The staff were excellent, friendly and always available. Food was great, especially breakfast and at the pool bar. Pool needed a little repair, but great overall.

All in all a great experience in La Fortuna. Superb location, easy to downtown, all food offerings were well done. Would definitely recommend.

Poor quality property, staff are truly unhelpful including the managers. The room we took was a king volcano mountain view room, the room had no in room slippers not even one. We had to make a request. The room did not have a single towel in the bathroom. We made a request and it took multiple calls and 45mins before the towels were delivered. The place really needs some attention to detail as I wasn’t convinced it was ready for the guest to occupy the room and no one wanted to take responsibility or apologise for their poor service

This place is special even though there are no shortage of uptown hotels in Fortuna. This was the perfect way to experience the thermal waters. Service was excellent and our room was dead quiet despite being close to the main road. Totally worth it.
