in room 408 was dirty with a black ring that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and someone else’s filth was left there. This was the case even when I asked for it to be cleaned. It was cleaned again but looked the same. The room was clean, neat and all appliances were in working order. Housekeeping was upon request but no one cleaned when requested, just replaced the towels. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I loved the amenities and the free parking. There was also complementary breakfast with good hot and cold options. Breakfast was delicious, the best of any place that I have stayed. I would definitely stay here again. I think I it is a great choice at an affordable price.

Also, the scrambled eggs were much too salty, and the orange juice was watery on Saturday, July 6, 2024. On the plus side, there was a variety of simple breads and bagels, with butter, jelly, cream cheese, etc., and there were delicious fresh oranges every morning.

This was a great stay. We were there two nights for a Buffalo Bills game and can’t say we had any complaints. The free breakfast was plentiful, the room was a good size, and the staff were very friendly. There was some loud kids there for a hockey tournament, but they weren’t loud in an unreasonable way for children (or at an unreasonable time) and had very polite parents. Nice to know things haven’t changed as I was that hockey kid once. Anyways, I would definitely stay again. Especially for the price.

This hotel needs a complete over haul. The staff running the front desk should all take a class on customer service. Not one smiled . One smelled terrible . You can tell they all hate their jobs. For three straight days our room key did not work upon returning from the day. How annoying it was to go up to your room only to take the elevator down to the lobby to get another key. The bathroom had cracks in the sealing. There was mold at the corner of the bath tub. When showering, the shampoo and conditioner fell off the wall barely missing my foot. The towels were all very old. You could tell by how thin and stiff they were from being washed over and over again. We stayed here two years ago and in two years this place has gone down, down, down. I’m not even going to discuss breakfast. In summarizing, this hotel needs a complete renovation.

You could tell the room hadn’t actually been cleaned in a while. There were crumbs on the ground, the bathroom was a bit gross, and the microwave didn’t work. I asked for someone to come check out why my tv wasn’t able to show the local channels, and they never came. If you need a place to stay overnight and don’t need to take a clean shower, this is your place. Definitely not worth over $200 a night
