I had a perfect stay. I like it when you can park for free, and there is an option that you can eat/drink something in the hotel. Food was good and prices as well. Staff members were very friendly. If you don’t have to wake up that early it can be quite noisy with guest leaving the hotel as you can hear the doors and things going on in the room. But I am coming back again soon!

It was a nice stay in the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good as well. We stayed at the 2nd floor and had to carry our luggages to our room. This maybe a drawback if you have lots of luggage’s to carry. There are plenty of parking spaces.

Aardig personeel. Hotel ligt midden in n saaie grauwe woonwijk. Is schoon en netjes. Maar sfeerloos ingericht. Kamers goed. Wel stevige prijs voor het gebodene. Goed om te overnachten, niet meer.

Sehr nettes Personal, nahe Bus- und Bahnverbindungen, gutes Frühstück, sauber. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Gelegen in Wohnviertel, nahe am Park.

The room was what we expected - a place to lay our head for a night. It seemed misplaced in a neighborhood that needed renovation. We were asked to park on the back-side of the hotel, which seemed like a driveway to a run-down mall with no parking. The hotel was nice enough on the inside. If you just need to get some shut-eye, this will work. I wouldn't stay here as a destination.

Had to wait almost 10 minutes after arrival before someone showed up at the reception desk. Our room was dirty and looked like it was not cleaned very well. The balcony still had cigarette butts and ashes on it. The bathroom had a dirty towel in one of the drawers. Our baby found a bunch of peanuts on the floor which was disgusting enough but what if she had been allergic? We ended up leaving a day early because the cleaning that was done was barely adequate and of course there was no one around to complain to.

Rigtig fint hotel, dog er der ikke nogen i receptionen efter kl 15 om søndagen så indcheckning skal ske online og nøglen hentes i boks hvis man kommer efter der, hvilket vi ikke var opmærksomme på. Men det hele gik fint alligevel, vi fik god hjælp da vi ringede på, til at få nøglen. Værelset var super fint, ligeså badeværelset. Alt var rent og nydeligt.

Pas d'accueil en cas d'arrivée tardive à 22h. Chambres confortables, trop d'oreillers et 2 couettes au lieu d'une seule divisées en 2 sur le lit. Il faut tout mettre de côté. Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable. Propre. Mon collègue avait une chambre avec le volet roulant coincé, il a mit une couette pour occulter la lumière.

Mooie kamer en entree , jammer niks om kamertemperatuur te verlagen met de huidige warmte. Ook waren voor ons de kussens te zacht. iemand probeerde onze kamer smorgens te openen, hier waren wij niet voor ingelicht. Gelukkig hadden we de sleutel er aan de binnenkant op zitten waardoor er niemand in kon komen. Rustige omgeving, mooi park aan de andere kant van de straat.

Accueil bien organisé, très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner prix excessif pour la qualité et le choix, service de chambre non coordonné, il est inacceptable que lon soit réveillés à 8h du matin par une femme de ménage avec insistance !

Un petit hôtel idéal pour la famille ! Personnel très acceuillant et chaleureux. Nous sommes venus en voiture car nous étions aux marchés de Noël de Cologne pour 2 journées et l'accès depuis Cologne est rapide ( /- 20 min.). Chambre agréable et confortable. Déjeuner (pas continentale) mais excellent et service toujours avec le sourire.

Very friendly, clean, quiet room. Only problem was that some rooms have water beds, which we don't find comfortable. Also had meal in restaurant, which was very tasty.

We hadden een moderne, ruime en schone kamer. Voelt luxe aan. Restaurant prima. We aten wat later, toen we een dessert wilden bestellen bleek daar geen tijd meer voor te zijn. We hadden graag gezien dat men ons daarop had geattendeerd.

Un petit hôtel idéal pour la famille ! Personnel très acceuillant et chaleureux. Nous sommes venus en voiture car nous étions aux marchés de Noël de Cologne pour 2 journées et l'accès depuis Cologne est rapide ( /- 20 min.). Chambre agréable et confortable. Déjeuner (pas continentale) mais excellent et service toujours avec le sourire.
