No handicap rooms or elevator. One fire door on First had defective closer that slammed back on You and bruised my arm. Room rates were only Expedia quoted rate for 2 nights of 23 the other Nights were higher.

The hotel offers a complimentary free breakfast which we couldn’t attend because breakfast was served on the second floor and the hotel did not have guest elevators. Being elderly with stiff arthritic knees it wasn’t safe and not worth our time. The website should list the lack of elevators. The carpets on the main areas of the hotel were terrible. And the hallway smelled like sewer. Thankfully, it looked like there was fairly new carpeting in the room. The bathroom tub water stood when you took a shower. The shower walls did not look clean nor did the nightstand look very well. The beds were comfortable enough and looked decent, but the main blanket on top was stained and nasty. It did for the one night stay, but I would never go back again.

Dust on everything the mirrors,tv,mirror,clock,servants, and windows. Wish I could add pictures to this review. One of my worst hotel stays :(

The worst thing was the cable TV. After Netflix and Amazon Prime, who wants to watch all the commercials on cable TV or trawl through the stations trying to find a program in progress. Bring your own device for watching your shows on the motel WI-FI. Remember that it is not secure. Motels have to advance into the 21st century TV.

The a/c barely work. The bed are hard and the room just seem like it needed some work. Cover broken off the smoke detector and just hanging down . You can tell on the walls were things I’ve been spot painted just rundown looking . Nice pillows. Nice TV and breakfast was OK.

It's an older hotel but clean. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. Breakfast was basic, breads, muffins, cereal, coffee machine, greek yogurt and a waffle machine. Overall ok.

I stayed overnight and I would say my visit was ok. Room was mostly clean but outdated decor made the room seem dark and dreary. Carpets are kind of nasty. Bathroom could use some good scrubbing. Staff were very nice.

We stopped here as it was storming. Couldnt get the room we wanted as all king rooms are upstairs where the smoking rooms are. Walls are thin therefore noisy. A bit dated and worn but not bad Dont waste your time on the free breakfast. Little choice, cold yellow discs that I believe were eggs, no yoghurt, no fruit, no milk, no meat. Tea biscuits fresh from the microwave that were soggy and terrible coffee. All available in a room overheated by a waffle maker left running with deathly ill employee coughing and horking all over We couldnt have waffles as there was nothing available to move batter to grill. When we asked for help we discovered language skills with employee was difficult.

Front desk was pathetic, room was ok. Front desk wanted me to come immediately at 12 and pay for next night when reservation was made and there was a card on file. Never again in this hotel. The lady was not even apoligetic when I said that the experience was bad.

I asked the guy who checked me in to submit my stay to Windham. He said that he wouldn't. I fount that odd since on a earlier stay the lady did that with no problem and that was a Quality inn also. I also got my room key in a used jacket. I was absolutely blown away by that that one. It made me really wonder waht else what being cheapened out on.

I did a late night check in and I was a solo traveling female. The night clerk was super creepy and called me sweet heart several times. Put me in the first room off the lobby. Went back out to my car and left. Never stayed. Was a very uncomfortable situation. Won’t ever be going back there.

It was a check in nightmare. Not sure where evrything went downhill. I hope I don't get billed multiple times, because the guy at the front desk ran multiple cards before he was satisfied.

The midnight mgr was awesome, so friendly and accommodating! Their was water on my bathroom floor don’t know if toilet was leaking or not. Everything was spot on, clean and no nasties! Definitely would stay here again! Shari Hallett

Kim was fantastic—her assistance was beyond just doing her job. She was genuinely friendly and was glad to see that I had made it safely to the motel. (The traffic was unbelievable and extremely stressful & most motels were booked solid). Kim is a wonderful example of the perfect desk clerk—-truly an employee that should not only be cherished but given the highest ratings possible on her evaluations!

Wasn’t the best I had . Left for dinner came back cards would not work desk lady came she couldn’t get the door open then had mgr come he took the lock apart and let us in while he stayed there and fixed so we were in room door wide open for over an hour they should have just given in another room there was not many there staying very poor service

The hotel was good. The breakfast was not great. I wanted an english muffin but it was so hard/stale that you couldn't cut it with a chainsaw. Also the hotel's web site said the breakfast was available until 10:00am but they cleared all the food out after 9:00am. I even told the front desk about that but they said they had a sign at the front desk about the end time for breakfast being 9:00am.

It's an older hotel but clean. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. Breakfast was basic, breads, muffins, cereal, coffee machine, greek yogurt and a waffle machine. Overall ok.

Hot breakfast was make your own waffles. Coffee was lukewarm. No juices as dispenser did not work. Muffins looked good but had a long hair baked into the one I cut open, so didnt eat it. Donuts were hard. Opted to leave and got breakfast down the road.

Great value for the money. Everything was clean and working properly. Breakfast options were good, especially yogurt. Milk in the breakfast area was slightly curdled but seemed fresh enough. Toilet in our room was very loud to flush, but in general this hotel was very quiet and peaceful.

We stopped here as it was storming. Couldnt get the room we wanted as all king rooms are upstairs where the smoking rooms are. Walls are thin therefore noisy. A bit dated and worn but not bad Dont waste your time on the free breakfast. Little choice, cold yellow discs that I believe were eggs, no yoghurt, no fruit, no milk, no meat. Tea biscuits fresh from the microwave that were soggy and terrible coffee. All available in a room overheated by a waffle maker left running with deathly ill employee coughing and horking all over We couldnt have waffles as there was nothing available to move batter to grill. When we asked for help we discovered language skills with employee was difficult.

The room was clean but smelled like mold. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold above the shower and looked like it had been painted over several times. I had stayed in this hotel before. The back stairs were dirty and everything was dated. I Wanted ti pay cash and he ran my card before asking.

I was a little leery when we pulled up and it looked run down from the outside (broken blinds visible in the window). The lobby furniture was dirty with the armrests of the chairs more of a black instead of cream colored. The person behind the desk was friendly but definitely a language barrier between us as he didn't speak super fluent English. When we got to our room, we noticed the carpets were supposed to be orange but the high traffic areas were closer to black. The fridge had spills and sticky stuff in it so we did not use it. There were stains on the outer comforter but otherwise the bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room smelled very musty and like stale smoke but we were unable to open windows to get fresh air. In the bathroom there was mold on the ceiling but the shower itself was good water pressure, etc. The sink, shower and toilet were clean but the floors had dirt in the corners. For breakfast, there was a decent selection of food however the whole area was very dirty. There were crumbs everywhere including in the silverware container. One of the plastic spoons had a gnat stick on the part of the spoon that you put in your mouth. Also the counters in the breakfast area were sticky. We didn't even go back for breakfast the second day. We chose to eat out instead which was sad for my husband because hotel breakfasts are usually his favorite part of staying in hotels. When we were getting ready to leave, I tried to fill my water bottle with ice.
